I don't know how anyone could actually talk or stop this song while playing, it takes me to heights when listened in i's entirety, I just want to enjoy and appreciate.

This guy literally talked through the whole song! He wouldn’t shut up! I like it so much better when they wait until the end.

Can't believe you talked through pretty much the entire song.

I think that's known as 'talking over the best bits'.

His facial expressions are not for dramatic effect, it is LITERALLY the correct way to do a "vocal fry" (grit in voice) by placing it more in the front by scrunching up the face. Because he does this, he has been able to have a VERY long career.

Dude, word of advice, when making reaction videos, listen to the damn song then talk about it, dont talk over the song.

After three Ep 002D on this song.... All three talked over the best parts. Think I'll just watch it on Conan when I need my fix.

The way the song built as the instruments came in brought in a lot of emotional content.

It’s a good song. You should listen to it sometime.

Ah, funny about the faces. Watch how vocal coaches explain it. Especially when he does the vocal fry, the physicality of pushing his face forward is how he is keeping his vocals cords from getting damaged. The fact that the facial expressions fit the song so perfectly is just a bonus. The spat of musicians reactions I am now seeing is interesting. You all are looking around him to see the orchestra and naming the instruments and when they would come in. I suppose when music is your career, it’s difficult to disconnect from the mechanics of music making to actually just feel the music. Oddly, listening without hearing, the theme of the song! You kind of personified it right there.

Your so right , David never strains his voice he has a wet rasp so he keeps it very clean and effortless. He is highly trained in voice and his octave range is amazing.

I have seen some really bad reaction videos, and this was one of them. One main point of a reaction is to show a reaction, not a commentary. How can you react to something that you are obviously not really even listening to?
