I like that you dont hype things up like media tends too, instead you are calm and help us learn form. I love your channel. As a figure skater I love these workouts I found your channel about a month ago and I have done many of the arm, abs and leg workouts and my skating has improved so much in strength and flexibility and I will definitely continue to do these ❤

I REALLY ENJOY the use of instrumental music as the first and third in this one in your workouts! It makes me focus more on form, breathing and i find it quite calming. It makes the workout less of something to just rush and power through!

Goodness, I worked my way down with 3 of your leg workouts from 20, to 15, to this 10 minute one so overall a 45 minute leg workout and the last 2 exercises on this video really took me out! But I loved the challenge, I may save this combo to do on a weekly basis. I am drenched in sweat and I almost cried in this last one 😅
This work out was sooo good 😅 I am just getting back into my fitness routine after a year or two of taking off. I can truly say this killed my legs for sure 😆💪🏽🦵🏽 and the workout is only 10-12 minutes . So it fits into my busy schedule of being a mom and work and school.
This is an amazing work out! I've been doing it daily and my legs are getting stronger. I can now touch my toes with my fingers while standing up without my legs giving in, something I was never able to do before. This workout is one of my favorites for sure!

If you can't jump in the squat jumps like me due to a bum knee or other injury or inability, just lift up on those toes instead of jumping! All workouts are doable for any level just have to modify for your needs and abilities! Doing anything is better than nothing! You've got this!

Hey Maddie, I was wondering whether you would be willing to make a balance workout. I had physiotherapy for my balance and some other things as a child, which, together with normal workouts, have improved it, but some targetted practice to improve it even further would be great (as I still seem to have somewhat more trouble with it than the average person)
