椰汁年糕的製作方法簡直不要太簡單!!!
糖溶一溶, 粉攪一攪, 蒸一蒸, 再煎一煎, 香口應節的椰汁年糕就完成了!

清水220毫升
薑30克
片糖150克
糯米粉300克
澄麵150克
椰漿300克
椰油30克

網上有食譜用木薯粉/生粉取代， 不過材料份量就會有所改變，建議參考網上食譜。用上澄面比較傳統， 一般都能夠做出有嚼勁又不黏牙
