  • Sitting all day at a desk can wreak havoc on your posture. This can be a big contributor to back pain. This flow includes some stretches to lengthen and strengthen the spine. It is also a great practice to do regularly if you would like to improve your backbends. Warm up with a few rounds of sun salutations before you start.
