    These yoga videos don't have any music in the background, but in my personal practice I do LOVE to put on a good playlist and flow along to the sounds.
    The playlist I would recommend for this is called "HAWAIIAN HEART" (link below):

    This is a 40 minute Hamstring Opener.
    Together we'll flow, move across our mats and open up the body through our breath.
    I'd love your feedback, and to hear what this felt like in your body!
    How are you going in this time in life? Are you in full isolation / quarantine? Are you practicing social distancing? What are you struggling with? And what strengths have you uncovered in yourself?

    This flow and this entire series has been incredible! It’s really brought me back to yoga and allowed me to switch off for the first hour of my day and ground myself. The guided meditations have been incredible too - after doing your mum’s amazing muscle relaxation video, I just broke down into tears. I think all of the tension that I’d been holding in without realising was released, and it felt wonderful. Thankyou so much for this Sjana - sending a big hug your way 💖

    I love your flow videos. I especially love this one, and was wondering if you would consider doing another targeted video , but on inversions/headstands/handstands? I'm sure I could find a video for this elsewhere on youtube, but I really like your style and the way your flows progress. either way, thanks for sharing your practice

    Thanks a lot! I really love your yoga workouts. Is it possible to add one more yoga work out which focuses on shoulder openening and upper back and lower back for 40-45 minutes? This, because of the new covid ''working from home behind laptop all day'' habit. Would be great! Thanks
