She had a Lister 4cyl diesel about 38hp I think it was. Not my vessel; just the delivery skipper so can't remember now. Looking back through my log she made 8.6 knots with the tide and down to 4.3 kn into wind and tide and lumpy seas off Orford Ness at 1900 rpm. Oil pressure 3bar; temp 80C; charging at 13.5 volts; start engine hrs. 59.3.. So about 6kn average I did read the owners manual for the IP23, the engine and electronics before I started but of course they are with the owner now so can't check. A good, seaworthy little inshore vessel.
Great journey!
Hi what engine did you have in the boat and how many knots were you doing?
