Doing this for new years!! I'm not doing any other exercises, but I also walk quite a bit during the day. Diet wise, I eat three fairly healthy meals with a couple of snacks in between. Day 1: ✅️ Paused in between a bit but otherwise I feel happy about working out and getting motivation! Day 2: ✅️ didn't pause and found it a bit easier. Somewhat sore but keep moving for a bit after and it helps. Day 3: ✅️ much easier and actually much more fun now! No longer sore after it! Day 4: Okay so I wasn't able to do it today because I was super busy. But I've also been at work for 7 hours so that definitely counts for this 🤣 Day 5: ✅ So much easier but after work yesterday I was so sore! Pushed through it and feel so proud Day 6: ✅️ SO much easier and I added another workout today next to it just for a challenge. I noticed a little bit of a change but I'm still going to keep going with it for a better result Day 7: ✅ A whole week in! I’m so proud and the work keeps getting better. Diet wise, I’m still eating healthy and drinking more. My muscles are definitely not sore after this anymore and I’m noticing more of a difference Day 8: ✅ Feeling fitter! I've changed and added different workouts to see which I prefer and which challenge me more. I've had to stop the last few days on account of pain I've had in my back but I plan to start up again soon

NOW, i just tried on the exact pair of shorts and it only took less than 10 seconds to get them on. they feel less tight on me and actually, more comfortable to wear, to point where i can move around in them without them riding up as much. definitely continuing this workout 💗 also, i did thing alongside a calorie deficit. love this workout so much and can’t wait to update you guys again *day eight: BREAK* - will resume tomorrow *day nine: done*

I've always been naturally slim and I'm a ballerina so that helps, but I always get mean comments from people and even my family about it so I gained a little weight and stopped doing dance :( I'm still a very small girl but I still want to try your workouts!

Day 1: complete! I was sweating only a little, my legs were just a little bit numb, but it wasn’t the most tiring excercise! :) really recommend it for ppl who are “lazy” time files by real quick with this workout.
I am going to do this workout, slim waist workout, and a upper body workout all from you. I really want to get a body just like a Korean. It has always been my dream. For a few months now, I have been doing this every day, once a day, and you have changed alot how I feel about myself. I have been doing this workout for maybe a week plus portion control and LOTS of water. I've been concentrating on myself and I am already seeing results, while doing this I also followed one of her slim waist workouts and the results are amazing.❤ I am going to keep doing it for a few more weeks and then I'll update y'all. I'm not doing any other exercises, but I also walk quite a bit during the day. Diet wise, I eat three fairly healthy meals with a couple of snacks in between.
Day 1: ✅️
Paused in between a bit but otherwise I feel happy about working out and getting motivation!
Day 2: ✅️ didn't pause and found it a bit easier. Somewhat sore but keep moving for a bit after and it helps.
Day 3: ✅️ much easier and actually much more fun now! No longer sore after it!
Day 4: Okay so I wasn't able to do it today because I was super busy. But I've also been at work for 7 hours so that definitely counts for this 🤣
Day 5: ✅ So much easier but after work yesterday I was so sore! Pushed through it and feel so proud
Day 6: ✅️ SO much easier and I added another workout today next to it just for a challenge.
I noticed a little bit of a change but I'm still going to keep going with it for a better result
Day 7: ✅ A whole week in! I’m so proud and the work keeps getting better.
Diet wise, I’m still eating healthy and drinking more. My muscles are definitely not sore after this anymore and I’m noticing more of a difference

I've changed and added different workouts to see which I prefer and which challenge me more. I've had to stop the last few days on account of pain I've had in my back but I plan to start up again soon

*week 1 results/updates:* i don’t have a tape measure, so because of that i can’t give you my measurements. hopefully i’ll get one soon. but in just ONE week this workout has toned my legs, specifically thighs, and now they don’t rub as much as they did before. i had these shorts that i bought years ago and before this workout, every time i tried to wear them, it’d be a struggle; i would have to jump and wiggle into them for about 20 seconds to get them on. not to mention, they’d feel EXTREMELY tight on me. NOW, i just tried on the exact pair of shorts and it only took less than 10 seconds to get them on. they feel less tight on me and actually, more comfortable to wear, to point where i can move around in them without them riding up as much. definitely continuing this workout 💗 also, i did thing alongside a calorie deficit. love this workout so much and can’t wait to update you guys again

Day 1: complete! I was sweating only a little, my legs were just a little bit numb, but it wasn’t the most tiring excercise! :) really recommend it for ppl who are “lazy” time files by real quick with this workout.
I am going to do this workout, slim waist workout, and a upper body workout all from you. I really want to get a body just like a Korean. It has always been my dream. day 2 - 1500 jumps on the trampoline total 47 minutes , ate quite alot tday cl
