Dentists have knowledge about teeth, no doubt, but they don’t know everything.
That’s not a whitening strip I have them and they soak into your teeth it’s painless but you may feel tingles in your gums every once and a while

I would love to try this. I’m actually reaching a new level of desperation to repair my teeth. But not desperate enough to spend $75 for 10 of the trays. That’s a bit excessive
My dentist gave me a whole box for free. I guess they are offering it to patients right now. Maybe try and find a dentist that’s offering free whitening trays after cleaning

I'm not sure if you're going to have the answer to this.. but I got a pack of Colgate whitening strips for Christmas and I would use one about every 2 weeks for a few months and one night when I was using one, my gum right above my 2 front teeth started hurting and I went to look and I had a blister! Do you know why this happened?

Heads up:
If you're chasing super white teeth, it'll be expensive and painful, along with high maintenance. In teeth whitening kits/dental visits, they use high amounts of hydrogen peroxide, and if you didn't know, is very destructive and corrosive. You will surely bleach the piss out of your teeth, but they'll be super sensitive and not healthy. Those products also contain illegal amounts of hydrogen peroxide. DON'T USE THEM.
Also, you don't NEED really white teeth. There's obviously a level of whiteness everybody wants for their teeth, but don't be insecure if you don't have celebrity white teeth. It's actually intimidating and mildly unattractive to have teeth that are at least as white as the whites of your eyes.
Use baking soda as a polisher on your teeth. Here's my routine as an example:
I brush my teeth with water very briefly as a primer. Then I floss between every tooth and make sure any food particles or even plaque is removed. Then I brush with water very briefly to remove anything else. Then I brush with toothpaste as normal and I don't go crazy, because my teeth are mostly clean by the time I even brush with toothpaste. I rinse my mouth out, then I get at least a teaspoon of baking soda into a little paper cup and put a super conservative amount of water in it to mix into a paste, it should be thick, not soupy. I scoop it with my toothbrush and polish for a bit, then get the rest out of the cup and brush again. I brush with baking soda for maybe 45 seconds, quality brushing without over-brushing. I then spit and rinse as normal, along with rinsing the toothbrush well. The only downside to baking soda is that if it gets anywhere, it dries and becomes messy looking, and you will taste the baking soda on the brush the next time you use it. Not bad though.
You also should expect your teeth to not look fantastic if you eat or drink anything that will stain. Also, for teeth health, get rid of candy and soda/pop. It's SO bad for your teeth and overall health. Hydrogenated corn syrup is poison.

If you are on a budget and can't spend a butt ton of money I would suggest charcoal toothpaste and mouth wash they helped me with whitening my teeth

its helps with whitening but charcoal is extremely abrasive and will damage your teeth. Which will lead to enamel loss and tooth sensitivity. Please stop using charcoal products, its just a gimmick.

Experiment with how long you keep it on, if you notice your teeth feel sensitive while using it, use it for a shorter amount of time. I recommend you use it for 30 minutes at first and go from there.

You should only do teeth whitening after you get your braces removed. If not once they come off you will have squares of less white parts of your teeth where each bracket was.
