You can boil 3 eggs in the pot with about 1 cup of water with the lid. Takes about 10 min or less. I buy the frozen hamburgers and they grill up great on the grill part, turning as needed...use the lid to stop any splatter. You can add an onion on the bottom while grilling.
UPDATED INFO: I RECENTLY BOUGHT 2 OF THOSE. Love them! The 900 Pot by Solo Stove fits perfectly. Also the 5 inch LODGE SKILLET fits perfectly because the Skillet's Buttom-Base is approximately 4.5 inches. Both items allow for more cooking volumes, full cans of Ready-made Soups, Chili, etc.
Great review. The most important feature of this thing is it's only 260 watts. That makes it perfect for vehicle dwellers with a portable power station of sufficient capacity.
@@mikeydeloa7348 If the adapter can do 260 watts it should be fine for cooking a few minutes. Ideally though it would be best not to risk draining your main vehicle battery.

I just got one of these along with the MyMini sandwich maker. While I do have a stove, I don't really want to mess with dirtying up a big pot or pan just for me. With these two products I was able to cook a hot sandwich and some soup with no trouble. As a bonus, clean up was very easy.

I got the mymini about a month ago and it is my primary cooking source. I can cook a whole pack of Raman in it without breaking it up. I just push it in without water first. And i add water after. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes to cook from cold. Like this and i still have a nice amount of soup left. As long as i don't overcook the noodles.
I sent this to my husband who’s stationed in Korea and his barracks doesn’t have a stove. I think it will be great even though he’s not use to cooking or anything but I hope he does try it and like it. I honestly like the idea of it and I would be able to make a couple of simple meals here.

I've read reviews that the skillet loses its non-stick coating quickly. As a replacement, I have the Stanley 3-pc adventure set, the pot has a lid and is calibrated, holds at least 24 oz. For even less money, there's a Walmart Ozark camping cup for about 5.50. If you happen to get both, they compliment each other when you're camping, and the lid fits either 👍
If it’s me, i’d remove it immediately anyways. Just use a little oil before, and good to go. Or just use it for hot water, or baking little stuff that you dont use a metal utensil for.
I have several STANLEY Cook sets. The STANLEY ADVENTURES COMPACT COOK SET is a full-on match when teamed up with it. And use the pot (that came with the Mini) as a deeper skillet and glass lid combo. 😊
I do 2 slices of bacon stacked in halves and covered. Works well. When done you can do an egg (over easy) or two (scrambled) in the bacon grease if you're into that. I hadn't tried the Ramen because it looked too small so your video was very helpful there. I am getting ready to take this thing on a road trip because the 260 watt power draw is easily run off my 400 watt inverters in the vehicle. Makes roads trips fun.
Looks like this would be more suitable for ramen purchased at asian stores which is sold in round portions. Considered purchasing this but seems smaller than anticipated. Thank you for the review!
If it's not enough water left after the noodle finish cooking just put some more water in the skillet by itself until it boil and then pour in the noodles.
