The police in scotland batter people I was on my motor bike and dropped my bag containing parts for my bike I got off my bike ran back to pick up my bag walked back to my bike right away a police constable threw me up against a wall hurting me and said I stole my own bike and punched me in the face then told me I was a thief since I cane out of nappy my mother and father saw the chief constable who said he was sorry I refused his apology and demansed the constable in person apology to me he refused the confusion was I had just bought the bike and it was still in the other persons name they still should have checked befor arresting me David.
The lady officer has unresolved trauma and needs to see a psychologist. She clasps her hands in frustration/stress. It basically becomes an ego battle for her and she abuses her powers in an attempt to "win". Sadly, we all know she hasn't.

I disagree. It should come from the funding of that station and its upto Woking police to ensure all officers are trained appropriately. Yes there is individual responsibility as a police officer but they should have internal training and continued assessments which would capture her appalling handling of the situation.

I think if an officer turns up and somebody is in custody they aren't responsible for putting them in custody, would have thought that was obvious, they cannot know the reasons and must by duty support the officers who called for their help. It doesn't mean they are judging you just that they are doing their job.

I'm dealing with a stalker and I was forced to call 999 the other day when they were in my back garden. It took the police an HOUR to arrive whereupon they went out with a torch, had a quick look and left. Makes me sick and angry seeing these ones here wasting time when there are people out there needing support and help.
I rang police because there was someone trying to get in my back door , I’ve never been in any trouble ect but they came and ignored me and raided and took my baby out of bed and brought her downstairs I was screamed at that I was to admit I couldn’t cope i was so scared I wanted to call the police to remove the police. I phoned up for a copy of the report and complained but told I had no report and months later a letter stating I was not able to make a complaint and that I should of made a complaint that same day it was a very rude letter to be honest and i was left frightened of reporting anything to the people that were supposed to protect the public.

I have finally lost the last bit of faith I still had in the police over this whole situation. They need radical reform as an organisation as they are no longer fit for purpose. Like Sepi says, you might need to take legal action. I have recently done a subject access request because I would like to see what information exists on my record because I suspect one of the officers at this station is mutual friends with my stalker based on comments they've made to me before. That might be something useful in your situation as if there exists a report it is your right to see it. Make sure the subject access request is in writing to the police and politely decline any conversation over the phone regarding it unless you can record the conversation. I think if an officer turns up and somebody is in custody they aren't responsible for putting them in custody, would have thought that was obvious, they cannot know the reasons and must by duty support the officers who called for their help. I'm dealing with a stalker and I was forced to call 999 the other day when they were in my back garden. It took the police an HOUR to arrive whereupon they went out with a torch, had a quick look and left. Makes me sick and angry seeing these ones here wasting time when there are people out there needing support and help.
I rang police because there was someone trying to get in my back door , I’ve never been in any trouble ect but they came and ignored me and raided and took my baby out of bed and brought her downstairs I was screamed at that I was to admit I couldn’t cope i was so scared I wanted to call the police to remove the police. I phoned up for a copy of the report and complained but told I had no report and months later a letter stating I was not able to make a complaint and that I should of made a complaint that same day it was a very rude letter to be honest and i was left frightened of reporting anything to the people that were supposed to protect the public.

I have finally lost the last bit of faith I still had in the police over this whole situation. They need radical reform as an organisation as they are no longer fit for purpose. I have recently done a subject access request because I would like to see what information exists on my record because I suspect one of the officers at this station is mutual friends with my stalker based on comments they've made to me before. That might be something useful in your situation as if there exists a report it is your right to see it. Make sure the subject access request is in writing to the police and politely decline any conversation over the phone regarding it unless you can record the conversation. Probably because there are a lot of weirdos out there who really indiscriminently dislike people in positions of authortity(especially police) and would like to do them harm. So, quite understandably, they are uncomfortable with a member of the public loitering around filming them while they do mundain things(this is not typical behavour to be randomly filming people while they work) for no apparently obvious reason. So, they investigate, as they should do.

What we need to do, whenever the police abuse us with legislation, that’s actually does require consent, we need to hold them accountable for their abuse and committing a trespass on us! Hold them personally liable and then serve a notice on the commissioner for allowing them to use legislation without the publics consent, it’s the only way we are going to turn things back round to how it should be if we hold individuals accountable!

They are not public servants. Fact. Show me otherwise. Work in the public sector may be. Provide a public service may be. If they are servants of anyone they are servants of the Crown. They hold the office of constable. They swear an oath. Swearing to serve the Monarch and to keep the peace. Also to prevent offences against people and property. Nothing about being a public servant. I'm not excuses any behaviour from police officers in these type of videos, but it's a common misconception that they servants and are to do what they are told. Don't expect consumer service like you would at Mark and Spencers because you expect them to be 'servants'. They have a job to do and a part of that job is challenging/questioning suspicious behaviour especially around security around police. So the intial response is fine, but then it goes horribly wrong very quickly.

In the UK, the government is adding “feelings laws”, suppressing free speech. The Police seems totally unaware and illiterate with regards to free speech being a natural consequence of the fundamental human rights of gathering information.
Again and again the Police is misusing the monopoly of violence based on their feelings about themselves, or based on feelings assumed to be present within someone else. Such totally uncontrollable measure scales of nonsense is not only corruption, but clearly violently dangerous and will over time destroy democracy.

No, they were doing exactly what we pay them to do. Namely, investigating a person who was acting suspiciously outside a police station, who might have been a danger to the public, because he had no valid reason to be there. (And no, waiting for a police officer to come out so that you can bait them is not a valid reason for 'loitering') What should they do, just ignore a potential terrorist outside a police station in case they offend him? All you people have the mentality of twelve year olds.

Just think about how these officers would treat us ordinary members of the public. The only reason that they aren't tackling him to the ground and battering him, is that he's filming them and they can tell he knows what he's talking about. Absolutely chilling.
imagine someone hanging outside your house filming the inside of your house, and when you ask them what they're up to, they say not much, and continues filming... would you walk away and allow them to continue filming? or would you think there's a possibility of this person meaning harm to you and your family?

The police are given extraordinary powers over the rest of us. If they can't handle situations like this, then they're not the sort of people who should be wielding those sorts of powers.

If there is an issue with police power abuse, show the scenarios where this actually happens organically, not by someone deliberately picking fights by walking right up to the line of the legal / civil rights limit, then back down.
Police are given extraordinary powers because they need to deal with extraordinary scenarios compared to the rest of us. I suggest you look into research into "outcome bias" where medical professionals make consistent misdiagnoses, but these things are being highlighted by Human Factors specialists and processes are created to combat this. THIS is how you deal with a problem.
My point is this AB person is doing this in bad faith, and should be called out on it. I have no issues with him uploading his videos, but i have issues with other less self-aware delinquents that mightuse this type of videos to go out there and do the same with different police departments. When that is the case, what happens when there is a real threat? e.g. a terrorist pretending to be "auditing" but actually collecting intelligence on security? Exercising and abusing rights are completely separate concepts. A good society needs checks and balances to stop tyranny and power abuse, i agree, but there needs to be checks and balances on these types of videos and materials too.
