Saw a post on Reddit where Digital Dreams said they’ve received all the recent feedback and suggestions from the community, they said that they do plan on adding future content to the game like quality of life, DLC and such but first they are going to prioritize fixing some stuff on the Switch first, I think this is it! This is the one!

Honestly, I think the reason the Brachiosaurus was cut was maybe because it had trouble moving on land since it was too big. Which we know is the reason most mods don't have huge land sauropods. Moving on from my sepculations on why the Brachi was cut, these illustrations look great! I love the colors you gave to the Allo!
That could be the case! I hope with the fixed pathfinding they’d be able to add it back in with few problems now 🤞🏻

They could make it spawn near the shorelines like in Carnivores 2, that way it doesn't have as big of an issue getting stuck on objects when spawning.
It would be cool if there are different ambient dinosaurs on every map
Agreed. I’m very okay with map-specific ambient dinosaurs. Helps make each map feel even more unique.

Luis V Rey’s older art pieces could easily be translated well to HD they have the perfect blend of older depictions but slowly start to transition into a modern reconstruction which I think was the set artstyle for HD
I shall send this to DD to see what they think. These look awesome.
Love all of these. Maybe you could also draw an HD style Dimorphodon, Chasmosaurus, Archaeopteryx (I do think this is where it would go if they were to add it instead of a potential ice age version), and the remaining seven new dinosaurs from the mobile port.
I also really like the allosaurus. Your design for the allosaurus is very good, cause they were ambush predator and the markings you made is very good for camouflage. Jaguar patern, nice.

@@SaurianTarget finally got my hands on Dinosaur Hunt 2 days ago and I wasnt too dissapointed with what was offered but I got really tired of seeing the exact same color scheme and pattern on the dinosaurs
I love your allosaurus! I've never really been a fan of the carnivores Allo since it's just a budget raptor, but this one looks like it's own animal. Properly terrifying too.
Gotta love that dimetrodon! Would add so much variety to the current roster and I think you're design is fantastic! I can definitely see it roaming basmache rocks.
If we get more ambient creatures, I'd love to see them take advantage of the water and air side of things. As I mentioned in a previous vid, I kinda have a bias towards perhaps a crocodilian, just so that there is something of interest lurking in the many natural water bodies. Of course a cheeky fish or two wouldn't hurt either. Dimorphpdon or archaeopteryx would be neat, and as for hunting dinosaurs, I'd love to see ceolophysis get added in some capacity, or perhaps an amargasaurus.
I’d love a hunt able large sauropod and dinosaur interactions and other dinos and a shotgun.

Dude your art is too cool! I'm so tired of the official carnivores content being... well non- existent, that I honestly think that if you teamed up with someone who has experience in game coding, you could make the best game in the series. Love these drawing possible dlc dinosaurs videos and you should keep up the great work! And oh my god please stop being so underatted I mean come on.
Well done! You bring incredible detail and insight into how these animals should look and be portrayed in these games. I hope you can continue to do versions of all the rest of original Carnivores trilogy animals, including Ice Age.
Don’t disappoint me digital dreams! I already had the PS3 version but one of the biggest reasons I bought this game day 1 on PS4 is to support one of the best series of my childhood

Love the way you texture and shade! Dimetrodon has to be my favorite in this video. Would love to see how you would adapt a large dino (carnivore or herbivore) with snow leopard textures

I love the purple yellow All you did, but when I think of a new Dino Hunt Allosaurus, I see it going down a scarier route. We know that it used its skull like a hatchet to stab at prey, so maybe they could play that up with a cold, creepy design, sort of like an axe murderer/slasher villain of a dinosaur, to help it stick out from the vibrant create and Naturalistic rex. I imagine a blood red head, into a rusty orange neck, then down into a dark grey body. Maybe some duller red stripes down the body to mimic scars and slash marks

I would imagine the Allosaurus being much bigger than the original two games. 11 feet tall, agile, relentless, and absolutely vicious. Killing the hunter by trashing him around like a dog with a toy, raising it's head, then slamming him into the ground before give a rage fueled roar.

Maybe some "Artificial" dinosaurs would have a Dino Hunt corp marks on them. If you manage to kill or "catch" these dinos you get more gems as well.

They should add a raptor pack in the game , it's actually good and ofc Burian's design are the best so maybe their retexture to the Dinosaurs as a
Dlc with other things like ambient additions and new huntable dinosaurs.

what new ambient dinosaurs or animals would you like to see? id love to see the butterflies again like in reborn and the smaller dinosaurs i know they might make a comeback but the maps in dino hunter seem a bit empty and need more ambient npc's. i'm thinking giant salamanders in the lakes, archaeopterix leaping from tree to tree or small packs of microraptor, giant dragonflies just to bring the maps more alive . at night we could have bats , id also like to see the grass get a visual update. and the colors of the map toned down a bit.

Allosaurus is my top pick and pachycephalosaurus is my second. But I am really hoping for spinosaurus and velociraptor as well, that would make a dream roster right there.
Spino and raptors would just skyrocket this game
Man I love these vids. It’s fun seeing others draw and making up hypothetical retrosaur designs (especially 90 goodness, which I personally grew up with so you know I’m biased)
As for creatures I would like to see in HD for possible DLC??
- Therizinosaurus (as a hostile herbivore that covers its weak spot with its humongous claws, *wink wink nudge nudge* )
- Styracosaurus (smaller but still hostile counterpart to Triceratops)
- Deinonychus (as the bigger and even more dangerous counterpart to Velociraptor)
- Acrocanthosaurus (as another big carnivore along with the T. rex and the hypothetical Spinosaurus)
- Iguanodon (as the hostile counterpart to Parasaurolophus)
And out of the ones you’ve made, I really want Velociraptor (just feels empty without it), Spinosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Dimetrodon and Allosaurus
I would love to see my favorite dinosaur Carnotaurus in carnivores dinosaur hunt. It would be scary and cool when his hunting you down! 😆

Dinosaurs: Spinosaurus .allosaur .Packy .Carno brachiosaurus . Velociraptor.
Weapons: taser i’m so sorry I couldn’t Think of any other weapons
Areas: Beach. The remains of a city . A Lavery place or better yet a volcano and that’s pretty much it in case digital dreams saw this

Ok so I know this doesn’t exactly follow the subject here but I was wondering if maybe you could do a video showcasing the calls of modded carnivores creatures, one of the things I never see in reviews or showcases is the calls each of these majestic alien paleoart inspired prehistoric creatures make, I know there are some vids of the official calls of the creatures, and there is probably a couple of modded creatures but i felt that maybe a video just showcasing all the calls of each Dino or animal without music or anything in the back, just the sounds of their calls, I’d suggest doing mods that have major hunting roster differences such as Triassic, Mandibles, Far north, etc. I don’t wanna force you to make that kind of video or anything, I’ve been a huge fan of yours for awhile and I know you don’t recognize me but I was one of the people who had requested a review of Triassic a long long time ago and I always fanboy when I spot my comment in the beginning. I hope that you read this and consider my idea, I also wouldn’t mind a similar vid but with death animations just for completionist sake

Everyone's going to hate me for this but in my honest personal opinion I feel like there should be some form of fully automatic or rapid-fire main weapon I don't know why it just feels like it would be better to add to the game and yeah sure everything in this video was obviously pretty good they should definitely add everything in this video into the game not everything but most of it but still I feel like some form of rapid fire main weapon or fully automatic main weapon would be really really nice in the game and they don't even have to be fully auto weapons they could be three on first or even semi-automatic I just want a full out of gun in carnivores dinosaur hunt I feel like I could just bring a lot more life into the game just imagine like you are hunting like with one of the full auto weapons and then like a T-Rex just starts charging at you and then you just gun it down yeah that's what I would like to see in the game now I feel like the falling out a weapon could either be a submachine gun or maybe even an assault rifle but I feel like the SMG would be more like a close range weapon with the assault rifle would be more of a medium to long ridge weapon but that's just my opinion

i know that it will never happen, but they're gonna have to change Ceratosaurus' colours if they want him to look realistic.
*let me ask you: in what map would Ceratosaurus blend in?*
i often mistake Triceratops for a rock in the Great Forest, and i believe that's the idea of the dinosaurs' colours. and Ceratosaurus lacks that, despite me liking the bright red and black stripes.
and i do have an idea for the colouration of Sinraptor and Dilophosaurus, but i'll tell you if asked.
I don’t think the Ceratosaurus is supposed to blend in. The Reborn manual and art book say it has a bright hide which makes it a good choice for beginner hunters, because it stands out so much
@@SaurianTarget yet Stegosaurus, the first huntable dinosaur, can also blend in with wood and can be mistaken for a rock (in the fog, at least).

Hi everyone, i still remember carnivores 2 was the first game my father bought to me when i was a kid. That cover of the two velociraptors terrified me 😂 i have to admit i was terrible at the game but i had a lot of fun and when i finally by some miracle i manage to kill a dinosaur i fellt so proud. Anyway my dad died when i was 7 and i always had a strange connection with this game, and now i was hoping to buy it again because the copy i had doesn't work anymore, i looked up on steam and i culdnt find it just the reboot, i played it and its not the same at all. Does anyone know where i can get this game nowadays, if you can help me with this I'll be eternally grateful i know this game has a fantastic comunity. (by the way im sorry if i made some mistakes English isn't my mother tongue)
