    Don't look at the floor while doing kicks...(especially axe kicks) ...this reduces the heights of kicks...
    Try to keep you back straight or lean backward..but never lean forward .. 😃

      I disagree personally, leaning into the downward kick can increase height, everyone works differently and that works for me.

I believe that we have as much fighting style as there are humans on Earth! Most of the world's famous martial artists make videos of their dramatic or strenuous exercises. But when I watched this video, I noticed something... And that was "simplicity." Simplicity is the essence of the real martial arts. You put simplicity very well into your practice. Thanks so much 🌹

    Good exercises buddy. I use to do taekwondo. A few other arts too. I'm now just Kyokushin Karate. I like those stretches and kicks. Good job buddy. Keep on kickin on

    I'm gonna use this as my reference since I got involve in something I'm not willing to do they ask me to participate in teakwondo completion without my consent and I only got 12 days to prepare I'm not looking to win the game but I rather do my best than risk getting my career demoted

    I cleared first dan but life happened and I couldn't continue anymore also gained so much weight . So this helped me . Just wished if it included some punches too.

      We used to do the same workout, when I was learning taekwondo, when I was young. Coach is important because he will correct you when you're wrong. You can do this without getting a coaching too, but I personally don't recommend that.

      elghark l don’t think so , in my opinion you have to warmed up better your legs doing elasticity exercises before kicking, and after kicking ends with more elasticity exercise and stretching, while you are more flexible more high your kick will be ✊️

      Careful with the spinning techniques. You can hurt your ankle or knee if you don't have any experience.

      In the beginning the height of your kicks dont matter as the technique is the most important, as you progress you will naturally kick higher because of all the workout and stretching you do! If you want tips id recommend asking your teacher

    love your workout vids just wondered if you would do one with slowed action on reverse back kicks to get a better view on each movement, these are really helping my techniques thank you- Tracie

    This is pretty much how I used to do this, though I'd stretch a bit longer, then finish off with the kicks. Thanks.
