Two thoughts about mini griddle cooking:
Foods like biscuits cook faster on the griddle than home. Cleaning up usually only takes wiping with a towel and a cleaning wipe.

I had no idea that 200° was the correct internal temperature for baked goods. Thanks.
Glad to help. Breads, biscuits and similar items are done at 200F. Cakes are between 200-210. Brownies can be less. Occasionally thermometers can be off or it just doesn't look right. Go with the toothpick method if you're ever unsure. (This was from my cake decorator instructor from years ago. She was a nutritionist).

You're welcome. I use the griddle a lot when my service dog and I are on the road. It's perfect for van life. Did you see Saturday's livestream? I cooked meatloaf, hamburger with toasted bun and deconstructed cabbage roll.

Hope you enjoy it! You can cook tons of good meals. Some ingredients may have to cook separately but the sky is the limit! My playlist may give you a few more ideas.
