Actually IT sector jobs should be counted in unorganised sector, anyone fires anytime, is this really looks like organized sector?
There should be such rule where 2 member ids cant be opened for single pf account then no one do dual jobs..rather than that govt allowing it but these IT cimpanies targettin poor employees..can you spoil entire career of employee for such small mistakes..very unfair n sad
Useless talk , even fake experience guys are working in cognizant and tech Mahindra. Kuch log zindagi bhar seedhe raste me chalte hai wo employees hi Bane rahte hai. Company khud fraud karti hai aur wo hide karti hai politics se. Same for Prem ji , Ambani etc

My friend got a campus placement in DXC, joined it, then got another campus placement in Adforms with a 100% hike. Till then he completed 5 months in DXC, completed training, and allotted Mainframe stream. Now, the 3-month notice period was very long so he decided not to serve the notice period and joined another but he discussed it with HR also. Adforms HR said to join but DXC sent him a mail to pay a fine of Rs. 60,000. He agreed to pay and then left. Here, he got Big Data and learned Scala, so better.
Then in that case how he can found new job , should he told new employer that he has done Dual employment before joining ?

ye kya bat bani 1 hafte ke overlap me agar koi company fire kiya hai to wo company ka work culture chutiya hai.Basically rules ko bina dimag lagaye follow karte hai .Empathy namak bhi chiz hota hai .agar koi deliberatly kisi dusre employer ke sath 2 mahine se zyada kam kiya hai tabhi action lena chiye warna koi sense nahi banta .

Agar koi contact base pr hai government sector main wha us na Koi PF or NPS nhi kta hai, working hours bhi different hai to bhi kya problem ho skti hai dual employee ment main?
