nidhi bhati i was 5'6" now i'm 5'10" and no it's not genetics my parents are 5' and 5'4" and my brother's 5'1" and my takkest grand parent was 5'6" i didn't pay for any "how to grow taller" program or anything, i didn't drink any special juice, i didn't do anything ridiculous. simply stretching for an hour daily before bed and after waking up.
I'm 25 and have increased my height in the last 3 weeks by half an inch. I have absolutely no reason to lie about this because I'm not trying to sell anything. All I did was do stretching routines 3 times a day you can find on TH-cam (all the videos include many of the same stretches). The routines take about 20 mins. I did them as soon as I got up, evening time before dinner and then again before going to bed. Everyone on the internet says it's impossible to increase your height after the age the growth plates close but I didn't let that put me off. I just thought I'd give it a go and see what happens. Either way, it wouldn't do me any harm, Yoga is good for your body regardless. I intended to not check my height for 3 months to see if it really worked but I couldn't resist and checked it a couple of days ago and was taller than I've ever been. I took my height as soon as I woke (morning height) then again in the evening. The reason I mention when I took my height because people will say "it's just because being in bed decompresses your spine so you're at your true height in the morning". I know this and account for it. I've always known my exact height to the number. In the morning right out of bed I would always be 5'9.5. I already have good posture so I didn't lose too much height during the day. In the evening and before bed I would've shrunk to 5'9 on the dot. Now my morning height is a couple of mm above 5'10 and in the evening at my new lowest height I'm about 5'9.5, which used to be my morning height before getting into yoga. Maybe If I stopped doing these stretches every day, I'd go back down to my original height idk but I'm going to keep it up and who knows, might even grow another half inch. The reason I share this is because if you read the internet for answers on this everyone will say it's impossible to increase your height but it's really not. I highly doubt you can increase your height drastically by multiple inches but I'm 100% sure you can increase it up to an inch with stretching and healthy living. Take no notice to what people online say and just give it a go yourself

Hey can I get more details from you? I'm 22 and 5'8 , my dream is to attain close to 5'10 if not exactly 5'10 ie I need to grow 2 inches. I have always been "the tall guy" during my childhood and early teens , but after a certain age I stopped growing, meanwhile many friends of mine who were shorter than me started going to the gym with strict diet , they gradually grew as tall as I was. fast forward to now 2 of them are 5'11. I regret not working out with them but I know that just crying about the past decision wouldn't help me so I started working out , stretches and have a strict sleep routine , as Im already 22 I had no hope but your comment gave me new hope . Are you sure you are still growing at 23 ? I am a late bloomer myself so I hope I can still grow if I work hard.
@@lordjesselingardinho2193 eat a lot. you need to be in caloric surplus to grow. you also need to consume a lot of calcium and protein rich foods along with making sure that you get enough of the other nutrients. getting a little fat is fine so long as you don't get obese. do high intensity short duration workouts regularly. sprints are great. eat foods that boost insulin right after you workout. don't do exercises like weightlifting which (according to my own observation and not according to scientific research) seem to encourage the bones to grow short and wide instead of long.

Never listen to ppl like this. Not everyone is the same, go check out how alot of NBA players grew in their 20s, even Haaland grew in his 20s. This medics have closed minds so i suggest taking Gaba supplements, exercise (mostly stretching) morning and evening, sleeping by 10pm each night and nutrition. With all these, u will definitely gain a couple inches. Hope this helps

seriously its not so much rare nowadays ,, i myself have increased more than 1 inch after 18 and have seen many people of the same age criteria achieving 2-3 inches after exercises and supplements.

You are totally right man. I've been doing stretches, eating healthy and more importantly, sleeping a lot more for about 1 month now. Still no results but thats because its been only 1 month. This gotta be a 2 month work at least to start seeing results even tho they maybe small results
I did go to the pharmacy to measure myself one week ago or so. When I started to do this training I was 1'71 cm and now I am 1'73. I do actually feel a bit taller but I'm still short. I want to see if I can still keep growing much more but I'm probably not gonna grow more than 2 or 3 more inches since my dad is really short (1'63 cm). I think that my body did the best it could but I'll keep doing this method and let's see if in 3 more months I can get the inches I want.

I know this and account for it. I've always known my exact height to the number. In the morning right out of bed I would always be 5'9.5. I already have good posture so I didn't lose too much height during the day. In the evening and before bed I would've shrunk to 5'9 on the dot. Now my morning height is a couple of mm above 5'10 and in the evening at my new lowest height I'm about 5'9.5, which used to be my morning height before getting into yoga. Maybe If I stopped doing these stretches every day, I'd go back down to my original height idk but I'm going to keep it up and who knows, might even grow another half inch. The reason I share this is because if you read the internet for answers on this everyone will say it's impossible to increase your height but it's really not. I highly doubt you can increase your height drastically by multiple inches but I'm 100% sure you can increase it up to an inch with stretching and healthy living. Take no notice to what people online say and just give it a go yourself

@@lordjesselingardinho2193 eat a lot. you need to be in caloric surplus to grow. you also need to consume a lot of calcium and protein rich foods along with making sure that you get enough of the other nutrients. getting a little fat is fine so long as you don't get obese. do high intensity short duration workouts regularly. sprints are great. eat foods that boost insulin right after you workout. don't do exercises like weightlifting which (according to my own observation and not according to scientific research) seem to encourage the bones to grow short and wide instead of long.

I did go to the pharmacy to measure myself one week ago or so. When I started to do this training I was 1'71 cm and now I am 1'73. I do actually feel a bit taller but I'm still short.
