This was an ASMR for me
I feel for you...I did something similar to my RK84...modding is a bitch and tiring hence the rabbit hole. A tweezer helps a lot especially for the taped over on off switch.
nice build !! i had feker IK75 Pro too but wired only :).. haha its ok to use clones.. i used GMK_Matrix clones :D :D . Do you use software to adjust the underlight RGB ? or just use FN Combination

Subbed. I've been looking for a cheap board and have been looking at this one. Honestly, in your opinion was the board hard to crack open? Like, at any point did you worry about breaking it?
I just got the same board. It’s not too hard, the trick is holding onto the upper frame and pushing the board out
hi, thinking about Keychron k8 pro OR this custom board, what you can recommend? i saw that on Aliexpress there are some negative comments that it board not reliable.
AND pleeeased help me to understand with that custom board what about Stabs, can i buy every stabs or there are some limitations?
I think you have to use clip in stabilizers ( I would recommend durock) screw ins are better but the holes for the screws are missing
hi, is it safe to tempest mod the battery version of this board?
Have you found any software to remap the keys on the IK75 Pro? I've tried the FEKER Driver and Via with no success. I'm planning to flash using QMK but scared to do so yet.
Check if your board supports VIA/QMK. I saw a video from youtube that a version of Feker IK75 is VIA/QMK Compatible.

Hello, I'd like to ask if your feker ik75 can be detected by the driver software? Because when I tried mine, it's just keep stuck on the searching device screen
actually, the software doesn't work at all on mine lol. i just assumed it's because i use macos :(
Any reason for the choices of different switches for specific keys?
i just wanted to try different tactile switches on my board heeh
U should put pe foam it might've came with it but u prob threw it away like most people but everyone has some so I'd suggest to use it. Make sure it's fine with ur PCB tho
For my keyboard tempest mod I used electrical tape to avoid becoming an electro wizard
this is not advisable, the adhesive of the elecrtrical tape will destroy ur pcb. go light, use masking tape :D

any thoughts po sa feker ik75? goods naman po ba wala pong issue so far?
i actually really like it. the only problem i had was the knob, i had to put double sided tape in between them so it can turn ng maayos.
another thing is that i have to press on it para mag activate ulit yung volume nya pag naging idle yung volume for some time.
but other than the volume knob, i actually really like it and i think the free polycarbonate is such a steal.
@@chewingwildflower ano po yung issue sa knob wala pong parang break yung di po tuloy tuloy yung ikot?
@@jesniemagaling6561 i think ako lang yung may ganong issue where the knob keeps falling off and hindi masama sa pag turn yung knob. pero what i did is i put double sided tape in between so it works okay now. and no, walang stopper, tuloy tuloy lang talaga ikot nya. not much of a problem tbh
@@chewingwildflower ahh nag loose thread po ata yan wag mo po pag aalis tanggal yung knob, pero po since ganyan na i will recommend bili po kayo bago knob para po sa mas better experience hehe

I used an old credit card to pry the case open so it doesn’t scratch it
Eeep why do people use metal tools like screw drivers to open their acrylic cases! Off course it isn't going to be easy open and you're more likely to break clips and damage the case 😭just get one of those cheap plastic pry tools and it takes like 2 minutes to open, at least on the IK75 V3. Edit: I unpaused and it was immediately scratched 😞keyboard murder

@@chewingwildflower You're good, I only say all that because it's common lmao! I saw reviews implying it would be hard to open and tbh if I didn't have the tool already maybe it wouldn't be on my mind and I'd use a screwdriver too 💀💀💀But I find it comes apart gently without having to stress the clips.
But I don't think people give well made clip cases enough credit because unlike screws there's no chance it can get stuck together from a stripped screw. 🤔Plus less hardware to lose
