I'm obese and too unfit to do this whole thing. So I'm doing one round through with 30 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. And some of the exercises have to be easier (like half squats rather than full, or knee push ups). I'm slow, and sometimes I only manage one exercise per time, but I'm doing it and one day I'll be better/faster. I hope to eventually build up to the proper workout. I've already lost 7 lbs, just another 143 lbs to go.
Your FAR BETTER off lifting heavy weights than doing cardio if your obese and looking to lose weight. I was 450lbs down to 280lbs in 10 months of lifting weights and strength training mainly compound movements like squats bench press and deadlifts rather than bicep curls or running. High protein low carb lots of green veg and water thank me in 6 months time I promise
Good work! Don't worry about doing it as well as shown, main thing is that you stick with it. It always feels good when each time you feel a little bit fitter, stronger and lighter. Keep going, you'll be a different person in a few months.
I’m a pediatrician and I have a night shift today, came across this awesome video and currently exercising quietly in the doctors room hehe Thanks a bunch!
@@simranlanda8660 4 months and a week or so. I’m slowing it down to losing 1.5 pounds a week as I want to preserve my muscle so my abs come through. I do these hiit exercise every day Monday through Friday, Saturday I bike. I walk ever night Monday through Saturday. Sunday I do a lot of weights, and afterwards enjoy some cheat meals. Pizza, Mexican burrito, etc. Oh and I go with a 500 calorie deficit everyday so I eat about 1700 calories a day. You can look up how many calories you need to eat for a deficit based on your weight.
I'm a doctor from India...I followed this regime during my hotel stay of 21 days for my duty period in the Covid 19 positive ward and quarantine period thereafter...I felt fresh and fit every single day...i should mention here that i have a recurring knee issue and this was pretty easy going on them as well...and mind you, it wasn't very easy to complete two sets...thank you Joe!! You're a life saver...
Just completed this 16 minute low impact workout which I enjoy doing. I'm planning to celebrate my 75th birthday in a few weeks time and will do this one on the day.. I can't quite keep up with Joe's speed but I'm not far behind and I do do it properly. Keep offering more home workouts so that they stay varied and fresh. Thanks.
I have just completed this workout for the very first time. It almost killed me but surprisingly I enjoyed it.... 😂 My wife and I are expecting our first child late November. I'm 38 years old but I don't want to be the dad who is unable to things with his son or daughter because of my lack of fitness. Also I'd like to be around to see and enjoy playing and looking after the grandchildren etc. What is great about the @TheBodyCoachTV channel is that you have no excuses, you don't have to pay for a gym membership all of the videos are public domain you can access them any where you have an Internet connection. Joe, thank you for doing what you do. I'm just about to sign up for the 90 day challenge, I cannot wait to get started!👍
I live in a flat and it's tough to find outdoor spaces to do HIIT. Never wanted to annoy my neighbors with some of the indoor HIIT routines. But this is brilliant! Great video! Thank you :)
I’ve been vacationing for the last week. I’ve done 5 of these in the last 6 days!!! In the absence of my home gym, I wish I could be more creative with my workouts when away from home, but I need direction. Great start to the day! Definitely a must when you’re away from home. Also fantastic butt kicker while at home and pressed for time. Thank you so much! Two thumbs up!
Omg - just did this workout without previously watching it. He does very simple moves with great explanations. It is easy to follow! I burned like 250 calories! And i am dripping in sweat! GREAT work out for the busy traveler!
My wife and I were looking for a short workout we could do in our hotel room and this one was awesome! Loved the variety in movements, it made it fun and feel like it went by quickly!
My wife turned me on to this workout when I was in a hotel on business. I am 73 y/o. been working out on average 6 days a week for 40 years and this routine damn near did me in! It is amazing cardio, and hits most muscle groups. 16 minutes later, I am sopping, winded and wiped out. But glowing. So efficient, quiet, equipment-free and space-limited. Been doing this every other day for a while now.
I really hope you do more of these. Some of my shifts start at 6am and I’m up at 4:30. I recently found this and it’s perfect for when my body is slowly waking up.
I've been doing your HIIT workouts for about 2 months now, and this is my favourite one! It makes me sweat like a pig, but none of the movements are too hard.
After the gyms in my college closed last semester, I went into a real slump regarding workouts. Today was my Day 2 of doing this and I have to say I feel refreshed after each time! It's challenging but not to the point where it's unfeasible to do every day. Thank you so much Body Coach! Will be doing it at least once every day just to stay refreshed.
Thanks for this. My heart rate is on 🔥! I arrived at my hotel to discover the fitness room is closed for renovations (lesson learned, call ahead before making a reservation). Your workout was perfect for Christmas morning. Cheers!
Just did this as a post-run workout, but have also done it as a standalone when I didn't want high impact and was short on time. It's great because it really works your whole body and gets the heart pumping, but is (as per the title) low impact, so easy on joints etc. I miss the daily PE With Joe sessions but am really grateful for the back-catalogue on The BodyCoach channel to keep up those good habits formed during lockdown. Thanks Joe!
I’ve used this workout a few times when I’ve wanted low impact for my knees, which are sometimes sore after running. Just used it on our narrow cottage landing/upstairs corridor - it’s dark and rainy outdoors and the fam have spread themselves all over the rooms downstairs. It was great! It’s meant that I’ve managed a post-work evening workout quietly upstairs in my own space without disturbing anyone. Thanks Joe 👏🏻😊
Just moved to HK and haven't been able to sort a gym membership yet and this is exactly what I needed! 16 minutes of hard graft, got a sweat on and got it DONE!
I do this for 8 minutes been doing it after a month ill take it to the next level for the 15 minutes gotta start some were and try your best and build up i like this better then cardio love short intense gets me sweating and feeling good lets go !!!!!!
It started raining when I got home so I didn't want to run inside. I looked up "inside workout" and as soon as I saw HIIT I was enticed. Awesome workout, thanks for the great video!
Omg. How could you even talk through the whole workout?? My god, you’re really intense! Wish I could keep up with your workout! I’ll try it tomorrow morning! 😮👍🏻
Just what I needed after a 6 hr drive down to the South West of England, into a creaky old Hotel and all I wanted was a quiet workout to burn off that Rubbish car journey food I’ve had!! Excellent stuff mate!!
I didn’t have enough time to hit the gym today so I decided to workout at home and came across this beautiful man with this brilliant workout routine! I’m obsessed and Drenched in sweat. The two floors below me had no idea I was working out! I’m honestly looking forward to my next busy day workout.
Thanks for not piping in some external pop happy music either... I love workouts without music. Whenever there's workouts with music that's poppy and kind of vapid designed to make you "c'mon! move! let's go! boom boom boom" i get depressed and cannot continue. Liked this one a lot. Sweatin'.
Please please please do more of these, they are so amazing. I live in Hong Kong in a very tiny flat and finding green space with no pollution is very hard. Thesd types of workouts are perfect for me.
Ahhh! So you're my upstairs neighbor. Why do you have to moan so loud when you're doing this hiit workout? Doesn't that defeat the "No Noise" purpose of this video?
Thanks for this. Coming out of a bit of depression through covid and had enough of feeling like I was rotting in my house. I always found excuses not to exercise; I was too tired, depressed, anxious ect. Finally decided to move my body and am trying to turn a page for the better. I had to travel for work and forgot my tennis shoes at the office. I tried to tell myself I was too overwhelmed and forgot my shoes so I’ll try again next day. Got curious if anyone made a hotel workout and found this super quick video with nothing extra needed. This was the perfect baby step I needed to get some confidence back do something obtainable and keep the momentum. Thanks!
Traveling for work and needed to get a workout in. I forgot gym shoes and did a quick vid search and found this workout. Pretty good! Got a good sweat and my neighbors didn’t complain. Will definitely save for future use. Thanks!
Short term goal: follow along for the entire video, no breaks. Mid term goal: follow along for the entire video, at the instructor's pace. Long term goal: complete the video for two times, one after the other.
"Here's a nice quiet workout..." [16 minutes of grunting, instructions and shouting "Come on!"] Seriously though, great workout - I was out of breath just watching it. Will give this a go in between kettlebell days. Thank you :-)

Instant subscription, I have been looking for a low impact workout because I have serious issues with body pain. This was perfect. It made me feel like I could work hard and not be in pain. I don't know if this will work for everyone but I feel like I can exercise again.
Loved this! Got a great workout in. Thank you for talking the whole time because it distracts me from the time 😂 also I went the full 60 seconds for each workout because my heart rate wasn’t going over 120 so this helped get a bit more cardio in. I substituted the crunches for some side lunges as well because my neck is bothering me. I think it’s an awesome template and a person can customize this easily. Ty!!!!
Great workout, as you say no excuses, you can do this anywhere and it is fast, quiet and effective routine. I was out of town for three weeks and this is the workout I did in my hotel room every day. You can even try it out mornings and evenings (if you are fit for it) thanks a lot for this traveler routine!
I stay in lots of hotels and always getting into trouble with my burpee tuck jumps Ha! So pleased to see a quiet but challenging session, cheers for the Joe-Tivation mate!
This is my go to hotel workout. Short, sweet. Don't need any equipment and can do anywhere. Always think it is too easy until I am sweating at the end. Gives me a great boost for the day
Found this low impact perfect for me with my health complaints. With docs ok of course. Only trouble is my dog thinks I'm playing as I do them in living room as its only reasonable space. Thanks also loving recipes in lean on 15 as are family plus they quick. Bonus & nutriuses had loads more energy thanx.
I'm getting back into exercise after too long off from it and I find these sessions so useful! I can do them in the morning before work and they're just perfect so please keep making them. Thanks so much Joe.
Thanks Joe I just started the 90 day plan but can't do the HIIT sessions in my living room as the kids are there so came to my bedroom and this was ideal. Scattered but feel much better!
This is perfect timing as I work away from home 3 days a week and was looking for something I can do in my hotel room that was going to be too noisy for hotel neighbours. I’m looking forward to giving this a go!! 😀😀
First video of yours that I have watched. I have enjoyed it very much. I am not fit, I have struggled in some areas. Some areas I was slow. I've pushed myself through it. Once again, I have enjoyed this work out. Thank you for explaining how to perform the exercises before the time to do the exercises - it helped prepare me! -Liked button hit.
I'm stuck in a hotel room eating nothing but takeout following a civic diagnosis. This is invaluable. Little tricky doing the whole thing twice while I'm still recovering but got through once and will work my way up.
OH my God!!!! Love that kind of work out. It is so funny, i am in my hotel room and thought about some work out that keep me in shape turn on my computer with no attention looking on work out and booommm i have seen that video and which mention "in your hotel room" i LOVED THATTTTTTTT God bless you it' is awesome :) Going to adopt that.
I have been weightlifting for about 5 months now and i have stumbled upon this video which really helped me realize how low my stamina is... Nice workout tho! Barely made it to through the 16 minutes, but i genuinely enjoyed it!
cheers joe been doing your normal workouts during corona lockdown but im sure my neighbors hated it so searched for quiet and it was great to see you had one of these too
I found this video during covid lockdown...i want to keep fit since lockdown decrease my activity.. Thanks for video..oh ...first time i try..i feel sick and want thrown up..and my body feel stiff.. Then i give rest to my body around 3 days and made interval 1 every one day ..now i feel very fit and able to sleep tight at night
Enjoyed that. Have worked quite hard the last few days with a long run and high intensity workouts and wanted to do something good but not too high impact. This was perfect and hit the spot exactly. Thanks.
Joe, thank you so much for this! I have done your videos on and off when I've not been able to get out to my climbing wall, and one thing that's always made me anxious is the noise I fear I'm making for my downstairs neighbour! Finally, with all the open-air gyms and indoor gyms closed due to lockdown, I'm finally able to do something that makes me laugh and cry without making my neighbour think there's a rhino on the loose upstairs :D
I discovered you with our kids. We do PEJoe daily in Madrid, and I love all your videos! This one is great for apartment living in quarantine! Also when I get back to work traveling and staying in hotels. Anyway you could do an updated cool down vid?? I'm hooked on feeling good with exercise! Thank you Joe!!
Thanks for this. It's a great way to get back into fitness. I've done this circuit for the past 2 weeks while traveling and now incorporate it into my gym routine as a warm up. Good way to start a sweat!
Just managed to do this with my 2 week old daughter asleep in her Moses basket in the same room and she didn’t hear a thing!! What a great, quiet and effective workout. Cheers dude 👍
Thank you so much for this, 4 months of quarantine in a second floor with wooden floors have made me very out of shape, and finally I can start working my way back into shape

Little tricky doing the whole thing twice while I'm still recovering but got through once and will work my way up.
I've been waiting for a good, effective "quiet" workout. This is such a great video. 👌🏻
Just what I needed - something quick and effective before I start another day working from home. Thank you 🙏
Was looking for a quiet hotel room workout since we’re displaced from our house for a week, this was perfect! Love the real-time. Thank you!!
Thanks a lot for this video! I live in a small house, managed to do this training in the kitchen while the family is still sleeping
Traveling and needed that! So jetlegged and grumpy but pushed through. Now I can relax and know I took care of some health
Thanks again - this time from Los Angeles
Thanks for the motivation talk during the exercises, I am doing these while on quarantine in Japan
cheers joe been doing your normal workouts during corona lockdown but im sure my neighbors hated it so searched for quiet and it was great to see you had one of these too
An AMAZING workout that I can do in my upstairs apartment any time of day or night! Definitely will tune back in for more. Thanks!
This was brutal, thanks!😍 I have foot, hip and shoulder issues today, but this works!!
Excellent video my friend I currently live with my Uncle so these work outs are perfect so there are no noise complaints. 👍
This low impact workout has been a great add to my marathon prep. A good workout without a lot of strain.
This is really brilliant! First low impact workout hard enough without disturbing my sensitive knee, thank you!
I'm currently away with work, just did this and I'm now a sweaty mess but my god did it feel good!! Great workout dude!!
Thanks for the workout coach, i'm a basketball player, and i have implemented it as a pregame workout and it is doing wonders!!
Thank you, for the 1st time, I am able to complete the exercises 2 rounds, stay healthy 😊
Watching in 2021: I would LOVE a new 1/2 hour low-impact workouts for going into apartment lockdown quarantine! Thanks JOe ))
excellent. thank you. nice to follow a regular guy who sweats and struggles a bit like other regular people!!
Coming back off of a month sick and this was perfect. Doesn't feel like I've taken it easy at all but it wasn't overly strenuous. Great
Thank you so much for this, 4 months of quarantine in a second floor with wooden floors have made me very out of shape, and finally I can start working my way back into shape
Please check out our noise-reducing mats. Great for any type of exercise! Fitfiera.com
I enjoyed doing this one again. It works on all parts of the body. Thanks so much Joe x
I love this !!!
My abs feel stronger after doing it for 5 days whilst in a hotel
Great workout! On a movie set in my trailer with limited space and this was perfect.
