The way the scumbag saw that the TV was not plugged in to the aerial socket - AND THEREFORE UNABLE TO RECEIVE A LIVE TV SIGNAL - and then calmly plugged it in and insisted the householder then turns on the TV hoping he would then receive a live signal was nothing short of entrapment.
In Court, this video is powerful evidence that the TV could not receive a live signal UNTIL the BBC scumbag enabled it to do so.

If you don't respond to their letters, they then send people round your house to search your kitchen cupboards for items stolen from their stores, assuming everyone is shoplifting until they can prove otherwise. NO-ONE would EVER put up with such conduct. It would be a national scandal. Yet, that is pretty much what is going on here with the BBC.

And that now they werw here at my house and could see i had no telly, perhaps tbey could stop harrassing me every year? This continued for the whole 6yrs i lived there!
There is still nowhere on their stupid online form to tell them you have no tv!

The license is only for 1 company. BBC. most people 'here' (watching this vid) dont watch bbc channels. If ppl do watch it, i would expect them to pay.
The only reason BBC still charge is because they dont run adverts so they earn their extra money through charging the public to watch thier channels. No other channel has this as they run adverts, they call it "free view".

What baffles me about this situation is this . . . A corporation chooses to put out television signals that can be picked up by any television in the land. Then they say you have to pay for it. That is like pushing goods through your letterbox, then saying you have to pay for them and you will get fined if you don't. Which is nonsense. It is their loss if the corporation does not have a system that ONLY allows you to watch the channels they transmit, IF you have signed up for it. You do not NEED a 'Television License' to OWN a television. That is bullshit. And to back this up with the police . . . That is wasting police time, as they should not be backing up a media business that has no legal right to demand money off television owners. I sense a massive claim for compensation here because this is embezzlement or fraud. The 'P.P.I'. scam is nothing, compared to the B.B.C. bully boys. IMO etc lol. ; )
