Ok so apparently Im the only REAL short person here. Imma start doing this. Age: 16 Current Height: 5'2 (157 cm) Goal Height: 5'10 (177 cm) (Seems unrealistic but I think I can do it with time.) I'm starting today on November 10 so I will update this on December 10 when it will officially be a month of exercise. Please remind me by liking this or commenting on it whenever you guys can. Update: It is finally december 10th, thank you all for being patient. I did infact grow! I grew around half an inch. Which is 1cm. So now I am 158cm! That doesn't seem like a lot but keep in mind I haven't grown since I was 12. It could be more though. I realized that there were a lot of things I was doing wrong during these 30 days that really affected that growth too. I will be avoiding them for my next 30 days but for now let me point out my flaws. -Little to no sleep! I have really bad insomnia and I was only getting 1-4 hours of sleep and it wasn't even a continuos sleep it was all broken out through out the day. (I got medicine for it so hopefully that will help.) -I was only eating 1 meal a day. This one meal wasn't even a proper meal it was literal ramen. -Not drinking enough water. I drank like 2 cups a day if I even remembered to drink water. -I stopped exercising for days at a time due to school work so I would forget to. So for these next 30 day I will be fixing all of that and then updating the progress to see if these changes will improve my growth. Next update will be on the 10th of january! Hopefully I will grow more!! Update: I am here to apologise to you guys as this is not another height update but I will no longer be updating. I am currently dealing with a lot of stuff regarding my personal life and I really want to focus on fixing lost connections and getting back on my feet rather than focusing on a dream about finally being tall. 14 year old here and 5'4 gonna update every month! September update: I am now 5'5. I wasn't able to do these stretches due to our school just starting.... However some factors such as having enough sleep, staying hydrated, consuming plenty of nutrition (mostly meat and dairy), and getting enough sunlight helped me grew by an inch in a month.
Stretching in the morning is recommended. Get eight hours of sleep. 1:30 Touch your toes for at least 30 seconds 2:12 slowly stand up with a straight back. Lift your head a little more than parallel to the ground. 3:04 slowly lift your hands and reach for the sky 3:22 get on your toes for 30 seconds 5:05 stretch your shoulders on the wall 5:57 stretch lats and thighs 6:34 just kind of reach like that for 30 seconds 7:27 stretch your lower back for 30 seconds 8:14 I don’t know anymore 9:09 Touch your toes while sitting. 2 months ago I didn‘t care about my height because it was normal for my age but suddenly everyone got taller (like 5‘11) and since then I started to stretch in the morning. I’m sixteen and turning seventeen in less than a month. I have been doing this stretch once almost every day (missed 4-5 days) within the last 3-4 months while eating a lot of food (healthy choices of course) and exercising; 1000 jump rope; 100 push ups and 30-60 minutes HIIT boxing training everyday. I slowly, but gradually grew from 5’9 to a little less than 5’11 and I’m going to try for 6ft. What I’m saying is that don’t lose hope, try your best and everything will pay off. Just BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS and you will get the height you desire. Don’t give up! I actually started to do these stretches when I was 163cm tall I did them for a month (like 2-3 times a week) and I grew 9 cm (I'm currently 172cm tall ) I think I might start doing these stretches again I think your goal is achievable but you have to get at least 8 hours of good sleep everyday (I slept 8+ hours every day and as you can see it helped a lot) Edit: Bro this works for me too well , I grew 4 cm which means I'm 176 tall (5'9'') it took only 4 weeks If there was no limit to growth I would probably be like 196 cm by the end of the year . Alright people I start my height journey today, I’m currently 17 years old, and I will update every month: Current height: 5’11.25”/181 cm Goal height: 6’1”/185 cm Month 1: So I know I’m a little late sorry about that, but from what I’ve measured, after stretching for 1 month I’ve grown from 181 cm to 181.7 cm so now I’m a little over 5’11.5” from 5’11.25” . I think any improvement is improvement, and I’m going to start stretching 2 times a day for month 2, let’s see if we can get me to 6’0” by February 19. Month 2: Alright so I know I’m late it’s technically March 1 when I’m posting this, but I’ll say the results of February 19, so essentially I grew up to a full 182 cm tall which is basically 5’11.65” I am mostly proud of that, I really only need about 0.35” left to reach 6 feet and only 1 cm away from 183 cm, so I look forward to this month’s new height and hopefully we can get me to 6’1” soon

It does work🖤 i was 5’10 when i was 14 and I wasn’t satisfied so i did these exercises for months and now i am 6 feet tall(15 years old) and still doing and hopefully i will gain 3 to 4 inches more.

Its not I'm saying I know but I gain almost 2 approx inch through bodybuilding plus stretching and kicking exercise for 7 months approx, so I'm just saying it can happen. If not for my gains I won't believe it either so I'm just lucky to get real results after 25. Experience is the best motivator and teacher. 👍

I'm 18 and I started doing daily stretches last month. By the way, I stretch during an hour before I sleep and after I wake up. I believe I still have a lot of time and I will keep doing this until I finally feel satisfied with my height, maybe around 5'9 to 5'10, or luckily 6'0. My parents' height: 5'7 (father), 4'11 (mother) (My father's side got a relative who's over 6'0) Early October: 165cm November 2022: ??? (I will no longer update my height monthly because I might feel disappointed if there will be some no changes in months. Hello guys. For those who have waited for my result, I really want to say sorry first, because I did some miscalculations back then. My height since I started this height growth journey was 5'5. Then I indicated on the first two months of my journey that I went to 5'9 since the cm details says 175, but what the truth is that I only went to 5'6.5 at that time, so 1.5 inches added rather than 4 whole inches. With that mistake cleared, I just want to add some things that I did along my height journey. I did some hangs (30 secs to 1 min/3 times a day), ate more proteins, worked out (5 times a week during my summer vacation, then shortened to 2 times per week when my classes came back-HIIT cardios as well), and listened to morphological and subliminal sounds (Daniel MF and Chumpy Subs) two times a day (one hour in the morning and evening-sometimes overnight). This may not work for others with their personal time constraints, but yeah, height journey is same as other physical journeys and other journeys in life. There are things you need to sacrifice. Well, I am now 19 and only left with 2 years til 21 when my bones will fully develop, so why not use that remaining years for something I will not be able to do after 21, right? So yeah, finally, from 5'5, I went to 5'8. Three mfing inches in a year. How cool is that? My dad questioned me just recently why the hecked he sees me taller than before, well this is the reason. I am actually quite satisfied with this but I still hunger for more inches, hehe. I would say that I am not yet done with this journey. Good luck to all of you!

I don't want to be tall to impress anyone. I'm doing this for myself. Hopefully, these stretches will encourage my body to keep growing, and I'll try to get plenty of sleep as well.

Meowzki Dumbass.Everyone stops at a different age,my mother stopped at 14 at a height of 5'8 and my father stopped at 17 at a height of 5'9,I am still growing at 20.5 and I am 6'1".At 15 it's very likely she has stopped growing,many girls have stopped by that point. On average girls stop at around 16 and men at 18.Some girls can go till 21 and some men can go till 25.5 though. And exercise won't do JACK SHIT,it's all about diet,quality of sleep,fresh air,vitamin D and protein,maybe some HIIT training can help but otherwise those are the essentials
It's pretty unbelievable that you are only 5'1 with both parents at 5'7.Something went wrong or you will have a growth spurt at some point,your mom is tall and parents that are close in height make exponentially taller kids,it starts working like some kind of addition instead of only average between them

One thing that I've noticed is how one's posture makes them look shorter. After stretching on a regular basis, I've grown to 5'10" in about 10 days and my posture has improved drastically. UPDATE: I DONT THINK ANYONE IS SEEING THIS BUT STILL. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF STRETCHING I GREW 1cm WHICH IM PROUD OF. NOW IM 5'10. (p.s I did all the stretches on this vid and one more called COBRA POSE which I think helped quite a bit)
UPDATE 2: I grew half a centimeter. I'm 178 1/2 cm now. I've also been doing the exercises for more than 40 seconds each since the beginning. And I've never done the jump rope one.
UPDATE 3: I'm 179 cm now. I also forgot to mention that I only stretched 6 times a week usually at 11 AM.
UPDATE 4: Still 179cm. :( I might only continue till I'm 180 cm cuz I can't do them,only to grow 1 cm a month,I don't have time like that and It hurts. When I'm 180 I'll update (if I ever will be :| )
p.s I injured my ankle playing football so I did skip like 5 days or so.

Update: It is finally december 10th, thank you all for being patient. I did infact grow! I grew around half an inch. Which is 1cm. So now I am 158cm! That doesn't seem like a lot but keep in mind I haven't grown since I was 12.
It could be more though. I realized that there were a lot of things I was doing wrong during these 30 days that really affected that growth too. I will be avoiding them for my next 30 days but for now let me point out my flaws.
-Little to no sleep! I have really bad insomnia and I was only getting 1-4 hours of sleep and it wasn't even a continuos sleep it was all broken out through out the day. (I got medicine for it so hopefully that will help.)
-I was only eating 1 meal a day. This one meal wasn't even a proper meal it was literal ramen.
-Not drinking enough water. I drank like 2 cups a day if I even remembered to drink water.
-I stopped exercising for days at a time due to school work so I would forget to.
So for these next 30 day I will be fixing all of that and then updating the progress to see if these changes will improve my growth. Next update will be on the 10th of january! Hopefully I will grow more!!
Update: I am here to apologise to you guys as this is not another height update but I will no longer be updating. I am currently dealing with a lot of stuff regarding my personal life and I really want to focus on fixing lost connections and getting back on my feet rather than focusing on a dream about finally being tall. I might come back and start over but it doesn't seem like it for now. I do want to thank you guys for all of the support and all of the people who came along and stayed. I'm Sorry that this was short. Again, thank you!

September update: I am now 5'5. I wasn't able to do these stretches due to our school just starting.... However some factors such as having enough sleep, staying hydrated, consuming plenty of nutrition (mostly meat and dairy), and getting enough sunlight helped me grew by an inch in a month.
Keep up the good work stay consistent on it
Stretching in the morning is recommended. Get eight hours of sleep.

I’m sixteen and turning seventeen in less than a month. I have been doing this stretch once almost every day (missed 4-5 days) within the last 3-4 months while eating a lot of food (healthy choices of course) and exercising; 1000 jump rope; 100 push ups and 30-60 minutes HIIT boxing training everyday. I slowly, but gradually grew from 5’9 to a little less than 5’11 and I’m going to try for 6ft.
What I’m saying is that don’t lose hope, try your best and everything will pay off. Just BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS and you will get the height you desire. Don’t give up!

Update January: after two months of daily stretches, my height is still 173,5cm so in my personal experience, a man with a good posture, stretches helped me to gain only 0,5cm. It is something, but being realistic it doesn't worth the time that you have to spend on it. Maybe if you have some issues in your spine stretches could help you, but if you don't have anything,I don't think that stretches will be useful for you

I think your goal is achievable but you have to get at least 8 hours of good sleep everyday (I slept 8+ hours every day and as you can see it helped a lot)

Alright people I start my height journey today, I’m currently 17 years old, and I will update every month:
Current height: 5’11.25”/181 cm
Goal height: 6’1”/185 cm
Month 1: So I know I’m a little late sorry about that, but from what I’ve measured, after stretching for 1 month I’ve grown from 181 cm to 181.7 cm so now I’m a little over 5’11.5” from 5’11.25” . I think any improvement is improvement, and I’m going to start stretching 2 times a day for month 2, let’s see if we can get me to 6’0” by February 19.
Month 2: Alright so I know I’m late it’s technically March 1 when I’m posting this, but I’ll say the results of February 19, so essentially I grew up to a full 182 cm tall which is basically 5’11.65” I am mostly proud of that, I really only need about 0.35” left to reach 6 feet and only 1 cm away from 183 cm, so I look forward to this month’s new height and hopefully we can get me to 6’1” soon

I'm 18 and I started doing daily stretches last month. By the way, I stretch during an hour before I sleep and after I wake up. I believe I still have a lot of time and I will keep doing this until I finally feel satisfied with my height, maybe around 5'9 to 5'10, or luckily 6'0.

(My father's side got a relative who's over 6'0)

(I will no longer update my height monthly because I might feel disappointed if there will be some no changes in months. Therefore, I will update by this November 2022, which marks my 1 year in this height journey. Please do note that the stretches are also done with eating the right foods, sleeping 8+ hours, taking vitamins and supplements, and proper exercise. I will do my best!!

Hello guys. For those who have waited for my result, I really want to say sorry first, because I did some miscalculations back then.
My height since I started this height growth journey was 5'5. Then I indicated on the first two months of my journey that I went to 5'9 since the cm details says 175, but what the truth is that I only went to 5'6.5 at that time, so 1.5 inches added rather than 4 whole inches.
With that mistake cleared, I just want to add some things that I did along my height journey.
I did some hangs (30 secs to 1 min/3 times a day), ate more proteins, worked out (5 times a week during my summer vacation, then shortened to 2 times per week when my classes came back-HIIT cardios as well), and listened to morphological and subliminal sounds (Daniel MF and Chumpy Subs) two times a day (one hour in the morning and evening-sometimes overnight).
This may not work for others with their personal time constraints, but yeah, height journey is same as other physical journeys and other journeys in life. There are things you need to sacrifice. Well, I am now 19 and only left with 2 years til 21 when my bones will fully develop, so why not use that remaining years for something I will not be able to do after 21, right?
So yeah, finally, from 5'5, I went to 5'8. Three mfing inches in a year. How cool is that? My dad questioned me just recently why the hecked he sees me taller than before, well this is the reason. I am actually quite satisfied with this but I still hunger for more inches, hehe. I would say that I am not yet done with this journey.

Realistically you won't grow almost at all in 1 month. Unless you are in your growth spurt stages, if not it's unlikely you even grow a centimetre.

On average girls stop at around 16 and men at 18.Some girls can go till 21 and some men can go till 25.5 though.
And exercise won't do JACK SHIT,it's all about diet,quality of sleep,fresh air,vitamin D and protein,maybe some HIIT training can help but otherwise those are the essentials
It's pretty unbelievable that you are only 5'1 with both parents at 5'7.Something went wrong or you will have a growth spurt at some point,your mom is tall and parents that are close in height make exponentially taller kids,it starts working like some kind of addition instead of only average between them

One thing that I've noticed is how one's posture makes them look shorter. After stretching on a regular basis, I've grown to 5'10" in about 10 days and my posture has improved drastically.
