    Your workouts are getting me in such good shape, even disabled at 34! I used to be a beast at the gym in high school, pretty much didn't work out at all in my 20s and just started working out again very slowly in my mid 30s, but only at home and 95% only watching your workouts. I can't tell you how much my body has shifted in the last month and a half. I'm so happy. You have the best killer workouts that are low intensity, and I love how you sometimes offer variations- which are often necessary for me now. Keep the videos coming! I'm hooked.

    I have a hard time doing ab workouts that get me good and make me sore. One day later I can’t even sit out of bed I am so sore from this!! This made me feel like I actually had a good workout.

    I have my favorites, and this short workout has most of my favorite ab workout moves. I sometimes combine this one with one of your 5 minute ab workouts. 😀

    This was the first time I was able to do the last exercise all the way through :)
    It’s really fun to work out with your videos because I’ve been following them for about two years now and I do the same ones regularly somewhat, though you have lots of great ones to pick from!
    ..Anyway, it’s really cool to do the same workouts and be able to become much sturdier and stronger than i once was!

    Had to modify a couple of them but this is a good quick routine I’ll start incorporating into my workouts everyday. I always neglect my core, so my goal is to stay consistent with core focused exercises at the end of my workouts. 😊

    I do have a question
    I have scoliosis so I need to train and stretch my back. I would love to see a workout that's focusing on that. I love the stretching but when I do things like cobra pose I can't walk move the next day hahah
    Is it possible you can make something like that?

    I usually incorporate the 10 minute core w/ a 30 minute dumbbell workout for women by Cee. She’s a fantastic trainer. She’s focused on women workouts. I’ve seen a difference already after a month of one day on one day off. I’ve totally changed my eating habits. Feel in the best shape of my life at 47.

    Really like the last 3, the first ones felt uncontrolled to me and I didnt know when to breathe in and out. Also I do all of them slower than you (mainly for breatht and proper movement control). ✌
