Olga! I’ve just recently found you, I just love your classes and style of teaching. I live in NYC and was wondering if you ever offer any workshops out East. I’m a RN as well as a RYT. I’d love to know if you offer any online training as well. I especially love your cueing, it’s perfect - not too much talking, not too little. Would love to connect with you! Thank you so much for having these classes available , I so appreciate your generosity!

Thank you for this video! I've recently given myself runner's knee, which requires me to reduce my milage. But for my mental wellness I need to exercise daily. This video came into my life at the perfect time. I'm am so grateful!

thank you so much olga. your practice is putting me back in the game as a older mother after 40 with late 2 c secs. My goal is to get back on my short board. I know its going to take a ton of work... I was 200lbs 2 years ago. now im at 145 doing this for core knee hip abductor adductor strengthening. your videos are simple, quick, and easy to understand.

Thank you again! Do you recommend this in case of having diastasis recti. Or it will be better avoiding the "crunch" parts? :)

Love your practices! Hope more people try them !
Just wondering about the countering - I learned it is always dynamic and preferably at the same level....

Thank you Klaudia! Are you talking about counter poses? Yep, in my tradition it is usually dynamic and similar in intensity. We usually use forward bends to compensate for other directional movements of the spine; it is considered "the hub of the wheel", so to speak. I'll be talking more about it in the coming months. If you look at the sequence of the article wp.me/p4q4vp-Rw you will see that there is a number of compensation poses (#6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16). I hope this makes sense!

Wonderful practice. I've gotten quite out of shape during the severe health problems I've had for 15+ years. Things are getting better now & I hope to get back to 'strong and stable' in due course, using your videos. :-)

I don't know why I ever leave your practices. By far, your teaching is the most helpful and therapeutic. Back on track!

Thank you Olga for your great instructions. I really enjoy all your videos. I do have knee issues so it's difficult to continue on knees for full practice. Welcome your suggestions.😊❤️

Hi Marg, great to hear it, thank you! You can modify any pose for your knees by putting extra padding under your knees or using a chair. If you want some ideas for specific poses, check out this website I am gradually putting together with all kind of pose versions: www.yogaadaptations.com/ Hope it will help!
