  • We take our ability to walk for granted, until it becomes problematic. Every step we take is a delicate dance between multiple muscle groups. Here is how we can keep them balanced. For practice sequence go to: wp.me/p4q4vp-11m

    Thank you Olga, such a fantastic series of exercises. The leg raises in 3 different angles was superb. Challenging but superb! Looking forward to practising more of your classes here on TH-cam.

    Hi Olga, can you suggest a modification for the pose where you flow between upright on knees into child's pose for sensitive knees?

    • @sequencewizvideo
      @sequencewizvideo  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Robert! You can put extra padding under your knees or just do the whole thing sitting in a chair - you will get the same benefit. I hope this helps!

    What inhibits the abductors from working correctly? I have a very hard time exercising them. Is it tight inner thighs?

      I've been told weak core muscles cause this.

    What muscle are we working @ 22:17 ?

    • @sequencewizvideo

      Hi Ellena! When you lift your leg up, your hip abductors are doing the work; when you turn your leg, you add hip rotators to the mix.

    Just discovered your page and this practice. It felt wonderful- and was perfect, since I can't do down dogs very well right now with neck problems. Thankyou so much!
