You sir owned that guy! He was well nervous rocking back and forth, back to you, looking up at roof!! He should find another line of work. He's clearly not cut out for being a lying, robbing thieving trespassing scumbag 'enforcement officer'. When they keep repeating a made-up job title that sounds like some government official you KNOW its bollocks. Same as 'TV Licensing' a made-up business of Capita and their 'enforcement officers' who are just ordinary employees with zero legal powers to question people even. Few important facts people need to know about 'court baliff's': 1) They work for private companies, they're nothing to do with the court or government, although they like to give that impression. 2) They cannot force entry into a property, they have to be invited in, but if the door is opened to them and they can gain entry they're allowed to walk in, so DONT INVITE THEM IN. Even if the police are present, you can keep the door locked, not answer and they can't force entry. 3) If you have a debt and the court has assigned contracted baliffs to collect that debt, you can just contact the baliffs and make a reasonable minimum offer you can afford to pay (ie £1 a month) and they cannot normally refuse to accept that. If they do, you can request it be referred back to the court and provide proof of your inability to pay more.
You probably work for those assholes or are one. And you're massively oversimplifying what is a big social problem, it's not always about consumer credit, there's hundreds of reasons why someone can find themselves unable to pay a bill, council tax or fine.
sending bailiffs is the last resort for any company/organisation. there are processes in place and procedures to follow before a bailiff knocks on your front door. In this case, clearly the defendant has not responded to the claimants requests for payment. neither has the defendant made an effort to reach an agreement or payment plan. they then record their nasty actions and post it on social media to try and justify their wrong doings. makes me sick just watching the video and reading the stupid comments. people, take responsibility for your actions, and most importantly, GROW UP!!!
That is true, but often the reasons for sending one may still not be entirely legal. Nor the conduct of companies involved. Magistrate courts and County Court judges often have no legal qualifications or understanding of the law and issuing warrants is a mere procedure. I agree though, it's always best to make contact with your creditor, not the bailiff or any third party interloping debt collection agency. The whole warrant and bailiff situation can 95% of the time be avoided if you know your rights, contact your creditor, request a copy of your contract with 28 days notice under the CCA (template letters available online freely) that will either render the debt legally unenforceable and halt any court action, else if they do have a contract and/or you accept liability for the debt, you can make an offer of payment which you can reasonable afford to pay, but that should be made to the creditor. If they have sold on the debt, they will likely not want to deal with you and refer you to the interloper, but you have absolutely no legal liability to deal with them, so again, that can nullify the debt.

Black Ash Finally, someone who knows what they're talking about! You're absolutely correct - debt collectors don't have the same powers as Enforcement Agents (AKA Bailiffs) and have to leave if you ask them to - this is why it's important to ask for their ID in the first instance, so you know who you're dealing with.

Nice one!
You kept cool and civilised, and tied his pre rehearsed script in knots.
he was acting a bit weird wasn't he? i think i would have pushed him (not SHOVED)but pushed him out of the door into the garden as he was illegally inside your property! Seems very reasonable to me considering he could be a nutter! Not a violent act either, just help him find his way back outside where he should be.
I'l be honest, i try imagine what i would do if i had been in your shoes here, and i know for a fact i wouldn't be able to control my temper! i respect you for being so calm here mate, how do you do it?
Bad idea mate, that would be considered as assault
I always invite them in, then lead them to my enclosed back yard. I have not fed my dogs for years.
THe fuck! I entered though peace means. So these guys can just walk into your house. If buddy walked into my house he would be dead.
Peaceful entry means WITH CONSENT!!!!!!
ckarod ipolicethepolice No it doesn't.
Brett Green yes it does you div
Through any unlocked door, peacefully. I'd do a bit of research before you spout off and resort to name calling.
Brett Green i have and im also an attorney at law and common law court sheriff so YOU go do some REAL RESEARCH!!!
Are there rides on your planet? You're clearly loopy
Can’t pay they’ll walk away! Lol
He wouldn’t have been stood there long if he entered my property!!!
I wouldn't even open the door. If someone I don't know shows up at my door unannounced, I don't even answer it.
Yall are so polite. Here in the 🇺🇸. .. "yo, get the F off my property!"
It's called intellect
😂😂 brilliant work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Cuff_ EmTv.vol.2 why? I'm confused...is it a game to just blag as much stuff as possible and never pay a bill?
Better if we all make stand Togather
Make stand Togather need Big chage Come togather wake UP England still Time olny way take your freedom
Well done you handled that superbly
Biggest crime here is his beard line.
Steve Powell why
Steve Powell did you see it! WoW. A closet clocked it straight away fucking MANKY TRAMP! Can’t blend it right!🤦🏻♂️
The beard is fresh man don't be hating
Beards are for tramps
Imagine how his mum must feel knowing she failed as a parent
I'm lucky to live in a Block of Flats, Sure it's small here. - But if an Enforcement Agent turned up, they need to get through 2 Doors "Peacefully". If they wish to speak to me.
His back is probably bleeding from where he jabbed his cheap steroids in.
Lmao
This guy on roids come on now. I highly doubt anyone on roids looks as shit as him.
If he's on roids he's got big dirty stinking boils n spots on his back that bust
"you got poo on ya back"
"i cut my back"
"thats nice"
He's not a bailiff he's a bloody joke. If He walk threw my door he then would leave threw the window 🪟
From a psychological point of view he was moving around as a distraction for his own anxiety. Also I would say that "duty" is a moral thing imo.
This guy is already dead inside.
I wonder what their boss' say when at the end of the day they return to the office and say ' no luck with any of them today' . But then again theres always someone who runs to get his wallet that spoil it for the rest of us 😊
This guy had no right just to walk in your house and he knows that just phone the police to get him removed from your house he is breaking the law for unlawful entry
Kevin Pawsey police can't help you in UK, help yourself to shovel the dirty thing out of your house, PERIOD!
mmmmm thats ok for a short time but then you will get done for assault you must always cover you back just to be on the safe side
what this guy has done is called by law aggravated trespass
Kevin Pawsey Bailiffs are allowed to make what is known as ‘peaceful entry’ by walking through an open door. They cannot force a locked door open. Only High-Court officers can force doors open with a Writ & its restricted to commercial premises only.
That bailiff gave up so easily XD I’ve never seen them give up like that, he’s obviously working in the wrong job.
Love it when these pumped up bullies come unstuck , we done sir 👍🏻
What kind of scumbags would do such a job?
What sort of person does a job to retrieve money owed by a thief? A hero perhaps?
I am LAUGHING over the fact that the guy keeps saying "I am an enforcement agent" and i'm literally screaming in my mind: yeah WHATEVAH! we got the damn point this's guy's an enforcement agent. give us the SPECIFICS MAN!!!" xD
Owned, owns, owned, well done to you...
He'd be straight back out the door for sure.
Bang! Goodnight wake you up in the morning
The body language of this creepy little man (with clipboard) is like watching a living thesis on shame, guilt and self loathing. He literally hates his job. Because he knows that to succeed, he has to inflict misery, pain and suffering on people who are often just struggling to cope with life, and pay the bills or put food on the table.
He’s having a bad day at the office 😂😂
some people say he's only doing his job but come on...who wants this kind of job. same as traffic wombles. whats happened in their lives for them to resort to this. so sad.
so you think peeps should pay for nothing and park there cars where ever they like ?
Ann james no I just think a) who would do that job and b) what's happened in their lives to do that job.
True. They are the lowest of the low. Same as TV Licensing goons. Preying on the old, weak and vulnerable, some of the poorest people in society and extorting them or getting them convicted with fake lies. These people have no morality or souls. How do they sleep at night and look themselves in the mirror each morning. That's why this chap has a beard I bet lol
Paul and Ancila Horlicks! That's how I slept! I worked as a CEO "Civil Enforcement Officer" for 4 years and I loved it...People park in contravention, they should be fined! Rules are rules and everyone who has a driving licence should know the rules if the road! If you can't afford a fine, stay in the line!!! Simple!
Moomyself&I your no better than the little rat bastards that call themselves police officers. Rat your fellow man out to the state to be exploited, as if he doesn't pay enough exploitation tax as it is. Congrats on being one of the most hated people in employment.
If he don't have a written warrant signed from the judge .they can not do fuck all. The electric warrant means shit
He looked like he was on drugs or something, the way he was rocking back and forth, if he'd have just walked into my house just because my door was open though he would've got out a lot faster than when he came in 😂😂😂, hats off to you though mate, you handled that rather calmly 👍
I live in Texas. This guy walked into my house like he did he would be in a funeral home in 2 hours.
God Forbid that the UK should ever follow the example of Texas
Just dial 999 and let them record the encounter before charging him with demanding money with menaces.
I tip my hat to you sir well done.
If this is genuine, why is he not showing you his warrant?
Can we just say in all likelihood that the male filming or someone within his property has a court order to pay back liable debts. Whether the enforcement agent was proper in his manner or not, he isn't there for fun. The male filming also made several personal insults against the agent which is just unnecessary and leads me to believe that he is probably the low life that owes money that he refuses to pay back.
People like him should be arrested.
That bailiff has issues 😂
Oh bless he's a shy man lol 😁
He looks like he's been on the E's the night before!!
He would b on a drip if he was in my house
Just seen this nice one feller.
Well done man
I just bought a van I didn’t change the logbook on same day bailiff took the van and asking me for £1280 as there was 4 penalties on it I have tried everything but didn’t give me back
