Honestly, looking at how the Silent Line IBIS looked, I just really wanted that frame to be an actual set we can use in Gen3. Same with the Pulverizers from Last Raven. IBIS just looks so awesome, bro. Really wished it was a playable frame. Great cosplay build as always.

Your ibis fight on silent line had me spookef for a little bit. The way he stayed on your tail and in your blind spot the whole time was actually terrifying. Really enjoyed watching this one. Great cosplay.

when i made this cosplay build, i found it interesting how many parts that were related to the coral ac's and allmind parts were very similar looking to ibis parts. i actually couldn't decide on the legs and head cause there were a few that all looked the part for different reasons, the ones you picked i think were the closest but i didn't like the thigh thickness. the laser rifle is a perfect match its crazy. the salad arms matched ibis shoulders perfectly but the size is way off from the frame. and obviously the core is almost a 1:1😅
It's definitely a challenging one to tackle for all the reasons you said. I wasn't sure if I could do it well at first lol. Ephemera core was the easiest choice 😄
I noticed you fought from a really long range in some of the matches and no shots were connecting. Maybe Talbot or P05 would've worked better for this build? Hell maybe VE-A and yolo with the blade.
Yeah I messed around with different fcs for that reason while filming these matches. I tried talbot and ve21A. I think talbot is the way to go. I talk about it briefly in the build breakdown.
Quick question- why don't we see more people using the laser blade more often? I'm sure the patch will help with this but I freaking love seeing that wide sweeping attack and it seems to do some massive damage.
It's biggest issue is the blade tracking. It just misses A LOT. That's the only thing really holding it back. Feels bad when it doesn't hit when you feel it should have. I still think it's a cool weapon though.
been working on a build concept that was wondering if you could give me some advice for? Without going into too much detail its a reverse joint brawler that uses a toggled on coral shield to passively increase my defense (thank you steam settings) . Got 2 Curtis Linear rifles and a Needle missile launcher for stagger punish, I would like to keep it fast pace but I do not like the traditional "kite" setup as I am a returning AC4A player and am more used to the high speed flicky reaction style combat. Based loosely off of my old 4A build im interested in what you would recommend for the concept.
I'de say try out the NGI booster for sure. Or any booster with long QB jet duration. On a midweight reverse frame, NGI makes your grounded quick boosts crazy fast, as well as your aerial quick boosts way less stubby. It works great with trueno outside of punish because the QB duration allows you to essentially shoot the trueno while still moving instead of being stationary. Also you cover SO much distance with your grounded quick boosts that you can really catch people off guard with a charged curtis by suddenly appearing in their face. It lets you play mid range and then get close pretty rapidly. I'de say try out the ming tang generator since it recovers fast grounded as well as from empty. Not too sure on generators with this setup but definitely try ngi booster. For FCS talbot may be the best choice.
I mean the charged melee isn't affected by the melee boost so I don't see the exact reason why to go for them in this circumstance unless you don't mind uncharged laser blade.
