I called tech support they said cooling issue. Even though it makes 90 lbs before error happens. Thanks for the help

The oil leak is not oil. The gear box had grease and the motor is going bad that when getting too hot change from grease to oil. It'll be better to get new one thinking on the price of new motor and gear box.

I have service call for KM-350MAJ , not making ice evap coil getting Hot , what is the issue any idea?
Hot gas valve/harvest valve.
@@IceMachine411 There is no supply to that coil from the control Board
Super hard to diagnose when I’m not in front of the machine.
Bin is full of ice so do not think a cooling issue. 2020 model
Call tech support.

Distorted like you can’t hear me or it just sounds weird?
