    You are amazing. I listen to punk and metal all the time and drink (unfortunately I no your not into that nor should you be) go completely insane and you can bring me all the way back down in ten minutes. Without fail. Thanks SJ. Really

    I just want to say thank you for making these videos, I have been going through a very hard time and this helped me be grateful for myself again. I do your yoga videos everyday because the way you teach I feel connected to you spiritually and it helps me feel less alone because you get it. Thank you very much, it means a lot to me.     I unexpectedly started crying as well. I think because of everything that's going on in the world and in my own life I have started to feel joyless. I never meditate, but this session took me to a place inside of myself that is filled with joy. Thank you.

    Wow what a struggle that was today. My heart felt like it was beating so fast and my breath felt so heavy :l I think a seated position is not an ideal relaxation position for me.

    After about 10 min I had pins and needles in my feet is there something what can help against it while staying in the meditation?

    Need to be careful with meditation. What you are doing is stimulating your mind, getting the body to relax then the mind will follow. But speaking from experience be careful of meditation with a mantra or chanting to a God, ever heard of Kundalini? The power from within isn't a power, it's your spirit, your being, there are other spirits in this world and none of them are there to help you. There is only one way you should ever allow your spirit to be influenced and that's by the one who created you, God. Just thought I would add this as meditation is good, as long as it's not chanting or matra type of meditation, I've seen these kinds of meditation cause all sorts of weird and damaging things to people who just didn't know what they were actually doing when chanting to spirits and false Gods.
