I’ve been married 55 years. When young women ask me what to look for in a man, I say “maturity” first. It’s amazing how rare that is.

@Saad Bin Masud I cook, clean and take care of my man by listening to him when he is not in a good space......this does not make me his servant. And when he cares for me financially it does not make him my servant.......he enjoys our relationship because its reciprocal

I have a feminine day. Its called feminine friday. I do all things selfcare, exfoliate, mask, watch videos about how to be lady like. I drink detox teas, I just rest and breathe and appreciate being a woman. I also pray to God, cause I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

@@sage9836 I too use to take belly dancing lessons in my younger days, and I enjoyed feeling the feminine, sexy sensual movement in my body..not to mention the physical strength and toning it gave me. I didn’t have a very sexual connection to my now late husband, but I became more in tune with my sexuality as I aged and matured. I absolutely Love my now my beautiful amorous nature. And now enjoy tasteful porn together WITH my present beloved, and enjoy the sexual adventures with him. Men are sexual creatures by nature, but then again so are Women when they discover and embrace the sensuous essence of themselves. I pray you will find yours as well. It is truly a gift from God to embrace that our true feminine spirit. Have you ever had your man take you into the next Universe? Have some wine with your hubby by candlelight and practice some of those delicious moments on your body...then worship his. Love ALL of him. The key is enjoying one another in every way. So if you wear lingerie for him (as well as yourself), not to worry, it won’t be on long. He deserves to be loved completely...as do you.

For myself, being feminine means slowing down. Women don't seem feminine when they are rushing.. when I'm walking, I take my time, every step is sensual. As a reminder to slow down, I pretend I'm carrying a cup full of coffee. To keep it from spilling, I must move slowly. I tell you, men have glanced my way. As if wondering "who is she?". Receive a compliment (without downplaying it)..receive a smile from ANY man..receive help when offered.. be ok with sitting and "letting" someone do anything no matter what it is. If a man gives you a gift for instance receive and be grateful instead of feeling like you owe something back or if a stranger smiles at you man or woman be warm and open back. Learning to receive can be hard in the beginning when youre so use to "doing". Sit back and let things(anything) flow to you and be warm and inviting when it comes. Hope this helps!

Learn to give to yourself first. Maybe buy yourself flowers or a pretty crystal or something just for pleasure in any budget range. Recieve from yourself to start if you have to. Recieve the sunshine. . . Recieve warmth from a fire. . . Focus on the recieving make a game of listing all you choose to acknowledge and recieved in each day. You are worthy.

I'm not a fan of calling men "boys" or women "girls" because they have negative behaviors; I think it is an unproductive oversimplification. Aside from that, you are exactly right. I would say that U.S. culture is very ego-driven, so people want to attain rank and think highly of themselves no matter what. I think that's why people often have a hard time with accountability.

Worked as a nurse for almost five decades... nurses are fixers, doers, as well as nurturers. Have denied self care for most of my life, putting others ahead of myself. Now I am retired, 66yo, and trying to make up for lost and wasted time. My point...DON'T WASTE TIME! Losing weight, getting healthier, and hopefully will be brave enough to possibly start dating. Some things that help me feel more beautiful & feminine.
    1) having a signature/ memorable scent. Investing in quality perfumes that have strong staying power. Everyone has different preferences for scent, find what works the best for you & use it often.
    2) making time for meditation/ listening to binaural beats & disconnecting from the world for a bit. Just sitting with myself, clearing my head, & allowing myself to simply be, helps me feel grounded, at ease, helps me get out of my head & in to my body. So = more feminine.
    3) My male friends treat me with a lot of respect & take me out often- without expecting anything in return. Whether it’s a nice place to eat, cool new experience, good conversation- they initiate the plans, or even trips, they set the times, & I simply dress myself up & my bring my energy. This has helped me remain in a flow of receiving, being a good listener, a good friend without the need to over-give.
    4) Spending time with my girl friends is a big one. Making time to get together, doesn’t matter what we do, just being in each other’s company, catching up, helps me feel very very feminine.
    5) another big one is- being more careful with my words- not only when speaking to others but- the words that I tell myself. The belief that “all men ain’t sh*t, all men are the same, all men cheat” .. no. I do not tell myself that anymore , I have removed that kind of thinking -those are not the men I want to place my focus on or attract. I know that there are good men, devotional hard working men- those are the men that I give my attention to. So a lot of affirmations, unlearning, & redirecting my thoughts has helped me feel more feminine.
    Hope this helps someone 💐

Writing out what I feel & creating beautiful music helps me remain in a very feminine flow. I was so happy then and so in touch with my feminine energy. I am naturally a confident person so that played a big role in my appearance. I then graduated and became unemployed which led into a deep depression. I only realized later on that I lost my femininity. The constant anxiety and stress left me in defense mode. Disagree. We lost it because of too many weak "non" men. Example: ran across at least TWO grown men who don't know 1 thing about what the oil light means on their own bike, or how to even operate a TIRE GAUGE. And the oil guy was HOT, but stupid and ignorant were never appealing to me. I won't touch them. You could end up with stupid kids.

We were lied to, we were told men love independent women. Reality: lazy and overly needy men love independent women. A healthy well adjusted masculine man wants to see a woman have a baseline (self supporting, resourceful) of independence. Much more than that will be off-putting. He wants to DO for you. Let him. And you be feminine and take care of him in ways that don't cross the line into smothering mothering. That's neither romantic nor sexy.

He used an entire bottle of Lysol and socked the rugs a tub of water thinking that’s how you clean them. I thanked him anyway and told him how much I appreciate him and he had his chest stuck out. You can see his sense of masculinity.

The most heighten feminine energy I have experienced in myself, has been when I have been in creative mode. Writing poetry, painting, playing music...
Like an act of love making sort of...
And the beautiful thing is that you become more of your true self, while at the same time you “forget” yourself in the process, in a liberating way - you transcend your ego... it is a sense of devotion and sensuality.

I love this list but also I would add - being an honest, kind and loyal friend to others, not being competitive & catty towards other women but helping them succeed, having an attitude of gratitude and a good sense of humor... not taking myself too seriously, being confident but not thinking I was “all that” (humility is a virtue) - my husband said he saw these things in me, he saw I had class and a good heart. He saw I was as he calls it “imperfectly perfect” and “willing to let him be imperfect too”
The list you gave is outstanding but also what is in the heart - that is KEY.

the aspects of feminine and masculine energy and how they interact with one another are so interesting, and they are absolutely real things. As a victim of childhood abuse, I’ve been living in masculine energy for the majority of my life (though I am female) as a way to protect myself, and naturally relationships and intimacy have been very difficult for me as a result. However, I have a male friend that I met almost two years ago, and I’m sure i love him. whenever I’m around him I feel myself really sinking deeply into my feminine energy, completely naturally! I feel so calm and safe when he’s around, I notice my voice changes, the way I move about changes, I find it easier to receive.... it’s quite amazing really 😇

    3. I go to SPAs or have baths whenever I can
    4. I use candles and diffusers around the house
    5. I have cute pet names for my partner and a silly voice I use to feel cute
    6. My partner likes it if I give him feminine compliments, like telling him hes strong :)
    7. Number 1 thing is to not accept any man who treats you badly or not like a queen. If you are strong but feminine you can find that. My new partner calls me the princess and I love that. These kinds of videos are life changing for me. I'm 20 years old and a product of feminized society. I grew up being taught that if you didn't like a woman with masculine energy then you were and insecure misogynist. I grew up being taught that gender roles were oppressive and that men should suppress their desires and urges for taking the lead, being lethal, and wanting a relationship a feminine homemaker. I'm now just realizing that these were normal all along and that there were still people who believed men should be men and women should be women. It's clear to see how damaging skewing gender roles and energy is for young people in society. Now I'm going to spend the rest of my days making myself into a real man and possibly preparing myself for a real woman.

@Debbie Smith Please don't manipulate or twist her words, read what she said, at no point does she says he gives her money after she asks for it, she simply said she is always grateful after receiving cash from her husband, You don't know how they arrived at that system. What is wrong with being grateful? do you think that if you deserve or are entitled to something that you should not show gratitude for it? You have mindset that seem to suggest that if her husband has a job and she takes care of domestic responsibilities that they are not equal partners, I have seen families where the woman has a job and the husband takes care of domestic responsibilities do you think that they are not equal in this case also? Families decide on how to share domestic and employments responsibilities sometimes based on who earns more and it makes economic sense for the one who earns more to work, and they may decide on one person working and one taking care of domestic responsibilities because they don't want to give the responsibility of taking care of their kids to someone else. It is about choices, none is superior to the other. You are being judgemental based an a phrase that she is always grateful after receiving cash from her husband, from that statement you have come to the conclusion that she doesn't have a job and is therefore part of some religious cult that believes women are subservient, in essence you have become a conspiracy theorist without factual information. That is being very small minded, families and decisions they make to suit their circumstances are much more nuanced that.

    Ways I’m more feminine.
1- I feel free and try to stay in the moment and enjoy what’s happening on the date. Not ruminate over the past or fear the future. After all, it’s just a date to see if I want to go on another date.
2- I listen to understand instead of to reply. Then I see if he does that too.
3- I notice if I’m comfortable. I know myself well and like who I am. My determination about whether I have a next date will be evaluated After the date is done, not while it’s happening. This keeps me in the present during the date.
4- I keep reminding myself that it’s only a date. Getting to know someone takes time and I’ve got lots of that.
5- I also remind myself that I’ll know the guy when I feel balance with him around. That takes time to.
I’ve discovered that dating is like house hunting. When I find the right house, all is well in my universe. Guys do that too. They don’t want to make over anyone. Nor do they want someone who’s not who they really are. So I’m true to who I am and trust that when the time comes, the right match will appear. In the meantime, I just enjoy my dates and appreciate going out.

    1. Joyful Receiving - Learn how to receive better.
    2. Feel Safe - Trust yourself to choose the right guy and to speak up when you know something is off. To rock the boat when you know the relationship is not going in the direction you want.
    3. Move From Your Head To Your Body - Feminine energy is body feeling energy, circular energy. Belly dancing is one good way to ignite your feminine energy.
    4. Connection - Connect with other women, have girl time, do activities with other women.
    5. Wear Clothes & Fragrances That Make You Feel Sexy - Feeling good about yourself, wear clothes that highlight your feminine curves. Feeling good about yourself helps you relax and radiate that feminine presence you have.
    6. Self Care - Willingness to take care of yourself, make time to prioritise yourself and put yourself first.
    7. Tone Of Voice
    8. Experience Your Sensuality - In touch with your senses in your body. When you're enjoying your meal, savour every bite. When you're wearing your clothes, experience the clothes on your body.

I come from generations of single moms. Learning to be feminine is so so so hard. It feels fake, it feels unnatural, it feels vulnerable, it’s so uncomfortable.
I want marriage and I DO want a providing man and masculine/feminine dynamics in a relationship but it’s taking so much hard work to be less aggressive/masculine.
I also grew up overweight which added MORE defensiveness and masculine energy.
It’s very hard but it works. I already see men becoming more receptive to me with VERY little change. It’s hard but it’s worth it.

@@paigec5017being feminine is something you're born with, it naturally just comes out of you to the day you die. Being feminine is subconsciously done. It is how you breathe, blink, move your lips, how you hold thing in your hands, how you sit, walk, turn, and how you dress, DAMN even how you sleep, it doesn't stop there "COZ NOBODY'S WATCHING", can you imagine trying to remember doing each thing every day. When I loved myself, before I lost my self-esteem, I used to wake up and exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Then I would take a shower and do my hair. Had a healthy breakfast and went about my day. But most importantly, I enjoyed a Bubble bath every night before I went to bed, and occasionally got a manicure and pedicure at the nail salon. I also scheduled a facial once a month with a professional. I always looked and felt great and it was easy to attract the opposite sex. But also made time to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with friends.

As interesting and off topic it may come off as although I do quite a lot of routines that have been mentioned including belly-dance 😉, for me the biggest game changer is praying and putting my man and the relationship into God's hands. I can seriously feel the difference in his behaviour when I do it or skip that one.
It might have to do with feeling safe, feeling into my daughterly being or my purpose in life, being in a place to receive or making him fight for me, which of course makes me feel all the more feminine.

This is one thing I noticed even changed my personality ; When using gestures such as the open palm, I keep my fingers closed as opposed to them being spaced apart. I realized that my ability to express myself to men have become more receptive. I think it's because the open fingers look and appear more masculine. It looks aggressive. I also, trying to keep my gestures in a mental box frame. For ex. I try to keep gestures the frame of my shoulders. Not cause gestures to go out of this frame. It shows I am in control of my words and more composed.
This has truly changed my personality ! I AM more composed. And I AM more accepting of myself to be softer.
    It's so powerful.

As a tomboy trying to grow up to a woman I found my femininity becoming a mother. I love being a mom and I suddenly felt calm, happy and appreciated as a woman. It also made me appreciate male qualities in a new way. I grow up without a father but step by step I realize what protection, strength and a fathers love can do for a family. 😍
For me, motherhood is a big thing of being a woman. Maybe I transfered from boyish to a more feminine, soft woman when all those pregnant hormones hit me.

There's this one guy who I really like that is an outdoor enthusiast, hunter, loves dogs & guns, and whenever we talk all I can think about are all the adventures he has gone on and how amazing it would be if I could go with him; along with just being there everyday for him. I have several letter drafts telling him how much he means to me, but I lack the courage to send them to him 😔 he has made several wonderful comments about me, a part of me wants to start dating him, but I'm still struggling with mental health issues and don't know how to ask him to be a part of my life when I come with baggage

I think I’ve struggled with the “joyful receiving”. After having to basically be the man in my 30 year marriage, it has often been hard to practice that when dating. I thought that before, but seeing this has made me think my intuition was right. It’s hard to accept...from anyone, women included.

Love this . Self care, friends, and lot of femininity, joyful attitude- so true.

This is really interesting for me. My relationship has been been going through a rough patch lately and one thing that came up was that my partner wants to buy my things. And I've always denied them. I hadn't realised how much this affected him until now. And i realised that i have been taking away part of being a man. Not being able to provide me with nice things. I'm a very independant person and get joy out of being strong and buying something for myself on the very rare occasion. I've recently learned sometimes I have to stand down and allow my partner to have that joy in buying me something. And now this video has confirmed this and many other things that have been coming up in my lift lately!
So, thank you for this video!

A smile & a friendly hello - even to strangers or by-passers on the street - goes a long way!! makes me feel good when they respond!!

I have an issue with the “self love” trend. The more we love ourselves, the less we love others. It’s very easy to default into selfishness in this mind frame. Don’t ignore needs and desires when they’re reasonable, but I think we need to dump the self love thinking. It sounds good on the outside but think about what it really means and what you have to do to achieve it. Just a thought.

Agreed. It’s one thing to love yourself, it’s another to be selfish... people these days are losing sight of the difference

There's a big difference between self love and selfishness. Just because some are blurring the lines doesn't make self love any less vital.

I think its beautiful to love ourselves otherwise we give away assets without their actual values. We just got to still be human I think

It is impossible to know how to love someone if you loath yourself.
That is different than always thinking of yourself and being selfish. One can not share what one does not possess.

I do agree with this sentiment somewhat. I have actually gone through it myself... I was such a people pleaser that when I realised what I was doing I stopped and started 'self-love' and it actually turned into selfishness and I took more than I gave. It didn't feel good either, I really do like giving and loving on others, I just need to have boundaries and be mindful of a healthy balance and whom and what im giving to

How do you make friends with women when most of them around me want to either gossip or are super introverted 😂

The best advice I can give is, pray to God for the right friends. Having at least 1-2 is all you need. The rest are seasonal and one has to be comfortable with knowing they won't last beyond the season.

@Avaron What a horrid thing to say to another person. Ignorance and hatred based on fear appear to be what possesses a being like you.

We all have masculine and feminine qualities. I nurture children with my feminity and protect them with masculine energy! I appreciate your honesty and courage. Angels are gender-neutral, androgynous Beings of Light. Ignore the bigots and haters.

What makes me feel feminine is communication and what I mean by communication is listening and being polite and gentle

I would add smiling to that list 😁
I come from Poland (and still live here) and here smiling to people you don't know is extremely rarely. I've been practicing smiling to passersby (especially to men) for quite a long and I have the experience that it opens up man's heart.
With smiling to you and all the readers 😁🤗

Hi Monika, I agree and I'm a natural smiley type of person. The problem with American guys is that if you are the least bit kind to them and give them one innocent smile..they think you want them. But you were just being polite. Are Polish men the same I wonder? Smiles to you😌🤗🙂

Im a feminine woman and i ❤ recieving gifts and acts of kindness from men. It makes me feel so good and flattered. I always thank them, blush, smile and tell them how appreciative i am of showing me what real man is like😍😍😍 it seems to inspire them to be more generous and kind in the future. Its the best
