A few people are saying not to flip but it is proven that the bottom does get hotter than the top grate. Flipping is definitely okay. Also Dash has an 8 " griddle.it may work even better for you. I think it also has a latch to hold the griddle closed.
You want a toastman 900 watt snack maker. You put butter on the bread and preheated stove and cook 2 sandwich. You can put pizza sauce ham cheese garlic and cook until you think it's going to start smoking.
I prefer dash, but not bad. I wondered how they stacked up to Dash, & I think Dash is likely better, tho slightly (1-4 bucks more - depending upon style).
Okay you probably have figured this out already you might even figure it out sometime in this video but that doesn't work those things take 4 to 600 Watts that little adapter you have maxes out at 140 Watts which is about to maximum your 12 volt outlet can put out So how you have that plugged in and functioning at all I don't know but I can tell you that's why the light on the cooker and the light on your inverter is blinking because you don't have enough power because that little inverter only puts out 140 watts which should not have allowed that to turn on at all be careful you can melt some wires
Now some of those units run on as little as 350 w look at the bottom of the unit it'll tell you how many watch you need you need 50 more than whatever it requires The easiest way to do this is to have a power inverter connected directly to your battery under the hood you will want the engine running while you're running it and then run a household extension cord into the car The reason you want to do it this oddball weigh is because to run four or 500 Watts you need a lot less wire at 120 volts then you do at 12 volts you need some pretty beefy wires to run 500 w at 12 volts Later on mocha relay up to the inverter just like if you were going to run a set of fog lights or spotlights or something like that and run that to a switch inside the cab ideally connected to a circuit that is only on when the engine's running
