Can an office chair be factor? I've been spending more time at my desk lately and I think the worn padding in my chair is triggering some inflammation of my sciatica.

It would be super helpful on the screen if you made the letters smaller and the viewer could see the stretches better, the first one is very hard to see, I also think if you added a segment on how to stretch that would be great. Hello my name is ronnica and i suffer from sciatica. I live in va and ive been trying to get disability for this since 2010 but it started in 2002. Im about to be 39 this year and its worser than before. I need a real doc. What can i do.
Been in extreme pain 24/7 for 3 straight months, it's no need in me living, im ready to die and im not joking. Haven't slept in 3 months and I don't even know how that's possible!

I have pain down both legs and my body is inflamed any idea what it could be? Because all the drs at the ER don’t know? Please help
