She died like 3-4 times! Amazing that she’s still alive. And they found glass in her heart.

      “oops!”
      “Leave the babies alone!”
      “Sorry!”
“Sorry! Sorry! That’s what you gotta say is your sorry! And not make the same mistakes again for fun, to watch/see what’ll happen all over again, if dared to, Etc.”
Barbara: well i have to return to my job now! I’m really glad you came over by the to visit! goodbye kids!”
Kids (bud, Jeffrey, Jennifer and Linda): bye Barbara!
Jennifer: these 9-1-1 operators/dispatchers are not naughty little children, nope! They’re really nice and are very friendly community helpers (jobs and professionals) who could send some help just in case of emergency!.
Red E. Fox: they sure are! They’re one of the best pals that can ever have!
Jeffrey: are they 9-1-1 heroes even though they feel so angry and aggravated but can now get control of their angers, use their words, train their tempers, overcome their problems, understand their moods and cope/deal with their emotions/feelings, have their ways and get they want some of the time and not all of the time so they’ll take good care of themselves/their bodies and not get fat or/and weigh large amounts of carbs/calories/pounds which is a good reason why it’s unfair to all the time get what to want or have own way?
Red E. Fox: you bet they are! and I’m proud to be part of their um whole entire team except these aren’t the real 9-1-1 heroes I’m being on the lookout for!.
      Kids: [all] they’re not?!?!
Red E. Fox: nope! Come on, let’s lead the way!
      kids: okie dokie!
Red E. Fox: [he takes the kids to a hall of 9-1-1 heroes with some framed portraits/pictures/photos on a side of a magic door]
This is the hall of heroes and these are boys and girls exactly like you who’ve saved lives and property by dialing/calling 9-1-1; this is Sarah Barnes of Bartlesville Oklahoma, she called/dialed 9-1-1 when her mom fell uh unconscious in the backyard with good behaviors, manners, habits & ideas (things you should do) and then the paramedics within the Bartlesville fire and rescue team/company arrived on the scene with their ambulance truck and saved her mom & the EMS rescue units/paramedics took her to a nice medical center/hospital in no time!
This is Adrian Hopkins from Tyler Texas; when his house caught fire, he Adrian got himself and his siblings out of the house safely & then dialed 9-1-1 from a neighbor’s house and the fire department came, arrived on the uh scene and put the fire out without being forgetful because if fire fighters were forgetful and easily forgot their firefighting vehicles, machines, tools and equipment, they’d get soaking wet or badly burned; that’s why they need to wear special turnout gear/firefighting uniforms to safely protect themselves from getting wet or burned.
Jeffery: are these kids/children 9-1-1 heroes like us?
red emergency fox: yes they are! They’re real heroes! Every one of them and there are lots of other boys and girls exactly like you guys who were cool, calm, brave, truthful and unselfish and always let each other’s consciences be one another’s guides and made the right 9-1-1 calls in emergencies, they are all heroes if you please! But they’re not the real 9-1-1 heroes I’m looking for!
The kids: [they chatter all at once] “they’re not?!?! What’s he talking about?!?!”
Red emergency: okay okay kids go ahead and take your seats for me! I really did find my 9.1.1 heroes at last, but before i introduce you to them, allow me to ask you all a couple of simple questions and then you can give me key/easy answers, Linda, when do you call 9-1-1 and bother the babies at the same time? When are you to be doing things like that?
Linda: when something really really bad happens.
      Jeffery: an emergency
Linda: yup! And you need help real quick!
Jennifer: when you need the fire department, the police or the sheriff deputies or an uh… ambulance with the paramedics/EMS rescue units or/and flight nurses.

“I’m very sorry for hiding your favorite ball, now i know just how naughty it is of me to do that! I’ll never lie about it again! Yes really I’ll never lie again for fun or to watch what might happen again or if dared to! So uh do you ever forgive me?” “Yes of course but if only you did not make excuses, refuse to drop to subject or have apology tours, because it makes everything really worse; plus you’ll disappoint others and cause them to stop trusting and forgiving you.”
“What the… i know how to learn from/admit/own up to my mistakes, forgive one another, ask for forgiveness and not make mistakes again! *sigh* oh well i guess I’ll overcome my emotions some other day!”

    • @austenoliviawheeler3993
      @austenoliviawheeler3993 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Bud: you should say sorry, but never ever dial/call 9-1-1 just to practice and bother the babies all at once
Jefferey: or for a silly prank &/or practical April fools’ joke; this’ll begin to make all things worse and mess it up for most people your age who really need help and trust me, these things do are not cool at all! No way!! And if that happens again, the policemen may need to one of two or three things like uh… ignore you, get away from you or move you into another room/send you away once you’re incarcerated & arrested for the rest of your life, this doesn’t mean that they do not love you though, nope it’s something they might need to do so that your whining and complaining will not upset them or the other people around and it’s ‘cuz they want you to learn that whining isn’t a good way to have/get attention and boy will your mom, your dad or any other adult be furious than a swarm of angry wasps; thus even the police has had enough of your complaining and whining when things don’t go your way or if you don’t get what you want since those 2 things are “once in a while” treats, and you need to know that a time out is not a punishment, it’s a cool down but the place people go if they break the rules/behave badly, oh and it is important to treat others the way you want to be treated without whining and if you don’t want prisoners to whine around you in jail/prison, you cannot whine around them, & don’t forget, we all sin sometimes especially when calling 9-1-1 for non-emergencies (when to not call).

It's sad enough for an accident like this to happen to an adult but it's much much worse that happening to an innocent little girl
Her Guardian Angel was with her that day
God bless Kendra and her family
All storm and patio doors need to be equipped with safety glass or better yet
Lexan plexiglass would be the best for safety because Lexan plexiglass is extremely durable and will not break

    • @muffs55mercury61
      @muffs55mercury61 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@ironmartysharpe8293 I believe shatterproof glass has been mandatory for quite some time now. There are several episodes of bad accidents with glass like this. There are still old houses that have storm doors from the 1960s or so that may not have the safety glass.

oh boy!! I adore rescue 9-1-1 so much because it’s my fav TV program with real live people for my age/older kids/people; that’s why i drew/outlined a great picture and do you know exactly what it is?!, right you are! it’s the Cable/television network logos which uh… helps/allows me to tell everyone all over the world/globe a difference between/of little child from grown adult/childish & um… age-appropriate. so lemme tell ya the entire difference of it, bad and good/childish from age appropriate/little child and more grown up, my autism, my mimicry, my mood, temper, problems, feelings and other stuff my mind gets on which might make me angry and other synonyms for one of these emotions/feelings to feel during the day: •with characters for children/kids/younger/little ones/babies & toddlers, “and friends”, theme tunes/songs, play along segments, segments’ songs/tunes & ending themes (closing tunes), that’s the reason they’re supposed to be kids’ shows along with other childish things and of course all kinds of childlike histories and makings of all kinds of kid things (stuff designed for younger ones).
    •with real-live people for my age/older-childish. people/kids which is why they’re TV shows- age appropriate/more mature/grown adult.
•for babies and toddlers/kids/children on the front of the piece of paper.
    •for pre-teens, teens/teenagers, adults and/or grown-ups on the back.
Yeah you know, kiddie shows that the kids are watching anywhere or any time they like either live (actual TV), online, on VHS or/and DVD or on demand either way whichever they prefer; thus i used to say and do childish, but when i became a woman, i begin to say and do more mature/grown up/adult and/or age appropriate.

What a sweet girl and family❤️I am so very happy that she survived! Glassdoors and glasstables are so dangerous, people don't realize it until something bad happens. I walked straight into a glassdoor to a shop but it didn't break,it was so clean and no marks on it, no way for me to see that it was there,I thought the doorway was compleately open! The noise was horrible when I bumped into it. There really should be a picture or an X or anything on glassdoors.

This was terrifying. The whole situation reminded of the level on the Nintendo DS game Trauma Center: Under the Knife (and the "Wii-Make" Trauma Center: Second Opinion) with the car accident victim with the small pieces of glass in his heart - and then after you are able to resuscitate him after the second cardiac arrest, a large piece of glass suddenly protrudes on out...real scary when I first saw that when playing the DS game, but I managed to not be overly terrified. Thank God Kendra made a full recovery.

This was in 1991 however it’s one heck of a miracle she lived through it and was so lucky at the age of 5 now my guess would be at her high school and college graduations she made speeches stating she was so lucky to be alive and now at the age of 36 she’s most likely married unless of course maybe divorced once or twice and has raised a family as either with a job occupation or a live at home mother with children of her own but the whole thing could have been prevented if her grandmother or grandfather accompanied her into the house or she didn’t run towards the storm door because and this is so important and not to mention extremely dangerous is that broken glass is razor sharp and that you can get cut very badly but she got a cut in the part of her body making it lethal near her heart whereas if it was like her wrist or elbow that she would only need stitches

This episode was a real nail biter and I thought it might be one of those few that did not have a happy ending. This was an innocent freak accident and nothing more or less. Poor Kendra. I'm betting there are a lot of older houses like theirs out there that still don't have shatterproof glass. Mine didn't until the previous owner replaced all the windows not long before I bought the place.
Kendra would be about 36-37 now. I hope life has been good to her.

Exactly she was so lucky to be alive of course today since she was 5 at the time my guess would have been at her high school and college graduations that she made a speech at the podium about how she was on very thin ice with her life and who knows maybe the paramedics and doctors who saved her life could have attended the graduations of course some of them might have retired already at the time and now at the age of 36 who knows she’s most likely gotten married and has children of her own and has a job or a live at home mother

Hard to fathom that this episode is over thirty years ago now. This one speaks so clearly to how useless so many adults are when dealing with traumatic situations and that we think this is normal. That grandmother's inability to communicate even remotely close to what was happening was infuriating. I realize panic is real and can shut people down but my goodness to listen to that woman not be able to explain at all what was going on even as her husband was doing CPR is tragic. I have no idea how to teach people to remain calm but if I ever figure it out...

AT 3:35, Ambulance AND a fire truck dispatched. I could never understand the absurdity of sending a fire truck with an ambulance to a medical emergency.
There's no house fire, there's no accident involving cars or major hazards. So WHY do they send a fire crew along with the paramedics?
Doesn't this bring unnecessary wear & tear on a $300K truck and waste taxpayer money on fuel?
Also, what if while the fire truck crew is standing around with their hands in their pockets as the paramedics assist the injured, somewhere else a fire or auto accident happens? Then the fire crew has to leave, and rush to the fire or accident scene, which might require twice the time to arrive than if they were at the fire station❓
