Great little (mostly) low impact workout focused on really nailing technique. There was a section on running on the spot which I couldn't do because of an ankle injury so I stepped through my feet & ankles for that exercise but otherwise great. I've never seen Joe so calm! More low impact workouts please Joe.
I think this has to be one of my favourite beginners videos from Joe. It's the one I used when I started doing his HIIT workouts 6 weeks ago. I've stuck to it 4/5 days a week and feeling great. I actually still go back to this workout now but do more advanced versions of the exercises he is showing. It's a brilliant workout and gets a big sweat out! I love the way he gently explains and talks through each exercise and makes suggestions. I also prefer the format of 2 sets of each exercise consecutively. Thank you Joe!! ❤️
I go to this one when I’m tired from training on previous days (or from life generally!) and it’s a good (low-impact but still challenging) workout which leaves me energised and elevated in mood but that I can still manage even when slightly depleted. Not being a beginner I made this tougher by doing 40/20 and doing more advanced versions of the moves, e.g. chest to floor burpees and full speed mountain climbers. I enjoyed doing 2 sets of each before moving on. Thanks so much Joe x
Did this (with a warm up and cool down) last week and have had to controlled fall down stairs / into chairs for 3 days. Thanks for bringing this feeling back after too long of a break!

I didn’t step this up too much this time because of my calf, but I did do 40/20, full speed mountain climbers and jogging on the spot. I was slightly breathless and sweaty so it’s done the job! Thanks so much Joe x

Really went over on my ankle badly the other day. Did this workout as my first workout since injury. Picked up some dumbbells and 45 sec reps. A really good workout to start again - was easy on the ankle!

Just did this whole workout at the gym! My muscles have been pretty sore from some weight workouts recently, so this was perfect. It really helped me stretch out my muscles and do some moves I don't usually do. Plus it was the perfect routine for the morning - I'm not a morning person, so I didn't want anything too strenuous... just strenuous enough ;) Thanks!
Joe, you must be a mind reader. I was at a ju-jitsu seminar as a guest over the weekend getting my limbs mangled and after work today I was knackered. Got home, ready for a workout and decided not to. Then you post this. Guess what I'm gonna be doing in a minute... Also, as someone who takes care in their form I appreciate your more detailed explanations in this video so that more people I know can be shown that exercise doesn't have to be extremely difficult to be effective.

This is great for me, recently diagnosed with arthritis in my foot so looking for more low impact exercises. Less of the high knees which I love but want to continue moving. I really enjoy your videos, thanks Joe 😊

This looks like the one for me. I have done 7 Days of Sweat which was challenging, but I need something kinder to my ankle after twisting it badly last week.
Have done this a couple of times since PE With Joe live-streams finished. It’s great for beginners, or when you just want low impact for whatever reason or it can be adapted. This time I added some kettlebells for the squats, lunges and I did full burpees. But at other times I do it as it is if I feel like it.
Amazing. I’m a bit late. But this is great! Something a bit longer / harder would be awesome (I keep going so only 30sec rest to make it a bit harder). Thanks for this!

Just did this whole workout at the gym! My muscles have been pretty sore from some weight workouts recently, so this was perfect. It really helped me stretch out my muscles and do some moves I don't usually do.
