There is so much information to learn about the narcissist, but true transformation only takes place when you begin to learn about you! In this membership we have a different theme each month and we meet LIVE weekly on zoom and work through the pieces of the healing journey together as a community.
Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month! You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!

I felt sick to my stomach too one year ago when I ended it. I never knew this existed but I am very aware as well. Be kind to yourself when you want to blame yourself. Empaths rule. It is a journey to recover.

❤It is not the insights that makes you feel sick - it is the abuse that you can now see clearly❤

It's all the spiritually sick energy you endured and had to stifle(vomiting up and out into your consciousness). Keep going this has to happen for you to know, fully face, accept, then heal from into a healthy you. It will get better don't give up.❤

There's a song by Lisa Lobe called I DO where she says ~
" You're trying to convince me
That what I've done's not right
    And I get so frustrated
    I stay up every night."
" I'm starting to ignore you
Or I doubted you so long
    I'm tired of over-thinkin'
    I know you don't belong "

That was a great one, which resonates even more strongly since I now know what narcissistic behavior is.

Recently, im in a rock on a hard place with my covert narcissistic ex-wife after we split up for good. I consulted a realtor for selling the house, got me the money offer for selling the house. But when my ex appeared in the driveway and found out about the offer, she was dissatisfied about the offer of selling the house. Ive been searching other realtors by giving me a better offer but she's still refusing it. I told her that she can refinance the house, I get half of my money and she can have the house and keep paying it, but of course she doesnt like the idea of keeping the house. So i told her that we should sell the house ASAP because there's no point of keep paying the mortgage which me and my ex no longer live on that house, but she's dragging herself. Its really upsetting and exhausting. And also she's making excuses on delaying house appointments with realtors. Not surprised, its always "My Way or the Highway" attitude. Its aggrevating.

Always get silent treatment and gaslit if I dare question anything wrong . Always hear you're just imagining things or you're remembering things wrong or take things to personal .

This is exactly what happened with my narc ex. I always had to be wrong or bad, I also had to engage or he got angry.
Then he would say I was abusive and causing drama.

Thank you for this, Michelle. This is a good reminder. I have recently gone no contact with the members of my family of origin. 💔 This journey keeps bringing me back to a place of giving myself the gifts of acceptance, wholeness in myself, and trust in myself.

My parents make so much poor or bad choices and I'm forced to save them and in return they abuse me. Both are freaking immature and my mother is freaking malignant narcissist, I'm fade-up of this chaotic family relationship. 😭😭😭
My mother and father always juggle in between the persecutor or victim role and I'm freaking like always have to play the rescuer role. 😭😭😭

We don’t need anything from anyone, especially from the abusers, to heal. Our happiness and peace and love are all within us. It’s vital for us to start loving unconditionally and with compassion our inner child. Our love when redirected within can heal us. We were created whole and miraculously enough. Thank you Michelle.❤😊

My narcissistic young grandmother and an extremely controlled co-dependent narcissist grandfather ruled my life because my borderline mother allowed them. Now out of the NPD cycle(No Contact) in my 20’s finally trying to gain more ground against BPD in my mother. I try my best to heal by separating the disorder and not the person to break more toxic thoughts and attachments. It’s so challenging to heal. Personality Disorders and the abuse they can inflict is no joke.

…So now I’m applying the learning of narcissistic abuse to toxic borderline behaviors. They are different, but can certainly overlap. I also want to say either-or. Both NPD and BPD have their own ways of making you feel many negative emotions.

Wow..thats an important key thats missing ,i havent seen it in any narc channel..the overfocus into problemsolving that leads to f r e e z e, and counterintuitivelly away from the solution which is...there is no solution. They are sick the situation is sick it will never get healthy .healthy relations exist in other people ,elsewhere where we never dare go ,it doesnt occur to us thats the solution we should b focusing .its just we dunno this problem is unsolvable

What if they really are incompetent.
Ill give u example. As a kid, I see that my parent has forgot to put the oil in the car_ after they empty out the old oil.
If I tell them before they start the car its my fault. If I dont tell them _ its my fault. Its always my fault.
I have to walk away from many situations _ you cant win _ have a cup of tea and enjoy the show.
