I did the rollover valve in my 2022 a month after I got mine. I am very happy I found this video. I’ve been checking my tires and replaced my air filter and been stumped as to why the last month or so I’ve been getting this lag feeling. I choked the throttle adjustment. I’m definitely going to buy this fuel filter and fuel rail. I love the videos and all the information you guys give. It’s made this newbie drive like a armature. Thanks guys.
Love your products, I have my KRX fitted with just about all your stuff! I ordered this rail before the video was done, I love my ride and hope to keep it going strong for a long time to come with your guys help…
Just ordered the roll over valve and rail. Nice video. Bobby is happy with his rail so will give it a go. I've only noticed low power after riding constantly 1hr+. Makes sense. Well let you know.
I just put the fuel controller trinity exhaust . Chutch kit better belt . Now next week I calling you and getting the 6.5 must have . No question ask. Plus air filter 7.5 things now all stuff came from dyno jet
Thanks again Jake for all you do for our community. I had everything except the fuel rail. Ordered mine last week, it's going in this weekend. 👍 Do you have any plans on supercharging one of your other KRX's?
Awesome job! Just ordered mine. With less then 400 miles on my KRX, I want to give it every chance to live longer and run better. Keep up the great work. See you soon to pick up my new fuel rail!
Installed my rail today, was easy thanks to the video! The only thing I ran into was once the rail was in and I tightened down the two Phillips screws, there was a little play between where the screws bottomed out and the rail. I just used a small washer on each screw and it snugged up just fine.
The thickness of our rail is exactly the same thickness as stock. It feels loose when you put it in, but it is supposed to be that way. The injectors float between the intake and the rail. after time they find there happy spot. It’s meant that to be that way for heat expansion and contraction. That is normal just make sure you use the little rubber washers. I’m not sure about the washers you added though?
Agreed. We were just discussing this. However time restraints have been the biggest issue. I’m very curious to see if there would be a difference in power and torque. However I will say there are quite a few of these tester units out and without telling anybody what the other testers have found, they are all reporting the same things. To me that was very definitive.
I have 18 of these and they burn through fuel pumps left and right. 16 of them are over 10k miles and a couple have 15k. Great machines. Other then fuel issues
I just got my KRX4 yesterday. Going through all the upgrades and parts available. One thing I'm curious about especially as it relates to the fuel issue and this video. I was looking at the dyno tuner and headers. I only see one O2 sensor. Could some of this fuel starvation be due to the not reading the gases of each cylinder? Reason I ask is because on the Harley V-twin the back cylinder was always leaner because it was hotter. So I had a dyno tune box or power commander I think it was. It had a wiring harness that had 2 sensors for o2 and you got a header that had2 o2 bungs one for each head instead of just sampling combined gases in a collector. Matter of fact I think the newer Harleys now come like this. At any rate I took it to the dyno and the tech could adjust fuel delivery to each cylinder independently and moreover as you rode the tune would stay perfect as it would add fuel as needed to keep the tune precise no matter the temps in the back cylinder. Does any of this sort of theory apply to what you are seeing here? I mean if the O2 bung is just reading the one collection area perhaps the ECU thinks everything is fine when in reality the other cylinder is running lean. I'd be curious to see your thought on this matter.
Old school trick put a little vasolime on the O-rings and it’ll slip right on and seal good without cutting the O-rings and the fuel will instantly dissolve the gasoline and cause absolutely no issues in the system. This is what we do on aircraft.
Yeah we’ve had a lotta positive reviews. Some are definitely feeling more power, some notice better idle, better mileage, but I think overall everyone is noticing something a little different about their Kawasaki.
What is the a/for ratio before and after? The way to quit throwing billet stuff at this would be to run on a dynamic with a w/b sensor in each cylinders exhaust.
If fueling is a problems, ever since I did Dyno jet tune on my 2021 I am having back firing coming off full throttle or letting motor lug going down hill with foot off throttle, I also have cat removed from muffler
As mentioned in the video I’ve been doing it for a year in my green car. I think that video is so boring nobody would really be interested in it. It’s a scope so you really can’t see much. You might like it.
I saw 2 black o-rings that came out of the stock fuel rail. Assuming those won't be needed in your new metal rail? I did not notice them being referenced in your video. Thx
I went a step further. i added ground jumpers from the batt to the bodys frame and to the engine along with cleaning up the paint on all contact points and added a light dielectric grease for rust free service.
If the injectors are receiving the same pulse width signal (which is typical/normal) then there is no reason for cylinder 2 to be lean due to the tune. So, it has to be due to a characteristic of the air delivery/engine/fuel system capacity. Do a little math to determine what the BSFC is, set up a test rig and see what the stock filter/pump/lines/rail can provide to the injectors under load, and there is your answer. You probably have the parts laying around to build the test rig and figure out what the no kidding fuel capacity of stock fuel system is. Take that info and design a fuel system and become an internet hero. Then, send me a fuel system 'cuz you're a nice guy. :)
Looking at a talon or krx to purchase next. I have a 2014 rzr 800s I bought brand new. It’s been a good machine but it’s past time to upgrade. The talon and krx seem to have pretty good reliability. I hear one problem with krx is the cab noise is kinda unbearable. Any opinion?
Not unbearable at all. It’s a little louder because it echoes through all the bigger plastics. By the way if you’re buying next week you’re stuck with the Talon. If you want a four seater you have to wait till June 7. And then probably get on a waiting list.
Thanks for all the value you bring to the KRX community! Great video as always.
This is a must in south central Arizona because its HOT HOT HOT

This guy knows his stuff. I’d trust him over any of the “other” guys. I do have weights from someone else but hid he came out with a set I’d switch.
I’ve had my krx for 6 weeks. Already done roll over valve. Guess I’m fixing to order filters & fuel rail. Very much appreciate your information!
Never seize on the steel screws that go into aluminum is always a good idea . Great video !

Just ordered the rail, valve, and filters. I’ve already got the valve but my buddy doesn’t. I guess I’ll give him this one. Keep up the great work.

I ordered almost everything about 10 days before I get the 2023 krx 4 got a lot of the parts today! A couple more on the way thanks!
Thank you

Thank you. Only the kraken buggy at this time. For what we’re doing I really don’t see a need for the supercharger in any of them.

Fuel rail makes lots of sence!
Thanks Jake!!! Another great video.
Once again great video my friends .
Just ordered mine off your website!! I have to quit watching your videos every time I do it cost me money 🤣
Lol. I totally get that, but I think something like this is a must have and not a LED light bar. Lol

Seems About like the same video RCOR posted 6 months ago!
I'd like to see before and after dyno runs.

Great points made in this video. Now time to order a fuel rail. Excellent company, excellent customer service and quality parts.
Great video. Much appreciated 👍👍
Seems about like the same thing RCOR said and posted over 6 months ago!
I ordered the kit. Nice stove

I installed the fuel rail and it felt like it had a little more on the big end.
Is that original coors?
Old school trick put a little vasolime on the O-rings and it’ll slip right on and seal good without cutting the O-rings and the fuel will instantly dissolve the gasoline and cause absolutely no issues in the system. This is what we do on aircraft.
Good pointer!
Question why not replace a fuel cap with a relief also why not sell a particular separater to add to the air system
I noticed more power also from 30 mph to 50 it eats ! I’m definitely not having to push the gas as hard to make the power
Yeah we’ve had a lotta positive reviews. Some are definitely feeling more power, some notice better idle, better mileage, but I think overall everyone is noticing something a little different about their Kawasaki.
I was looking for the fuel rail and couldn’t find it. Are you sold out or am I just not seeing it? Thanks for your time.
We just sold through them. Send us a email or call us and we can add you to our pre-order list. Sorry.
What is the a/for ratio before and after? The way to quit throwing billet stuff at this would be to run on a dynamic with a w/b sensor in each cylinders exhaust.
Well you can throw a ton of money added to watch it run lean on one cylinder, or you can take everyone’s opinion about it.
If fueling is a problems, ever since I did Dyno jet tune on my 2021 I am having back firing coming off full throttle or letting motor lug going down hill with foot off throttle, I also have cat removed from muffler
That is why you have the backfires. Cat removed. It’s actually a simple fix so give me a call at the shop Monday
I’m about to buy a 2023 is this still a issue with g th he new machines
same issues on ALL the issues.
Did you borescope the cylinders yet? Can we see a video about the outcome with pictures of inside the cylinders?
As mentioned in the video I’ve been doing it for a year in my green car. I think that video is so boring nobody would really be interested in it. It’s a scope so you really can’t see much. You might like it.
Anyone having vapor locking problems have installed the 2 way valve dealer unable to solve, seems to happen in warm temps medium to long rides.
We are just getting back from the rubicon, but give me a call Monday. I’d like to know more.
I saw 2 black o-rings that came out of the stock fuel rail. Assuming those won't be needed in your new metal rail? I did not notice them being referenced in your video. Thx
if you mean the 2 rubber washers on the screws, you WILL need those.
Hey Jake, I've got a 2021 will doing the rollover valve filter and rail void warranty? And do you have to have a tuner for the filter and rail?
It should not void warranty, but of course that is up to your local dealer. You do not need a tuner
Jake do you have alternators on any of the krx’s?
We do not. Just ground wire clean up
I went a step further. i added ground jumpers from the batt to the bodys frame and to the engine along with cleaning up the paint on all contact points and added a light dielectric grease for rust free service.
Is there a port to tap into torun a fuel psi gauge?
Yes if you wanted to
Good morning I have a question about the rollover valve. Will installing this valve help alleviate the gas fumes in the cabin of the car??.
You should have no gas fumes in your car. If you do then something is wrong. With or without the valve.
If the injectors are receiving the same pulse width signal (which is typical/normal) then there is no reason for cylinder 2 to be lean due to the tune. So, it has to be due to a characteristic of the air delivery/engine/fuel system capacity. 2024 models still have the same stock fuel rail?
Same everything
Looking at a talon or krx to purchase next. I have a 2014 rzr 800s I bought brand new. It’s been a good machine but it’s past time to upgrade. The talon and krx seem to have pretty good reliability. I hear one problem with krx is the cab noise is kinda unbearable. Any opinion?

@@fullaccessutv thanks brother!!!
I’ve got a 22 krx 1000, and live in Reno, 4600 ft elevation, what do you think about the tuner?
we are in sparks. Come on by and we can show you!
@@fullaccessutv I'll see you guys on Monday
Awesome 🇺🇸
They are sold out :(
Do you think it’s best to let warranty run before doing this or just go ahead & do it?
its up to the dealer and not kawi which sucks. Im doing it though.
