I love this engine. I love all of the Find Hansen engines. They are such wonderful masterpieces and true works of art. I wish there will one day be a museum with all the Find Engines and demonstrations of them running...
Your masterpieces never fail to amaze me... I find your work fascinating. I haven't found anything like what you do in terms of building these little engines anywhere. I think they're simply amazing.
Another fantastic presentation as always, Mr. Hansen. And good to see you are still doing this! I hope there will be many more videos from you and your wonderful machines. You are an inspiration to many I'm sure.
No need to thank us. You are the great entertainer. Thanks for your generosity in explaining how you did this and your willingness to share your great wisdom and experience.
"Then you might ask..." as if I have any idea what you're talking about. I haven't a clue, but I can recognize and appreciate anyone who has mastered their art, which you clearly have.
Of all these engines and their parts, I'm still fascinated at your ability to build small, low-mass, flyball governors to function so well, with such minor centrifugal forces.
You must be a Danish National Treasure!! Your videos and your creations are absolutely incredible and your explanation of their workings are sublime. Thank you Sir for sharing your knowledge and skills with the world!
I started watching the fine Hanson models 10 years ago and I still have haven't found anyone that could produce such detail and if there is someone out there I would like to know about this type of quality I just haven't found it yet. Thank you Mr Hansen . you inspire us with such attention to detail
This is really beautiful. I feel like I'm much too old to ever learn enough to build something similar however I appreciate the artistry of this machine.
Wonderful work of art👏. As someone who is extremely interested in historic engines, i just can't stop watching your videos. If only you could buy these engines, i want one so bad.
You can see the cam gear drive almost coming to a stop, and make a slight "click" at compression stroke when it is running slow, if you have ever heard the "rattle" of the manual transmission in Ford Pickup with 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel, just as the vehicle is starting to move...its that same gear "Clash" of the main shaft and counter shaft within the transmission. - VERY COOL
Wow, I've only seen a few of your videos and I'm speechless for your workmanship. I only wish I had some of your skills. These engines are an absolute credit to you. Many thanks for your time to film, explain and post. Rgds.
I recently came across your channel and I've watched a few videos now. I'm simply amazed by your models, absolutely magnificent! A true sight to behold. Very interesting commentary too, thanks for posting them!
amazing to watch it go go go and the little parts do their thing... cld make the vid of the close up of the engine running longer... so we can take in ALLLLLL of the lilttle parts doing their thing. WOW that is something. chuffing away like it does, chuff chuff chuff low speed and "high" speed... low is nice can see the little parts working better.
Man, you've built this engine and finished it so smoothly it's actually confusing my brain, it feels like it should be much bigger! Then I see your fingers next to it and my brain struggles to accept it haha. The surface is perfect, no paint build it, no tool marks that could give away its size, just perfect.
The integral control of the flyball is fascinating - how such relatively 'simple' mechanical elements implement the integration function to control the injection pump to obtain desired shaft speed.
To the 36 ignorant individuals who disliked this video, go have your oil changed at the local lube and run because you obviously are not mechanically smart or you would of given this man a thumbs up for not only the video but for the sheer knowledge that it takes to fabricate such parts and understand how a diesel engine works, not many humans have this kind of gift and you 36 that thumbed down certainly even have less than whats needed to be a decent person.
Finally!! I have been waiting all the time for your next video. You are my top channel on youtube. What you do is the essence of everything I love. Hope you will continue building and experimenting for many years to come. Mr. mastermind! 😃
Beautiful work as always my friend! I would love to have one of your engines some day and also want to make one myself. Hopefully getting a lathe & mill next year! I would like to make a vertical 2-stroke hot bulb! Always a pleasure to see a new video from you Find!
Wonderful workmanship, as ever. Thank you for explaining some of the detail of the hot bulb - as an interested layman they are a bit of a mystery to me, but I understand much more now. Honestly, it's amazing to get a true model diesel running at all, never mind being able to switch back and forth from a semi-diesel so easily. Is the valve cam shape very important, or will any smoothish curve work? I'm thinking with something so small, you must hand file them, so there must be some limit on the accuracy of the cam profile?
Mr Hansen I love your videos. But especially of these slow turning engines. Thanks for posting them.
You are a master engineer and an artist. Beautiful models in every way.
Usefull man💫
There is nothing more to say for me. :)
It has a rhythm and movement as if it were alive.
Beautiful.
Sounds like a true power house pub
Napster... Is that you!?
I love this engine. I love all of the Find Hansen engines. They are such wonderful masterpieces and true works of art. I wish there will one day be a museum with all the Find Engines and demonstrations of them running...
No doubt about it the guy needs national recognition he would not give up thanks for the comment*
Your masterpieces never fail to amaze me... I find your work fascinating. I haven't found anything like what you do in terms of building these little engines anywhere. I think they're simply amazing.
It's so much fun just watching that engine run. It is interesting to see the parts work.
Another fantastic presentation as always, Mr. Hansen. And good to see you are still doing this! I hope there will be many more videos from you and your wonderful machines. You are an inspiration to many I'm sure.
I which you coeld whin a Nobel prize for best ingeneer and you are the only person in the world that has made modle diesel engines
as a heavy diesel mechanic, It's really cool seeing the OG diesels.
No need to thank us. You are the great entertainer. Thanks for your generosity in explaining how you did this and your willingness to share your great wisdom and experience.

Then you might ask but I didn't but he said it anyway should have been a teacher and he is.
Your skill of painting machinery is impressive! Yes, mechanics is very good, but how you paint your models -- outstanding!
Of all these engines and their parts, I'm still fascinated at your ability to build small, low-mass, flyball governors to function so well, with such minor centrifugal forces.
Absolutely love your engineering skills and the engines are beautiful, wish I had the skills you have.
You must be a Danish National Treasure!! Your videos and your creations are absolutely incredible and your explanation of their workings are sublime. Thank you Sir for sharing your knowledge and skills with the world!
This is the definition of art, science, and passion 👍 I have watched your videos many times, and yet everytime I get more impressed

Beautiful piece of functioning mechanical art, "how sweet it is"...
amazing to watch it go go go and the little parts do their thing... cld make the vid of the close up of the engine running longer... so we can take in ALLLLLL of the lilttle parts doing their thing. Absolutely amazing engine. Do you know where I can buy an engine or a kit of parts to make an engine like this?
Truly inspiring, Thank You
Hello Find.
I wonder how do you project your engines do you make drawings?
OUT OF THIS WORLD!!
Awesome! It would be nice, if you can tell us more about the injector and the fuelpump. What kind of paint do you use?
Excellent work
Piece of art!
