I use a similar device that's prettier, it's CNC machined & anodized gold, I bought it on Ali for 10$ it prevents horse shit from entering my steer tube whenever I chase my stallions at the stable... Lambos are for the nouveaux riches.
Not sure I would trust it holding anything bouncing around in the Headtube as you ride and take impacts. I use the Granite Stash Multi-Tool Kit - Compact Bike Tools Stored Inside Steerer Tube.
Nah i think the same, Probably will keep a first-aid kit in there which I otherwise have in a pocket, I think as long as you have like 1 squishy thing to hold stuff still it'll be fine
