MY23' Raptor owner here , based on my experience after 28k kms Fuel consumption average +- 14.5 L /100 - normal driving Heavy driving open road +- 16.5 L/100 Towing a 1200kg trailer at 130kph - 19 - 22 L /100 on the hills Excellent all-around vehicle , so far had one turbo actuator replacement under warranty Great review, Denis 👍
Something is striking about Ford performance bakkies and I would give them kudos for that... Almost 30 years ago, they produced what was known as the Ford Magnum which came packed with a powerful noisy 3400i V6 motor and this competed with the likes of Nissan Hardbody VG30 which had a 3000i V6 and the Mitsubishi Colt 3000i V6. Fast forward to 2003, in the same spirit, the limited Ford Ranger Montana 4000i V6 was introduced to the market with the same Ford performance thrust although it was undercelebrated, maybe because it was a limited gem. Today the current Ranger Raptor has resurrected the Ford Ranger perfomance soul and the suspension tweeks shows how progressive Ford has made in reviving a mighty performance bakkie. It is an iconic beast!
This baby might have an upcoming contender in the new Nissan Navara Warrior - it's gonna be interesting to see what it brings, haha 😅 - 2025 is just stacked with up and coming cars 🗄🚗🔥
That warrior is based on the current Navara if I’m correct? If that’s so… it will be very outdated. That warrior has been launched in Australia for about 4 years now
Thank you 🙏🏼 I was driving between both. Yes 2H is a bit more fuel efficient on longer trips. And also makes for a fun tail happy experience on the dirt too 😂
Hey! Thanks for watching. Unfortunately I didn’t get time to do a review on that Crown. I just got a chance to look at it. Maybe I can maybe it happen, let’s see what I can do.
Do you know if the new ranger super duty will have a similar widebody chassis with increased ride height compared to the ranger raptor with even a long wheelbase? Because the details they gave was an increased payload capacity because no matter what modification you do to the ranger raptor you can not get a payload capacity that the super duty will have... Only a longer wheelbase can offer the platform to hold over 8000kg of GCM

Great review!
they should have given us the option of a V 6 diesel coz this fuel is too high i dont think X5 M with a V 8 can reach those numbers
I choose this over hilux ❤❤

@@GregDennisReviews Yes (well that's a bummer) 😆
Wishful thinking. The Raptor has no competition and won't have any in the next 5-10 years to come.
It's just going to be Wildtrack x competition 😂😂😂😂 the closest might be the Isuzu DMax AT35
Hi Greg any update on the bmw e36 it's been a while now since we seen it on the channel.
When is the new one coming out? And will it be a V8?
Awesome review 👏👏. Were you driving in 2H or 4A? I hear 2H is slightly more fuel efficient

Hi Greg - I saw a short clip on your tiktok channel of the Toyota Crown - did you review it and when will you upload that video?

We should’ve have a Raptor word counter 😂😂
Hahaha that would have been funny

The raptor is more on performance than being a hardworking bakkie.
The red in this car is hot
It’s the perfect spec!
And not to mention B&O sound systems
First 🎉
I love to see it 🙌
BAJA mode - I said it correct hey? cause I had in the past a lot of these red pens over here shove the correct way to say it on my neck 😏😆
Yes. You said it correctly 😂
