One tip with the Uplula, and it says this in the instructions somewhere, start the first round by hand instead of pushing down on the PLASTIC follower with the STEEL part of the Uplula device thereby avoiding damage to your follower. Just wanted to be a “know it all” for a second, thanks for indulging me.
😂 👍
Trevor: Don’t do that!
Me: I’m totally gonna do that.
and when your slide dont stay back because you took out the starch in the spring, you'll wonder why.I always go a round short in any magazine,by chambering the last round.I always store mags one round short.Ive ruined springs by overloading.
🗣️”Don’t DO THAT” ~Trevor
Slap! Slap! Slap! Yep. 18 rounds in 17 round Glock mag :)
Cross thumbs and dead blow were great tips! Thanks man!
(Very) new shooter here, just discovered Shadow Systems and your channel. I COULD NOT help laughing at your demo of how us newbies struggle like crazy to load without an Uplula or your tip the crossover thumbs...awesome!! And I'll be checking out your gear at my local range ASAP. Thanks and looking forward to learning more from you!
The UpLula is a game changer. I just loaded 8 GL17 and 5 2011 mags and my fingers feel just fine.
Love these videos! Can't stop finding new reasons to wholeheartedly endorse Shadow Systems! See you next Tuesday!
Thats actually a cool technique!
I really appreciate these videos as they're super informative! Especially for beginners like me.
Me to just got xr920
Good tips. I like Uplula as well.
Love uplula and maglula. But with the ammo price I would just load by hand as part of the very limited practice time. 😢
Love it as well, so well designed.
Hey Trevor, all the state's with small cap mag requirements would like to speak to you.
I vote Uplula!!! I am 75, but not that weak. That da*n .40 Smith M&P is the most difficult mag to load I've ever seen, and I've had a number of mag-fed weapons. I also bought a Smith 9mm EZ and that thing is GREAT. It actually ears on the mag follower, you can pull it down with a spare thumb.
This is great information, and I’m surprised I’m just now seeing these techniques. I needed this video years ago - thank you!
Great information. I have a 40 S&W Glock mag that is hell to load
Love the info, thanks.
Trevor, how about a Tech Tuesday explaining the differences between the standard and enhanced extractors you offer?
Glock mags are so tight, some are - 1. Good to know the tap technique, thanks.
Very informative, thank you!
Oh wow, I have bad arthritic pain in both thumbs and we are only allowed 10 round magazines in Aus and I’ve been struggling to load my M&P going to try this thank you for the heads up 👍
Thank you.. great video..
Didn't know that. Good info.. your always have the great video ( educational). I learn something today
Good video thanks
Very cool.
Thanks
I did not know the tap method was a thing to help get those last few rounds in…. Definitely gonna give that a try with the xmacro mags
Mr. Inbetween realy has some decent points
nice trick
Nice video
Ah, so thats what the +1 means 😂
For situations where an uplua doesn't work like on some PCC guns with proprietary mags I. e. Stribog, Scorpion etc. , it's good to know of techniques where you have to load by hand....
Trevor is an inspiration to mustache men everywhere. God bless brother
I’ve never had an issue loading CR, Pmag or GL mags by hand.
Curious if you guys have tried the ETS speed loader? I have one and I really like it but the last round can sometimes be difficult to get into the mag
Great simple explanation and demonstration
As for the "Don't" thats almost the same as "Let's go Brandon" "DON'T" he suggested to Iran.....😂
When are you guys going to make better triggers for the mr920 and cr920 ?
I used the Uplula for many years, until I tried the Speed Beez
Ok this was great tech for Tuesday. Ummm I just want the performance comp for my XR .. when is that part becoming available for current Shadow owners? And why not a Foundation series P so people don’t have drop over a K on an Elite series P?
The feed ramp on my uplula slowly bends upwards and after a couple magazines it no longer works and I need to take a round and press hard on the feed ramp to bend it back down so it compresses the stack enough to fit the round below the feed lips. Is that a problem you guys have sometimes or do I just have a defective one?
Defective or counterfeited.
I’d consider you guys if you offered an aluminum or steel framed hand gun.
If I shouldn’t do that, then why am I doing the dead blow technique in the first place? Is it to do it on the second to last round, so the last round goes in easier? Also, can you cover why sometimes, after I load my mag, I can shake it, and hear a rattle?
He’s telling you not to overload the magazine, tapping the baseplate is fine.
@@GNpatent right but he only tapped the base plate to overload the mag. He didn’t tap the base plate for the sake of tapping the base plate, or to load the official last round. Hence the confusion.
@@AnthonyHolloway612 Some magazines are difficult to load to their labeled capacity. So the tapping technique can make it easier to get the last legit round in.
Is that a thumblula?
Don’t cross the streams!!
👌🌹💐
Don't Do That. But that is COOL!!
Try washing those t shirts in cold water
There’s 11 rounds in a 10 round mag… DONT DO THAT 😂😂😂
I'm on week number 3 still waiting for your guy to call me back to answer my technical question. Because nobody has responded to my phone call is the reason I did not purchase one of your firearms.
The best way to reach my team is via email at support@shadowsystemscorp.com. If you’d prefer a phone call, please email your phone number along with your questions and info.
You’d be shocked how many voicemails my team gets with no contact info provided at all to return the call, and unfortunately the team has to filter through all of those messages to get to yours.
8,000 views and barely 500 likes…. Kind of a red flag Lol 😂
