  • Hey team, 40 min Booty + Core Burner incoming! This one is a KILLER workout! Get ready to feel the #booty and abs BURN! We are toning the glutes and abs, and YES there is a Booty Finisher to feel that EXTRA burn at the end. Bring your Monday motivation, get excited and let's do it!

    Just to let everyone know, it is okay to misfy the workout to fit you. I did, instead of 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off, I did 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off because that's what worked for me best. Don't feel bad about not doing 50 seconds on, you'll get there at some point 😊

      May I ask: did you do anything else to gain muscle (like protein powder or anything)? Or are just the workouts enough?

    For me that was one of the hardest work-outs on this channel. Genuinely. The Glute finisher actually killed me, I find that sequence just so very hard but I managed it well and kept my form. Another fantastic but challenging work-out. Thank you Anna.

    When I need targeting workouts I prefer this kind of video where there are exercises for two parts of the body that are practiced all the time within a few minutes. For example, many similar videos do the abdomen only at the beginning/end for a few minutes and the rest is only one part of the body. This video is the exact opposite and I am infinitely grateful for it!

    This is my first workout in a month as I was not allowed for medical reasons to do anything! I used to workout with you all the time and holy cow, getting back into it is going to be very difficult. I had to stop a bunch when I normally wouldn’t have to. Definitely humbling and I just have to retrain my body. A bit of a bummer but I’m going to focus on all the amazing things my body is capable of and try not to be so hard on myself! So for anyone else struggling today, you aren’t alone!

    Wow I actually really really like this workout, especially the squat pulses and squat hold, because it's a real challenge and I love a good challenge. So after repeating this workout a few time I can do it all without extra breaks now woohoo. Love it!
