I’ve been using the vinegar/water/essential oil for glass cleaning for quite a while but I no longer do because the vinegar smell with time leaves the house not smelling so great. I have also replaced the vinegar with alcohol and it totally fixed the stale odor problem 😊 Love your channel
I always make my own cleaning products, money saver and I know what is in it. So, today I started ( in increments), early spring cleaning and made my window cleaner. I used 1 cup of white vinegar, 1 cup of rubbing alcohol and fill the spray bottle with water. Crystal clear. Btw, I love the smell. Also, it is a good all purpose cleaner too.
Love my BONA floor sweeper ! The pads are quickly replaced with velcro ,ordered extra pads ,just peel off and throw in the laundry,. Love these videos👍
I use the Dawn & baking soda mix on my fiberglass showers and works like magic. No matter what store bought cleaner I tried, nothing cleaned the textured floors like this and with little effort.

I would tell my friend immediately with love ; ) I've been using microfiber (or old facecloth, etc) on my swiffer type mop head simply because when they first came out,the replaceable wet cloths left a sticky residue each time which was usacceptable. I love your videos and am binge watching them and sharing on Facebook. One tip I would like to share is that I use the barely damp mop on my cabinets and appliances for an effortless quick clean, too!

Our ensuite doesn't have any windows so we always wipe the shower with a microfiber cloth and leave the exhaust fan for a while (with the shower door open) - can't thank you enough for the tip. I only have to scrub the grout every few months to get rid of what very little mould that has settled compared to dark patches you would normally get. Life saver!

I mixup the tub and tile cleaner in advance and actually put it in a chef squeeze bottle. Makes application of its cleaner much easier, and because you can cap it doesn’t dry out.

My husband never tells me when I have food stuck in my teeth 🤬😤 I cleaned my shower today with vinegar and it came up the best its been in 5 years. I have all glass surrounding my shower as it leads to an outdoor courtyard, but no cleaner in the last 5 years used vinegar!!!! It was looking so bad I was seriously thinking of replacing the glass soon, as it has ALOT of watermarks. I will keep at it for a while and see how it goes. I have used microfiber cloths for about 3 months now. Very satisfied. Don't buy cheap cloths; they start fraying in a washer. You''ll learn that the more expensive cloths usually last much longer.

Awesome, as usual! Would love to know a recipe for a bathroom cleaner/soap scum remover to use on natural stone. My understanding is vinegar is not appropriate to use on natural stone.
Homemade laundry detergent is so easy and I’ve been making it for over ten years. Boil a gallon of water. Melt 1/3 of a bar of fels -naphtha soap (grated on a cheese grater). Melt soap. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of borax and 1/2 cup washing soda (all ingredients found in laundry aisle.) Split mixture between to gallon jugs and top off with cool water. Shake really really well and again when completely cool. Use the same amount of homemade detergent in place of store bought detergent. I like to add a few drops of lavender essential oil to detergent when adding soap to machine. Any bottle works to store, but I like to reuse an old laundry detergent bottle. $1 or less for 2 gallons of detergent! The mixture can be chunky, but if you shake it up really well when it’s cool, the chunks should go away. And I give it a nice shake for good measure anytime I pour some out

I use your recipe for room freshener (equal parts water and vodka, omitting essential oil) as my all purpose cleaner...especially good for cleaning natural stone like granite. Best price Ive found for vodka is at Trader Joe’s. Curious why you don’t recommend this as a cleaner?
Hot soapy water and a disinfectant is what I've found works best on granite. I like dawn personally because it really cuts through grease. Rinse and dry to a sparkle.

I used they mildew formula on a couple spots on my bathroom ceiling, let it work and wiped off... and was disappointed I didn’t notice the difference, but it kept working over the days and the ceiling is whiter in those two spots than the rest, hoping I don’t need to apply it to the whole ceiling to make it match.

After any public meal out, my husband and I always look at each other smile. A couple of co-workers commented on it once at a work dinner how sweet we were. It’s really just us checking each other for food in our teeth ..... once we smile the other one either nods and shakes their head subtly.
