Why aren't some of them satisfied to be called trans-men/women? English-speaking people are lucky to have categories as man/male, woman/female, cuz if I'm not mistaken, there are languages where they only have two categories either man-woman or male-female.
Spanish language is based off of male and female. Many words ending in -o are masculine and words ending in -a are feminine gendered. Beautiful: bonito (masculine/male), bonita (feminine/female).

I know that there is some occurence of neutral gender in the language like the word Presidente, but as far as I know it's debatable according to many linguists. And I'm not sure if Spanish speakers are able to adapt some rules that were suggested to them to make everything more inclusive.

This is quite misleading. You can see that those who are saying yes are saying yes to transgender men (women who have transitioned to men) and they can definitely have babies, if they haven't destroyed or removed their reproductive organs. But you're going around asking if men (biological men) can have babies and not elaborating a bit more on the conversation. And we all know men can't have babies, and I'm sure those who are on the transgender side also know that too, if anyone says a biological male can have babies, they're the delusional ones. Quite a misleading video.
