Thanks. This wonderful. I went to PT for my back pain. They never explain the moves deeply like this. After seeing your videos, the way I do PT exercises has improved significantly because of my awareness. Thanks a lot! I practice your yoga often.

Beautiful and very peaceful practice, I really appreciate the incorporation of the full body into the bridge, chair and locus variations =)

One of the best core flows I ever tried, it really creates awareness of all the muscles. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice :)

Thank you! I do not have a specific practice for diastasis recti, but let me think if I could recommend another practice that would be useful.

Ogla i do not have a health em care provider to help as if my movements are safe for osteoporosis, sometimes twisting feels good ,but,i don’t know what is safe after i did one of yours i felt great, but, as lately it’s only a passing feeling.

Hi Cindy; that's understandable. One of the criteria that I often use is whether or not we do similar movements in daily life (when picking up stuff from the floor, turning while driving, etc.) If the movement that is suggested for you in yoga is way out of your normal range of movement, it is better to approach it with caution or limit how far you bend or twist in your practice.

It's a few years I've been doing your classes and I'm really enjoying them. Now that I'm pregnant can continue to do them? I'm just modifying them taking it a bit easier when I feel the need. Also I leave space for the belly and avoid lying on my stomach . I generally find prenatal yoga classes pretty boring and easy... Whereas yours are just great.

Hi! So happy to hear that you've been practicing with me for a while and congrats on your pregnancy! Theoretically, if you have been active and practicing yoga before, you should be able to continue with it throughout pregnancy, modifying it as necessary. Some basic points to consider: deep twists are not recommended during pregnancy and it's better to do open-frame twists (without crossing the legs in front of you); don't lie on your stomach if it's uncomfortable (as you are already doing). One trick I did when I was pregnant was to put my pelvis on a bolster or few folded blankets for Cobra and similar things, because Cobra still felt really good for the lower back. Just let me know if you have questions about specific poses. As my teacher says: Just remember that you are responsible for two now. Do you think your baby would be comfortable in that position or this position? Accommodate accordingly :)
