Best video ever! As a veteran tent camper and having lived in a schoolbus for 2 years, I could appreciate every little moment in this video. Beautiful, just beautiful.
I love watching your videos. They make me smile. I put up some water for hot tea and I thrill to find a cookie or two. Snug in my pjs. Gnight my friend. Happy trails.
There is something straight about the independence here. That's part of what is so appealing. This looks like the freedom I dreamed of when I was a kid. We trade away all this as life goes by, but when I see this I realize how powerful a pull it still has. That is one amazing camper. I was even happy to confirm (the cookie desert) that the propane stove and oven actually worked, after all. But I absolutely fell in love with that little wood burner. It's so damned loyal it deserves a special place in the family. This was a great video. I watched it with warmth and fascination. (I was raised in the wilds of Northern Ontario, and winters like this were no stranger to me.) Happy Trails!
I salute anyone who can tolerate those conditions because I definitely cannot. I enjoy a light snow every year, enough to cover the ground (if we get snow), but that is ridiculous. So, to all you hearty souls who thrive in arctic weather, more power to you!
That's a sweet set up, everything has it's place and no matter where you go you have the comfort of home. Thanks for sharing. I didn't snowmobiles could get stuck in snow.
I just started living full time in a camper. I have a lot to learn. These videos help take away a lot of anxiety. They're very soothing at night for just me and my dog.
So cool to see you all warm and cozy inside your truck camper, cooking up those amazing stuffed peppers, then watching a movie while eating those freshly baked cookies! Totally epic video❤❤❤
I often seek the solitude of the woods. I have a great life with my family but sometimes just need to hear water flow and wind blowing through trees. There is a soul cleansing feeling that sometimes sweeps over me. I appreciate your efforts producing this video
I lived in a Lance truck camper for a year as I traveled from job assignments. I got to experience everything from Oregon rainforests to the Arizona desert. I absolutely loved it, the solitude and nature… Some of the best days of my life. I’m jealous👍
I have to say that is the most impressive and unique camper truck I have ever seen. I can't drive, I have never been to Alaska and have only ever been in snow deeper than 2 feet about twice in my life. Still here I am watching a man in a truck in the snow. 😁

NO DOG'S, their smelly, you have to give them a bath every so often and where are you going to do that, the inside of your cabin will start smelling up the cabin like dog, you've got to save extra money 💰💰 for dog food, you have to take them for a walk and of course they have to use the bathroom, overall it's not worth it, something else to worry about.Their HIGH MAINTENANCE.

I have never in my life wanted to emulate a youtube video more. This looks so nice. No worries beyond "how much snow am I gonna get tomorrow" and "do I have enough supplies". Living only in the moment. An escape from the mundanity of modern life.
You must have a diesel heater. I just got one the other day. I just put it in my camper. I love it 36 hours on low on one gallon of fuel and it runs on a battery 8 watts to 10 w on low 😊
Living the good life I'd say 🤩 I always wanted to experience living like this at least once before I die.... Plan on doing it someday. Stay safe & have a GREAT time! GOD BLESS YOU.
I love your cozy cabin on wheels, it's so homely and comfortable. ❤ The only thing I would do different is to pull up the drawbridge once I'm on the deck and store the steps on the deck. Even in a snow storm, you never know who might come calling, and leaving the steps out is a bit of an invitation.
@@meggert2360 Good point, that would be a tempting smell. On a side note, I cried when he dumped the juices from the meat. All that flavour dumped in the snow. It's not like venison is a fatty meat, so that was just pure favour decorating the snow. But, each to their own I guess.
I don't know what it is but there is just something so soothing and calming about just sitting inside and riding out a storm. I need this rn because I'm in college with a sport and needless to say it's the opposite of comforting and calming. Nice video.
As an European myself, I'm very impressed! This configuration and everything is amazing! The feeling of warm and cozy couch/bed in winter and something hot to eat and drink is❤ + the advantage of having a truck mounted beneath your mini house is amazing... All in 1... So once your finished camping you can move without problem... Keep up the good work! 🇮🇹🇺🇸
I wanted this kind of truck / van set-up even when I was a kid. I'm now 50 and still don't have it. I now live in a tent in a forest but I don't have the great set-up you do. I think i was inspired by watching shows like the Partridge Family and how they traveled in the big yellow school bus from town to town finding work. It just attracted me to this life even as a kid younger than 10. Later on in my 30,s I designed a van truck set-up to make into a mobile home but so far I haven't built it.looks great though. I hope you are comfortable and most of all warm. That truck looks cosy. Looks like a great little truck. And I noticed your registration plate , did it say why rent ( y rent ) nice work there man.
First time watching channel. Loved the quietness of being out there in that old diesel truck. I really appreciated the shelter you have on that flatbed and the oven and wood stove is really nice. It looked very comfortable for you just making a meal and hanging out.

Nice. A cheap add on that could help warm the camper using your furnace would be thermal powered fans on the stack. Heat powers on the fans so it circulates the heat.

That was super cool.
Thanks for sharing and for all the hard work and time you put into your videos. They are awesome.
Thank you 😊
You’ve got it made. That is an awesome life especially that wonderful looking food. That’s so cozy and carefree. Keep making more videos. Love them ❤️
That meal looked delicious and I bet it smelled wonderful!!! I can’t imagine how peaceful it is resting in white out conditions, soft snow falling, delicious meal cooked and left him satiated, a refreshing very cold beverage, toasty living quarters from a wood stove, yummy cookies, I mean what else do you need?? Thank you for sharing Sir ☺️
Absolutely nothing Kristin 🎉

Best video ever! As a veteran tent camper and having lived in a schoolbus for 2 years, I could appreciate every little moment in this video. Beautiful, just beautiful.
Thanks! maybe cya out there!
That's called homeless don't try to class it up you bum.
Hello 👋 dear how are you doing today 😍😍
Incredible! Vacationing in this cabin is total relaxation. Just you and the snow outside🤗
(I was raised in the wilds of Northern Ontario, and winters like this were no stranger to me.)
Happy Trails!
True words:)
Wow! Great scenery, great food, nice fire...peaceful.
I salute anyone who can tolerate those conditions because I definitely cannot. I enjoy a light snow every year, enough to cover the ground (if we get snow), but that is ridiculous. So, to all you hearty souls who thrive in arctic weather, more power to you!
I've lived in Alaska for like 20+ years, Amazing rough terrain, Love it
I've lived in AK for 10 years now and the winters are HARD but the summers are so magically alive. I think it makes the winters worth it.

Know when you can’t fight it. Just hunker down.
I have anxiety and panic disorder, and these vlogs are so cozy and relaxing . I'm able to calm down thanks to Truck House Life.❤ thank you.

Красота!! Свой маленький домик на колесах, в котором можно переждать непогоду😮😮!! Молодец мужчина!!!
А зачем так рисковать? Не лучше ли дома на диване......
That's a sweet set up, everything has it's place and no matter where you go you have the comfort of home. Thanks for sharing. I didn't snowmobiles could get stuck in snow.
Thats probably the most amazing truck camper ive ever seen. Looks cozy. Happy adventuring.
I just started living full time in a camper. I have a lot to learn. These videos help take away a lot of anxiety. They're very soothing at night for just me and my dog.
Super cozy on the inside, Really beautiful on the outside - and the shots of the camper and the area are really nice!
Hello 👋 dear how are you doing 😍😍
How charming and peaceful! All the essentials have their little place. I love how peaceful it is during a fresh snow, it soothes the soul.
This is a REAL man
@@LostSoul_1031I'm a REAL woman and I could totally live this way 😆💖
@@bchlvr645👏💜💯
That's so relaxing. God, it would be nice to walk away from the world for a week. And the snow just makes it 100× better
I was very impressed by this video. Iam 72 years old and this was quite similar to the winters I grew up in.
So cool to see you all warm and cozy inside your truck camper, cooking up those amazing stuffed peppers, then watching a movie while eating those freshly baked cookies! Totally epic video❤❤❤
Thanks Barbra!
I often seek the solitude of the woods. I have a great life with my family but sometimes just need to hear water flow and wind blowing through trees. There is a soul cleansing feeling that sometimes sweeps over me. I appreciate your efforts producing this video
if I had a camper yours is the style I would build , I really like how smart, simple and cozy it is and you can take it anywhere
Thanks!
I lived in a Lance truck camper for a year as I traveled from job assignments. I got to experience everything from Oregon rainforests to the Arizona desert. I absolutely loved it, the solitude and nature…
Some of the best days of my life. I’m jealous👍
I have to say that is the most impressive and unique camper truck I have ever seen. I can't drive, I have never been to Alaska and have only ever been in snow deeper than 2 feet about twice in my life.
Still here I am watching a man in a truck in the snow. 😁
Thanks!
@@TruckHouseLifeSomething that would be good for splitting wood is a hammer for the backside of the hatchet or a machete. Might save you a hospital visit.
Y RENT...Exactly!!Absolutely love this; The quaint tranquility of having your own little palace in the middle of nowhere. I'd personally would have a dog for company. Beyond that I LOVE IT❤❤❤
NO DOG'S, their smelly, you have to give them a bath every so often and where are you going to do that, the inside of your cabin will start smelling up the cabin like dog, you've got to save extra money 💰💰 for dog food, you have to take them for a walk and of course they have to use the bathroom, overall it's not worth it, something else to worry about.Their HIGH MAINTENANCE.
@@craigbosko2229speak for yourself. Millions of people dont even consider your gripes a problem for the companionship and unconditional love they give. Single people appreciate the protection they give as well. Now go pet your cats.
I was thinking the same, a dog would be great company.
Why does this look like so much more fun and enjoyable, during a snowstorm, as apposed to Summer...🤔 Don't think I'd like to live this way all the time. But it sure is cool ! 🕊️🙏💟Stay safe !
Don't know but it is!
@@TruckHouseLife So do you like have star link or something in alaska cause Alaska has damn near full coverage of star link last I checked.
I have never in my life wanted to emulate a youtube video more. This looks so nice.
No worries beyond "how much snow am I gonna get tomorrow" and "do I have enough supplies". Living only in the moment. An escape from the mundanity of modern life.
Awesome! Hanging out in Turnigan pass during a big snow dumping…cool ass video. 👍🏼

my Dad and Mom did this with five kids ,best memories , love your video !
Love that initial shot of the stop sign to put in perspective how deep the snow is.
You must have a diesel heater. I just got one the other day. I just put it in my camper. I love it 36 hours on low on one gallon of fuel and it runs on a battery 8 watts to 10 w on low 😊
Thank you for allowing us to go on this adventure with you.

Living the good life I'd say 🤩 I always wanted to experience living like this at least once before I die.... Plan on doing it someday. Stay safe & have a GREAT time! GOD BLESS YOU.

The creativity and imagination in this video were awe-inspiring, I couldn't get enough of it!
Awww shucks:)
@@TruckHouseLife I wish I was, I love snow.
Stuffed peppers, cookies, movie, cozy fire! Wow.
I didn't think of people but when he dumped the venison grease bears immediately came to my mind.🐻❄🐻
@@meggert2360 Good point, that would be a tempting smell. On a side note, I cried when he dumped the juices from the meat. All that flavour dumped in the snow. It's not like venison is a fatty meat, so that was just pure favour decorating the snow. But, each to their own I guess.
@@meggert2360 No problems 5here, bears would be hibernating during winter.
Lol. … I thought the same thing. After he climbed aboard, I fully expected him to pull the steps up …

It was venison breakfast sausage. Pork or beef fat was definitely added by his processor.
What a great video! I'd love to live like that for about a week. It looks so comfy cozy in there!❤

I don't know what it is but there is just something so soothing and calming about just sitting inside and riding out a storm. I need this rn because I'm in college with a sport and needless to say it's the opposite of comforting and calming. Nice video.

The nordic pantheon would be proud of this, it's every norsemans dream
thoroughly enjoyed that little survival cook up 😊
First time watching channel. Loved the quietness of being out there in that old diesel truck. I really appreciated the shelter you have on that flatbed and the oven and wood stove is really nice. It looked very comfortable for you just making a meal and hanging out.
Ohh I've thought he has no stock of woods
Just came across your channel with my Partner and we were both inspired by you and you got me inspired to upgrade our camera for our own vlog! Love to support fellow travelers and just purchased the camera, lens and mic from your links! Thanks for including them :) and thanks for BEing you! Nice. A cheap add on that could help warm the camper using your furnace would be thermal powered fans on the stack. Heat powers on the fans so it circulates the heat.
Amazing video. I can't imagine how much work (outside of all the other stuff you were doing) went in to make and edit this video! Very cool and very fun and informative to watch. Definitely another side of life. I just want to make my own truck-house now!
