- Portflow developments and improvements are done on this manifold as well as discussion on flow efficiency and its advantages over its d16y8 manifold counterpart the p2j intake manifold
We show the areas we work on with the carbide cutter as well as when using an 80grit cartride rolll en-route to the finished shape.

you got me agreeing man! especially the pressure change or pressure differentials
and then like how i was when i was a kid i imagine alot and realized maybe thats why pressure differentials happen from the flatlands to the Rockies
You got my like. It was no. 23. This videos includes tons of info. It is clear that throttle/gas doesn't mean a lot if the compression and other factors just don't work. I like also the Kobe Bryant intermezzo and some scientific figures like Venturi that you just showed. Great man. Hope you will be soon on FB again.

About the venturi effect, would that be why the inner diameter on the intake tube side of the TB is slightly larger than the IM side? like a few mm difference hehe
Yes yes it’s actually a “funnel” ish type of thing right?
Like it’s 60mm only at the plate and by the plenum flange but towards the intake pipe/tube it’s 64-65mm
I have a question is the p32 intake the same as the p08?🤔it looks very similar

kung stock block , ported head dc 3.2 cams vtc50 mas ok parin ang ported rbc kesa sa ported ultra street?(type ko yung utra street hehe) ganyan yung pinagiisipan ko setup idol pag kinapos pa pwede pa ako mag low boost. madame na ako nabasa pero iba parin pag ikaw nag bigay ngadvise idol. thankyou idol .

Can you test this manifold vs a ported y8 manifold and a ported skunk 2 please. Oh and the sweet sound making itbs too.
Problem is I don’t have a y8 manifold but then again fastest we went was 14.2 on a 4door on stock gears with a porter z6 haven’t seen that done on a y8 😎
But definitely what I have will be tested soon or one day

News to me that the z6 IM flows better, i just trusted the forums saying the Y8 was superior lol.
With that being said, the y8 manifold would still provide a broader power band with the unequal length runners? I wouldn’t mind having a ported Y8 intake manifold on a turbo setup. Im thinking sacrificing the top end for the fatter powerband would be more complimentary when air is being forced in.
Yes due to the bigger plenum and all and as this video was about the z6 IM I referenced Kobe for it 😎
But since someone locally offered to get it? But only had a y8 to trade? I figured it be a chance to also do a y8 version soon? It could be the Allen Iverson reference aka “the Answer”

hello sir as of now i have a stock d15b p08 engine, what basic upgrades can i do? thinking of camgear, throttle, and port matched head. i wanna spend my money somewhere na lalakas young engine.
ps it already has a header, intake, and a tune thanks!
Sounds like a good engine u have there, port matching the head isn’t needed unless the head will be ported the gains are minor if it’s stock head and stock manifold and just port matched
what kind of header do you have? And care to share who tuned it and from where are you sir?

camgear depends what brand and not all places understand the metrics or the difference if it’s a y8 gear or z6 gear and would rather not gain due to it but then the end story reason would be claimed as
“Camgears didn’t give me gains”

I dont have an ITR manifold now and if i had i would have made a porting content about it sana... alot of other good tidbits there that the sohc manifold couldnt let me explain eh...

B16 TB is just 3k, its available and i can get it at my suki shops :)

Actually just understanding that, would lead to a lot of people not gunning for a b16 throttle or atleast not the first priority
As the plenum is the expansion “chamber” it recovers pressure now the task of feeding it “well” and quick enough is the deal :)
@@SRDmotorsports Do you port match or leave the steps between the throttle body, intake manifold, head and exhaust manifold? Just curious as I've seen builders from both schools of port matching and not port matching make good power
@@SRDmotorsports Also, I think the stock D16 throttle body is more than enough for what most make with their set ups, even those with high VE builds
@@findtherightbeat I actually do both… depending on the overall package…if it lacks cam vs lacks port Volume vs lack of comp etc or too much of one of those etc
