I could listen to you talk about this boat all day! If I could, I would. It’s a beautiful well thought out sailing machine. Like previously commented, you and your team have done a lot for the brand. Was great seeing you again a the show. I hope to call you some day and say, we’re gonna build a 510! Take care Rob and cheers to you and the team!
If I were fortunate to be in the market for such a beauty I would insist (even though I live in the UK) that I buy it from you, as no one has done more for the brand than you Rob.
I'm not sure how it would work out, but has anyone had one built with the galley down in the 510 series? As a person who dreams of sailing the world, I believe that galley down is a must, but that's my opinion.
@@PrivilegeCatamaransAmerica Great on a liveaboard? Galley up is one of the great selling points of the catamaran. If you're on watch the kettle is just a few steps away, and if you're prepping a meal you're not stuck down below while others are enjoying the scenery, or action.
@@helmshardover I do all the cooking, as far as anything else, you can always have an electric kettle up along with a beverage fridge and cabinet for snacks. As a male at 60 years old, I've done over 95% of the cooking while married. The galley just makes more sense to me. The closer you are to the water line, the less movement in the boat, plus down looks like you have a lot more countertop area than the galley up. You can always have a small nook up as a bar, breakfast or light lunch break area. Sad thing is that I can't afford one unless I were to hit the lottery, but I can always dream.

Thank you for the kind words Dan. We have a lot to work with.

Love that 510
Excellent video thank you brother!
I’ve seen older Privilege boats and they still look great.
Great video
Great cat!

Are you the person uses the galley most?
We also agree that a galley down is great on a liveaboard vessel but unfortunately the 510 is the only Privilege that does not offer that option.

@@PrivilegeCatamaransAmerica How many of these do you expect to sell with such a negative comment :-).

It better be forever for what they are charging.
