Of course it does supports receiving WhatsApp video calls. You will notification both on your phone as well as portal and you can chose to answer on either
Great tips video for the Facebook Portal. Your video is so much better than others that just "open the box". yours actually revealed some cool features and tips on the workings of this great device. I shall return to view more of your videos. Please do more on other Portal features like using the smarttv to display video conferencing sources on the big screen. Also, how the use of phone photos can be shown as photobook on Portal. One more, explain the security behind having multiple phone contact directories.
I bought 2 portal+ last year when it came out for me and my parents. But I really started enjoying it when the pandemic started. Great video, thanks for the tips. Just hope you could install more different app like Netflix, disney+ or Microsoft teams for conferences.

I was changing some settings and obviously hit something and now my settings are in the "background" and everything else in in front and I can't get to the settings I can hear her as I'm trying to swipe everything off saying headings, default, controls but I can't bring the settings to the front 😣 any suggestions??!!! I've turned it off and back on, but that didn't help.

I’m having connectivity issues. HELP! There’s no one on here for that/these issues. When I make a call it always go to their cell phone and when they call me them same thing happens.
My portal will not recognize my internet. I've reset it three times, it will allow me to add my internet password and accepts it, but it will do nothing but spin when attempting to update the software. HELP!!!
When I tap the Zoom App it immediately asks me for a PIN. I have a Zoom account. I entered the PIN from my account, but it said invalid. How do I activate the Zoom App without a PIN? Or where do I get the PIN?
this typing a number whilst holding down a letter can make it really difficult for elderly people to use, as they can find just lightly tapping awkward, but a proper press for them gives a number instead of a letter. just been on the phone with my mum who is trying to get a Y rather than a 6, and it's almost impossible... it's helpful for me to be able to see the keyboard in this video though :) th-cam.com/video/UMJD0C0VV-g/w-d-xo.html
