    I'm not 50. I'm 27, and had 2 very rough pregnancies. It depleted me and was sick for all 9 months during pregnancy. I lost a lot of strength. Thank you for bringing my hope back. ❤

    I'm 37 and I've never been a big fan of exercise, but I like your videos. Had my first baby at 36 and I had so much pain in my hips and legs I had to use a cane for at least half the pregnancy. More than losing weight, my goal is to prevent this in a second pregnancy. I'm feeling pretty good about how this video works some of those muscles I need to strengthen!

    Hey Shelly I have been not working out for awhile and I gain more weight because I lost myself but I am trying to refund me and to get into the best possible me . Before I could do your 30
    Min workout but I have to get back to that and yes you feel the burn but it is a beginning of a new journey to find the best me .

    Thank you so much for your chair workout’s. They help so much because it gives me a good workout with my knee arthritis. The chair workout were great because workouts that make me stomp my feet. A lot are not good on my knees. Again, thank you so much and can you make some more chair workouts?

    Schellea, Once again, Thank You for these exercises. I am still dealing with limitations (breathing issues) and this was very doable. On some of your other workouts you had letters pop up...mine today were "D"etermined, "A"ccomplished, "E"xhilerated and "T"hankful.

    Fantastic new leg and belly workout - enjoyed every minute!
    For the first time ever working out 7 days a week and it makes a huge difference
    'No pain no gain' doesn't work for me and only do my favourite doable Fabulous 50's workouts
