Thank you so much for sharing your channel my husband is 87 and I'm 78 and we sure enjoy watching your channel it's almost as if we're right there with you thank you again
There is just that little something that you do, that no one else does, to make people feel like they have casually been where you’ve been and seen what you’ve seen. Thank you for including the snippets of history, too. Love the simple observation of the local fishermen doing their thing-on a sunny day no less-providing a glimpse into one of the basic staples of life in Alaska. And those mountains… well, who can ever get enough of those? Always a spectacle to behold, rain or shine. Really appreciate the “month of Sundays” it takes to produce your content. This episode is definitely a welcome addition to the adventure.
So nice to see all these magnificent views again after my epic drive through Alaska and all the Americas in 1988/89/90. Homer was indeed a great spot and back in those days I free camped everywhere in my 1969 VW campervan. You even stopped at one of my free site with the views over Mt Redoubt. I am thoroughly enjoying your videos and narration. Thank you so much again.
Mornin' Robert! These Alaskan episodes continue to impress--what a grand adventure. I love the long telephoto shots of the mountains in the distance with the water sparkling in the foreground! All of those boats in the fishing frenzy remind me of the scene in Jaws where everyone is out trying to catch the shark for the reward--I half expected to see someone toss a stick of dynamite into the water 🙂 Really looking forward to seeing your trip to Brooks Falls. Until next time, happy trails!
I can only say Wow once again. Clearly part of the beauty of RV travel is the chance to really get to see an area in a bit of depth and to get a real taste of the local culture and way of life. That appeared to be truly an experience. As always, continued safe travels....
Another fantastic video! Never apologize for showing the same views. I learned when I went to the Grand Tetons that every turn out was slightly different, even though I was looking at the same mountains.
Hello Traveling Robert 😎, this was an OUTSTANDING video and I wished I could have been there to see this beautiful scenery. I sure can't wait to see BEARS...lots of BEARS. Robert, this was Absolutely AWESOME Robert 👍👍👍.
Yes we have plenty of places in Maryland to RV. Annapolis is definitely one we love to visit and this year we are visiting Garrett County MD. Beautiful place throughout the entire year.
We spent the night at the overflow parking at the Russian River campground the day that you drove through there, right past us! We figured that we were dancing all around you while you were in Alaska, and it turns out that we were right! Kenai was a very fun place to visit.
Today's video was spectacular. The dip netting is definitely a sight to see. I am really looking forward to the Homer Spit. I LOVE Halibut. Each video is better than the last. Thanks for all your hard work.
We stayed the night on that Tern lake pull off. We fished for salmon in the Kenai River in Soldotna and made a whole video about it. Wasn’t that easy to get some salmon! We visited that church in Kenai and went up to the Captain Cook State Recreation Area. Then down to Homer. Stopping at the Ninilchik Russian Orthodox Church we loved it there it was so beautiful with the wildflowers. And we did try halibut fish and chips in Homer- yum! 🤤
Fantastic video. Have you ever been to the Klondike and in the bar drink the infamous TOE drink? These videos I would love in private collection as I RV in a 1990 C class RV. ❤ VLOGS and as always Thank you for sharing.
Quick question. Were you a part of the Hike 100 build by Winnebago? I see an overland almost teardrop size trailer made by them now. Add it to your arsenal?
I was very tempted by the Hike 100, but is also need a comfortable area to work and that would have been hard on the Hike. If I didn't have to work on the road I would love to take a hike to Utah and see what it can do.
I see why they are fishing. Salmon is expensive! I easily pay $25 for half of a fish. So each fish is like netting a $50 bill! Plus these are wild caught.

Quite a few people fishing out there! Well you can't beat fresh salmon!
I liked the rain even though it makes it harder too travel around. The scene's were AMAZING @Traveling Robert . 🍕🍕🍹pizza, pizza 😅
Thank you for this great video of Kenai. One more my bucket list of places to visit. Enjoy Alaska

Thank you Mr. Robert; such an amazing adventure 🍻👍👍
What a fabulous video, your passion for the area shines through. Brilliant
Kenai peninsula, what a paradise.
Robert, I’m missing your cooking shows! Great video.
Thanks for sharing! We hope to make it out there someday!
Always been wanting to go to Homer, just for the halibut… 🤪😋
Spectacular views man !

Thanks again Robert," SUNDAY NIGHT AT THE MOVIES, with host Robert, "HOMER, HERE WE COME AROUND THE MOUNTAIN, HERE WE COME"...
Today's video was spectacular. The dip netting is definitely a sight to see. I am really looking forward to the Homer Spit. I LOVE Halibut. Each video is better than the last. Thanks for all your hard work.
The mountain shots were great, I also really like your Yellowstone tshirt.
Amazing Alaska. Someday....
The history or the town was amazing!
What an awesome experience!
Good morning 🌞
St Elias Brewery in Soldotna is excellent! Great food, great atmosphere, good people.
Great episode

Robert you should try fishing. It’s so relaxing and fun. I would love to go to the Kenai Peninsula. Too bad you can’t take your RV on the shoreline
Good morning Robert
Great video. The guy that lost the salmon at 20:44 should have been more careful. The fish outsmarted him.
That guy losing his fish will be on Americas funniest videos 😂
cool vid ty
enjoyable!
very nice
Beautiful sunset shots Robert! So happy you caught some good sunny weather while in Kenai! Great show! What was the temperature in Kenai in July?
I don't think it ever got hot.... 60 and 70s F during the afternoon... and it would cool down at night but not too cold
I see an airplane propeller at the end. Good video is on the way!
Fantastic video. Have you ever been to the Klondike and in the bar drink the infamous TOE drink?
These videos I would love in private collection as I RV in a 1990 C class RV. ❤ VLOGS and as always Thank you for sharing.
I went there but didn't do the drink.
The volcanoes, the seasonal fishing, the old Russian churches, the smoke infused drinks, Alaska should use these videos to promote tourism.
good mornign robert how are you
Better than church! (almost)
I’m loving your Alaska videos. I’m going to be sad once they are done.
It’s going to be hard for you to too that’s. But somehow I know you will.
Robert can you share the skillet recipe with meatballs please? I’ve made it and we love it.
Can you tell me what video is it in? I remember peppers onions meatballs spaghetti sauce but can’t remember the rest.
Robert, why doesn't your latest rv have any entrance steps? Love your Alaska videos, as I would love to make that trip
I removed them. Solid steps were too cumbersome for the type of travel I want to doo.
thank you, but I would fall and kill myself @@TravelingRobert
20:34
The poor guy of the thumbnail losing his catch...
Hi Robert!
When will your next video be up?
Next Sunday

You at Brooks Falls??
Nevermind... no roads in or out, there. ;-)
Debiste haber tomado un bus a valencia sin retorno 😅
A comer mucha paella

Think you would have been better off staying at Fred Myers for free than that field for $75 and no hookups...Not a fan when people gouge me ....
