Really effective and somehow sientifically grounded!!! this workout made me feel all my weak and unlevelled rib cage problems connected to my mild pelvic floor prolapse. I was ale to follow everything although not without sweating sometimes. And the friendlinees, calm soothing voice are awsome! So many thanks to Olga! the best to all practicing here from me, Tatiana, Russia.

So great! Just found Yoga w/ Olga this week. I fractured my toe in Oct. & recently injured my sacrum (dont know how...?) making it difficult to keep up w/ my daily practice. Her practice is slow & subtle but very strong & effective. So happy to continue my yoga & feel wonderful. Thank you!

I have asymmetrical hips and tilted pelvis because of a slight scoliosis. this sequence is so therapeutic and gentle when I'm having pain. Thank you for posting.
Loving your sweet voice too :)

Did you feel that it was due to muscle weakness or did you feel dizzy?

    • @cinmac3

      I did not feel dizzy.
      Muscle weakness ?

@@cinmac3 Most likely. Sometimes it's just a question of coordination when you ask your body to do things that it is unfamiliar with. All of it definitely improves with practice.
