I have been so excited for you making this trip. Canada is on my bucket list. Thank you for documenting this journey to share with us 😊 looking forward to future videos
This week's video is AMAZING! (I mean, they all are) BUT I had no idea how awesome Calgary & Alberta is. I admittedly don't know a lot about Canada but now I'm sitting here following the trip on Google maps and saving the places you go 😂 Great job Robert & Ili!
Enjoyed the video of Alberta. We always enjoyed Our time delivering chemicals there. Only border crossing issues We ever had was coming south into the US!
I have been eating Magic Spoon for a couple of years all because of Robert. Coco is also my favorite. It is the only cereal that this diabetic can eat.
Vulcan needs to update their Star Trek Doctor's mural to include Dr. Culber from Discovery and Dr. M'benga from Strange New Worlds, and the animated Dr. T'Ana from Lower Decks. I guess you can tell I'm a Star Trek nerd and would love to visit Vulcan someday. Thanks for taking me along for the ride. Safe travels.
Great to see Calgary! I was there many years ago and it certainly has grown. Your videos will increas Canadian tourism! Looking forward to Banff - one of my all time favorite places. Bring some cooler weather with you as you make your way back to FL.
Great episode, as usual. I didn't know much about Calgary. The only Canadian city I've been to is Winnipeg, which was kind of neat. So it's always fun to see different parts of Canada.
Was in Calgary in and Banff in 1972 and Alaska by freighter ship in 1965 because i didnt trust the roads back then, lots of changes from what i recall of course then busy last 23 years exploring the midwestern USA but now its nice to settle back in my house in Ontario for now before the urge for my next calling in the Martimes. Keep going Robert, your gonna be amazed next episode.
He'll Traveling Robert👍👍, this was Absolutely AWESOME and OUTSTANDING! Calgary is an amazing city and I'm going to need a US Passport to go to any place in Canada. That city of Calgary is absolutely AMAZING and can't wait to see the Canadian Rockies as you travel to Alaska. I can't wait to see Banff!!. OUTSTANDING Robert!!
Congrats Robert on this video about Calgary! I am glad you enjoyed Calgary and managed to successfully convey the real feeling of this area of Canada! Having lived in the prairies for 14 years and now living in the Maritimes, your video brought dear memories of Calgary and an urge to return to the Rockies for much needed trip next year! Also, each time I hear your song "Underground hike" I get immediately transported to the place you are presenting! Feels like the Transporter you visited in Vulcan is activating on this powerful song!
Robert, amo seus videos, sempre tao bem feitos. Muito bom olhar esses lugares magicos através de você, através do seu olhar também. Gratidão e que sejam viagens sempre muito legais para voce!!!
I know what it is (what is different about Canada): how you FEEL there. It’s uplifting. The vibe of Canada is better. I felt it when I went to Vancouver.
Alberta is an amazing Province.....so many things to see, so young, so vibrant, the oil capital of Canada and the 3rd. largest deposits of oil in the world too.....Alberta is very dynamic and growing like mad
Glad to see you enjoyed Calgary, a very beautiful and world class city. You hit it spot on with Canada and the USA,...so similar but yet so different. Wonderful places to RVexplore on both sides of the border...As always, safe travels.
Robert, in addition to the excellent and beautiful content, the choice of accompanying music you use is always pleasant to listen to while enjoying the videos 🤌. Saludos 🖖 from Lou in 305.
A & W has the best beer of the root variety especially if it is in the frosted mugs. Calgary is a great city! I visited there in 2015 and really enjoyed it. We had our friend who is from Calgary direct us to a couple of places he thought we should see. He directed us to the same viewpoint above the city you went to. Noticed some familiar sights on your short tour of the city. It's too bad your drive from Calgary to Banff was so smoky. When I did it you could see the mountains all the way from Calgary. That was one of the most spectacular drives I have ever done. I'm kind of bummed-I saw you did your livestream on Friday from Vancouver. Assuming you are probably south of the border now. I would have really like to have seen if our paths could have crossed. Safe travels for the rest of your trip and look forward to seeing the rest of this pretty epic trip!
Hello , how are you , i love your videoes are amazing , yes canada is a beautiful and great country so i like it , so i hope you come and visit us in Morocco i am sure that you gonna enjoy your time because we have all the types of nature and also all the weathers and if you want to have this beautiful experience you have just to visit the different moroccan cities like Marrakech and Chefchaouen(The blue city) and ifrane it's a snowy city it's called swezerland of africa and finally there is the Moroccan sahara when you can ride camels and have a several desert activities in Merzouga it's amazing without talking about the other cities because every moroccan city has it's own style of Moroccan culture and nature also i can't wait to see you in Morocco 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦❤❤🥰🥰😊😊 you are welcome at any time
We stayed at the Lake Louise hard sided campground in 2018 and the trains at the edge of the campground came through about every hour 24x7 and would blow their whistle. It was a bit difficult to get a good nights sleep.
Great video as always Robert, but did I really hear you say that was your first root beer? 😂 If so, I would say starting with A&W you started with the best! Hopefully it was in a chilled mug as is the tradition in Indiana! Cheers!
A thing to do in Calgary is to see where the 1988 winter Olympics where held, and check out where the first jamacin bobsled was at the was the story of cool runnings movie
Well my friend I’ve wondered for years what goes thru the female head. Now you confirmed it NOTHING lol. Just playing ladies, we all know y’all are smarter lol. Great video Robert thanks as always for sharing.
LoL. Terrible thing to say about the greatest root beer in the world. Back in the day it was served in a frozen glass mug and take a gallon home in glass. Sonic is nothing to me.
@@TravelingRobert Canada still does a couple things right. Fast pitched softball for men also and A & W. That's when the frozen mugs are best. After summer softball.
Hi Robert we are your viewer from Calgary we should meet when you came to Calgary, my kids loves to watch your travel videos. My mom work at Soutcentermall where you park yoyr RV. Can you send us your sticker please. Thank you and drive safe
Robert The border you crossed was from Montana to Calgary Canada ???? What I need to know is this , what exactly do we bring when you go to another country. I know about Passport . I wouldn't want to forget anything. Calgary has the Biggest Rodeo in the World, that's only in the month of July ( same time , each year ) . I know a lot of people who wants to see Banff, Lake Louise , and the Mountains, etccccc. There's a circus or theme park , next to the Rodeo.
Vulcan is a cool city! I always preferred Star Wars to Star Trek, because I don’t like atheism. To focus on science also means to focus on consciousness itself, which means science very abstract and philosophical. The original Star Wars is the best, because the plot point was this: Obi-Wan allowed Vader to strike him down so he could talk to Luke in his mind after death and teach him about the force, which is consciousness itself. That was the main point of the entire movie, which carried forth into the rest of the film series. It’s a profound movie.
Hey Robert: I always thought the Pearl Jam song “Even Flow” was about that very subject. Telepathy with the spirit world. I am pretty certain now. Pearl Jam has a newer song on their latest album Gigaton. The song is “Who Ever Said”. Listen to it, and read the lyrics. It is rad.
Calgary like much of Canada can be miserable in the winter. Canada is nice and pretty friendly. Like the US it has liberal and conservative people. Unfortunately places like Vancouver have turned into a dumping ground for the homeless. A beautiful city like San Francisco which will be unlivable for the same reasons as San Francisco. It is a beautiful country. We live less than a hundred miles from the border.
If Trudeau hadn’t become such a tyrant these past few yrs. Oh’Canada would be my new home. We live near the border, have visited often, our family migrated from. Its beautiful Clean country. Gee no Homeless camps either, inagine that. Nice tour Robert.Glad you’re discovering new places.
Things to see and do in Calgary: stampede week, heritage park, glenbow museum, Calgary Zoo, Alberta science center, Blackfoot crossing, nose hill, princes island, spruce Meadows, Bowness park, Calgary flames, Stephen ave, fort Calgary, Calgary tower, Canada Olympic park
Love that you like my city here!! #GodBless!!
I have been so excited for you making this trip. Canada is on my bucket list. Thank you for documenting this journey to share with us 😊 looking forward to future videos

How did you spend on gas going to Alaska?
It's been an expensive trip.
Rugged Territory (period )
The US dollar is worth $1.35 in Canada dollars.....
…. didn’t give us that option
Glad you got through customs ok. Canadian border patrol are complete buttheads.
I've had a couple bad experiences with them.
