    Hello sir i just started taekwondo last monday i just saw this video yesterday and i should do this too i just did it right now it hurts a lot but once my body get used of the pain ill do it with no sweat keep it up sir i hope i get yellow belt soon❤🎉

    Worked very well though I did have to look at my screen every 3 seconds cuz I didn't know how long an exercise goes and when the next one starts but everything else was great!💖

    I find this works great for morning warm ups. I use it often. Not only does it help my lower back but I find it helps my hips and sides just above my hips. Thanks again. 🙏✌

    Every time I implemented your 10 minute stretching routine my roundhouse kicks are proven effective therefore not getting stiff meaning by that automatic performance.

    Stretching exercises, especially for the legs, have always been my big problem. But you show really feasible exercises that can be done well - even if it really hurts and I then crawl the next day on all fours to work. But that is probably the price you have to pay.     I really find this follow along tutorial awesome and perhaps you could try putting a countdown time so I can catch with each of the stretching moves easily. What I meant by that is I didn’t know what move I’m up to within this routine. Good job by the way and thank you!

      Hold it where you feel stretch, right before pain, or just slight pain.

    Hey, I was wondering, do you have a list of all the exercises (as in like the names)? I’m thinking about hanging it on my door to ensure I do it every morning and also so I can go at my own pace doing the stretches :) If not that’s okay too I’ll just have to start memorising it hahaha but thank you so much for this video! I’ve always lacked flexibility in the legs so this will be great

    I am the tightest in the morning. So for me, going straight to static stretch wont work well for me lol I have to do dynamic stretching before static. But with that said, I do a lot of the stretches you are doing here which is great. Unfortunately, I still struggle with getting my splits although I have gotten a lot move flexible over the years being that I started TKD at 34. Thank you so much for the videos you are sharing with us.

      Thank you for your support and kind words 🙏😊 what I usually do back when I was competing. I would go for a run and then do some dynamic stretches then train and finish it off with a cool down static stretching 😊 worked out well👍

      @@BVOMASTERCHONG Yes, thats what I started to do. Due to an ankle injury I can only run on the treadmill for now. but I did start to do routines with dynamic stretching and static stretching cool down to finish off. I am looking forward to see more videos and to give some of you tips a try. My young master is gone so learning things like this is gone for now.
